Abstract:
2,2',4,4'-四溴联苯醚(tetrabromodiphenyl ether, BDE-47)是环境介质中含量最高的多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)同系物之一,具有亲脂性和生物易累积等特点,即使是较低浓度的胁迫,也会对生物体产生生理毒性。文章介绍了BDE-47在环境介质中的主要来源和分布,从生殖发育毒性、甲状腺毒性、神经毒性,免疫毒性等几个方面,阐述了BDE-47毒性效应及其致毒机理。
2,2',4,4'-tetrabromodiphenyl ether is one of the highest homologue of PBDEs in environmental media. It has lipophilic and bioaccumulation characteristics and can also produce physiological toxicity to organism even at low concentration. The paper introduces the main source and distri-bution in environment of BDE-47. The toxicity effects and mechanism of BDE-47 are illustrated from several aspects toxicity of reproductive, developmental, thyroid, neurotoxicity and immune.
不同粳稻品种成熟胚诱导过程愈伤组织超微结构的比较

Abstract: 以3种粳稻成熟胚为外植体,接种于愈伤组织诱导培养基(m8+30g/l蔗糖+10g/l琼脂+5g/l山梨醇+2mg/l2,4-d+0.3mg/l6-ba),记录其愈伤组织的出愈率,统计分析表明其出愈率有显著差异,并分别取接种15d、22d、29d和36d时不同材料的愈伤组织观察其不同诱导天数下超微结构的变化.结果显示,3种水稻材料在相同的诱导时间下细胞的发育阶段不同:扬辐粳7号的愈伤组织的细胞发育较快,较早的进入了成熟阶段;而武育粳3号愈伤组织的细胞则发育较慢,较长时间仍然处于分生阶段;苏沪香粳则发育更慢.由此推测,不同粳稻出愈率和分化的高低主要与愈伤组织细胞发育速度的快慢、生理功能的强弱、以及其衰老的程度有密切关系.
籼稻扬稻6号和粳稻苏沪香粳花药培养力的比较

Abstract: 为建立适合江苏水稻主栽品种花药培养的技术体系,本研究以籼稻扬稻6号和粳稻苏沪香粳为研究材料,分别从取样温度,低温预处理天数以及培养基中的蔗糖、琼脂和激素等研究不同水稻亚种花培的植株再生技术体系.结果表明:在气温26℃~31℃之间,扬稻6号在4℃低温预处理9d,接种到以m8为基本培养基,附加2,4-d1mg/l,naa3mg/l,kt1mg/l,脯氨酸100mg/l,水解酪蛋白300mg/l,60g/l蔗糖和琼脂8g/l的花药愈伤诱导培养基中,可以获得高达8.5%的出愈率.而苏沪香粳在气温27℃~30℃之间,4℃低温预处理12d,接种到以m8为基本培养基,附加2,4-d1mg/l,naa3mg/l,kt1mg/l,脯氨酸100mg/l,水解酪蛋白300mg/l,60g/l蔗糖和琼脂6g/l的花药愈伤诱导培养基中,可以获得高达15.05%的出愈率.扬稻6号和苏沪香粳花培愈伤组织转接分化培养基分别获得2.7%和5.7%的绿苗率.
新疆西昆仑山天然林木区系特征

Abstract: 通过野外实地考察和形态分类学的方法,对新疆西昆仑山的天然林木进行了系统的调查研究,并对其区系组成及特点进行分析。结果表明新疆西昆仑山属于干旱山区,天然林木有17科25属54种,其中该区新记录有6种。该植物区系中,林木科、属的丰富度相对较高,但种类较少,各科仅含1~3属,无含10种以上的大科;杨柳科与蔷薇科为较大科,含5属16种。单属科与含2~5种的寡种科均为11科,所占比例均达64.71%;单种属与寡种属二者共计24属含?47种?,占该区植物属、种总数的96.00%和87.04%;它们构成该天然林木区系科、属的主要组成部分,也说明该区域自然环境比较恶劣,多数的科与属仅有1种或者少量种分布于此。该区天然林木种类不多,但多数是该植物区系的优势种或建群种,在局部区域常形成单一或复合优势群落。区系的地理成分较为简单,共有5个分布型和4个变型,具明显的温带性质,与地中海、西亚、中亚区系有一定联系,而与东亚交流很少。
超快强激光场中离子的光离解:光电离标度规律的一个验证

Abstract: 在量子电动力学框架下,采用全量子非微扰散射理论,研究了超快强激光场中离子的光离解。发现在保持周期数与载波-包络相位不变时,对相同的阈上离解峰,当用频率为γ倍,强度为γ3倍的激光激发结合能为γ倍的离子时,光电子的角分布不变,γ为任意正实数。这一研究验证了周期量级超短激光脉冲中光电离的标度规律。
籼稻不同品种成熟胚的组培发育特性及其超微结构的观察

Abstract: 以3种籼稻成熟胚为外植体,接种于愈伤组织诱导培养基(m8+30g/l蔗糖+8g/l琼脂+2mg/l2,4-d+2mg/l6-ba+1mg/laba+0.5mg/lkt+1mg/lnaa),记录其愈伤的出愈率,统计分析表明其出愈率有显著差异,并分别取接种9d、15d时不同材料的愈伤组织观察其不同诱导天数下超微结构的变化,并记录其愈伤过程中的褐化率.结果显示,3种水稻材料在相同的诱导时间下细胞的发育阶段不同:扬辐籼6号的愈伤组织细胞发育较快,较早地进入了成熟阶段;而恢76愈伤组织细胞则发育较慢,较长时间仍然处于分生阶段;黄华占则发育更慢.可见,不同籼稻出愈率和分化的高低主要与愈伤组织细胞发育速度的快慢、生理功能的强弱、以及其衰老的程度有密切关系.而褐化,不仅与黑色物质聚集早晚有关系,而且与愈伤组织细胞中液泡的发育有着密切关系.通过调高培养基中细胞分裂素类的含量,有利于提高其出愈率.

Abstract:
办园标准是政府对举办合格亲子园必备基本条件的要求。本研究以中国大陆南京、上海和台湾地区亲子园的办园标准为研究对象,从标准文本的制定部门、目的、构成要素、类型等方面进行比较研究。结果显示,在制定部门上,台湾由卫生福利部制定,大陆各地存在差异;在标准目的上,大陆和台湾具有共性;在标准构成的要素、类型上,大陆和台湾各有侧重。最后,基于研究结果,为0~3岁亲子园的办园标准制定提出相关建议。
Standard for establishment is a regulation which is aimed at organizing the good early education institutions by government. In this paper, according to analyses and compare standards for establishment of early education institution between Taiwan and Chinese mainland, Nanjing, Shanghai, the results show that in the formulation of the department, Taiwan by the Ministry of health and welfare, but there are differences across the mainland. On the setting standard target, Taiwan and mainland China are in common, but they have different emphases on standard components and types. Finally, I will give relevant recommendations to the mainland to promote the setting standard of the early education institutions.

Abstract:
为提高学前教育专业大学生对幼儿科学教育领域的学习兴趣,本研究将服务学习融入《幼儿科学教育》课程,开展行动研究。初步行动方案采用科学童话剧表演的服务学习,在学期中引导大二学生开展此项服务学习。科学童话剧表演的服务学习提供给了大学生真实的实践操作机会,有效引发了大学生对幼儿科学教育的兴趣,但仅是引领学生入门,效果比较粗浅。修正的行动方案,在科学童话剧表演基础上,增加了趣味科学探究、数学认知等多种类的科学游戏,形成了科学主题游戏的服务学习方案。通过行动研究发现,在《幼儿科学教育》课程框架下,服务学习融入《幼儿科学教育》是一项可行的教学策略,有助于课程目标的达成,有效提高大学生幼儿科学教育的能力。
To enhance the interest of college students majoring in preschool education in exploring preschool science education, this research will integrate service learning into the courses of Preschool Science Education and carry out the action research. The preliminary scheme uses science pantomime to guide the sophomores to the implementation of service learning in the term. The service learning of science pantomime performance gives college students a real opportunity for practice and effectively stimulates their interest in preschool science education. However, it is not quite effective for them to enter into this sector preliminarily. Based on the science pantomime performance, the revised scheme adds varied scientific games like interest scientific inquiry and mathematics cognition, and has formed service learning scheme themed with scientific games. Through our research, we find that within the frame of Preschool Science Education courses, integrating the service learning with Preschool Science Education is a practicable strategy for education, which can help achieve the course goal and effectively increase the preschool education ability of college students.
