双循环圆液力缓速器叶形设计方法

Abstract: 为提高双循环液力缓速器制动功率密度,对其叶形设计方法开展研究.针对双循环液力缓速器弯叶片叶形结构特点,提出相切圆弧叶形设计法,以叶形包角与工作面圆弧半径为设计变量,建立叶形设计参数化模型.利用试验设计方法对不同叶形参数的双循环液力缓速器弯叶片进行实例设计,并与样机制动性能进行对比.结果表明:样机仿真与试验的制动力矩平均相对误差在5%以内,数值计算方法准确可靠;基于相切圆弧叶形设计法建立的弯叶片制动力矩变化范围较大,通过设定合适的叶形参数,缓速器制动性能可得到有效提高.
双循环圆液力缓速器叶形参数优化设计

Abstract: ?为对双循环圆液力缓速器弯叶片叶形参数进行优化设计,搭建叶栅系统优化设计平台。建立缓速器内流道参数化模型,并通过网格独立性研究对仿真模型可信度进行验证。基于三维流场仿真技术,以叶形包角与工作面内外圆弧半径为设计变量,进行试验设计研究,分析设计参数对缓速器制动性能的影响,构建近似模型,采用多岛遗传算法进行全局优化设计,得到最优的设计参数,并对优化前后缓速器内流场特性与制动性能进行对比分析。分析结果表明:优化后缓速器的制动性能显著提高,制动力矩平均增幅可达42.3%.
单向联轴器楔紧过程平面及三维数值对比研究

Abstract: ?以具有对数螺旋线型面特征的综合式液力变矩器单向联轴器为研究对象,为考察其在瞬态楔紧过程中内外环及滚子等各部分应力分布状态特性,基于显式动力学理论进行了二维平面应变和三维有限元动力学分析,分别从二维和三维的角度对这一动态过程进行了数值模拟。对2种方法仿真结果的对比分析表明,三维分析的结果所获得的各部件轴向的应力分布信息弥补了二维分析的不足,同时也验证了将实际三维单向联轴器传动过程进行二维平面问题简化的可行性,2种分析结果的一致性为单向联轴器的设计和计算提供了更为可靠的理论依据。
发动机动态特性组合神经网络建模新方法

Abstract: 针对现有发动机组合神经网络建模方法对不同数组结构的样本数据泛化能力较差的不足,提出一种多步线性插值法的组合神经网络建模方法.该方法基于有限元建模思想,以具有丰富样本数据的某一维输入量构造网格线,对多维输入样本空间进行划分.在网格线上,样本数据按照BP算法对网络模型进行训练,得到高精度神经网络函数,而在网格线中间,所求输出根据相邻的两条网格线的神经网络函数进行多步线性插值.与传统组合神经网络建模方法的对比结果表明,在处理不同数组长度的多维发动机动态特性试验数据方面具有很好的适应能力.
基于复杂性测度的变矩器流场仿真模型可信度分析

Abstract: 为客观准确地评价液力变矩器流场仿真模型的可信度,对某型液力变矩器进行了300次性能试验,并按照与试验完全相同的输入量对流场仿真模型进行300次仿真计算,将仿真结果和试验结果进行了对比。基于复杂性测度理论,建立了仿真与试验两组数据系统单变量、两变量和多变量等3个层次的可信度评估体系,并提出复杂性、关联性和稳健性3种仿真模型可信度量化指标。结果显示,该流场仿真模型的整体可信度为72%。
通用液力传动系统匹配方法

Abstract: 为提高液力传动系统性能,研究了发动机与液力变矩器匹配特性。按照功率分流形式,将液力传动系统划分为两种典型结构模型,在对两种结构模型进行图论化抽象的基础上,利用Python语言开发出通用的传动系统动力学平衡方程组自动列写并求解,并编制了发动机与液力变矩器匹配计算的计算机程序。结合计算实例,将2种结构模型在不同路况下的匹配结果进行了对比,结果显示前分流系统发动机与液力变矩器的匹配特性受外载荷影响作用明显,因此不能忽略负载变化而单独研究这类液力传动系统的匹配特性。
基于改进雷达图法的变矩器匹配评价

Abstract: 为了定量评价液力变矩器与发动机匹配方案的合理性,根据理想匹配原则制定了无量纲的匹配评价指标,并提出了一种指标标准化评分方法。考虑了各评价指标在不同应用场合下重要性的差异,采用层次分析法确定出各评价指标的相对权重。基于改进雷达图法,建立了由匹配评价向量和匹配评价函数组成的液力变矩器与发动机匹配评价体系。以满足动力型匹配需求为例,对3组液力变矩器的共16种匹配方案进行了定量评价。结果表明:采用该方法可以准确、直观地选择出符合需要的最优匹配方案。

Abstract: The effects of contact surface on dynamic wedging behavior of the roller and inner-ring of the overrunning clutch in a dual-turbine torque converter were investigated to reveal the friction self-locking mechanism and dynamic process. Planar strain clutch models including roller, inner-ring and outer-ring were built, and transient wedging process was analyzed with an explicit dynamics method. The modeling of stress and strain distribution and variation of two kinds of contact surfaces show that there are three stages named slipping, wedging and binding respectively during whole wedging process. Meanwhile the geometric structures of contact surfaces greatly influence the peak stress and strain distribution of the wedging process of the roller and inner-ring. The load bearing performance of contact surfaces with logarithmic spiral curve is better than that with straight line. Our study provides theoretical foundation for design and further optimization of wedging contact surface of an overrunning clutch in a dual-turbine hydrodynamic torque converter.

Abstract: ‘茄杂6号’是由自交系‘134’与‘圆杂-黑扁-1-1-m’配制而成的春秋大棚茄子专用品种。该品种耐弱光,易坐果,着色好,抗性强。株形紧凑,门茄节位8节左右。果实扁圆形,果色黑亮,果肉浅绿,单果质量850~950g,商品性好。产量一般为90~105t·hm-2。

Abstract: ‘茄杂12号’是由自交系‘93-6f2-1-3-1-1-1’与‘圆杂-1-1-2-m’配制而成的棚室茄子专用品种。该品种早熟、耐低温弱光、易坐果、着色好。株形较小,门茄节位6节,果实扁圆形,果色黑亮,果肉浅绿,单果质量700~750g,商品性好。产量一般为80~96t·hm-2。
