火力发电厂排污收费新体系的探讨

Abstract: 火电厂污染物的排放已成为我国主要的环境问题之一。目前我国对火电厂实行总量排污收费制度,但排污收费标准与环境治理成本相比较过低,尽管排污收费缴费总额较高,然而却不能有效地促使火电厂进行排污治理。为了发挥经济手段对火电厂污染物减排的推动作用,提出了一套新的火电厂排污收费体系,并建立了相关数学模型,制定出新的排污收费标准。在该体系中,对火电厂so2、nox排放实行综合排污收费,而对co、总悬浮颗粒物或烟尘的排放实行总量排污收费。算例分析结果表明,新体系利用市场调节机制,可有效促进火电厂污染物的减排,即火电厂通过

Abstract: 【目的】探讨不同移栽期对烟叶烘烤特性的影响,为密集烘烤工艺的优化和完善提供理论依据。【方法】以始兴烟区常规移栽期(2月20日)为参照,设置4个不同移栽期处理,研究密集烘烤过程中不同移栽期烟叶的水分、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素、丙二醛(MDA)含量和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性的变化状况及烤后烟叶的经济性状。【结果】移栽期对烟叶烘烤特性的影响十分显著。4个处理中,2月13日(提早移栽)、2月20日(常规移栽期)移栽的烟叶在烘烤过程中各观察阶段失水速率相对接近各自72 h内失水速率的平均值,失水均衡性好,且2个处理叶绿素在变黄期降解量较大(分别为92.38%,90.70%)、降解速率较快(分别为1.925,1.889 %/h),烟叶失水与变黄协调性较好。2月13日移栽的烟叶在烘烤过程中(PPO)活性保持最低(4.652 U/g),并且在定色初期温度升高时仍然保持最低的PPO活性(5.12 U/g);而2月27日移栽的PPO活性最高(6.242 U/g),在烘烤中易出现褐变现象,耐烤性较差。2月13日移栽的烟叶膜脂过氧化水平最低,MDA积累少且慢。在经济性状方面,随着移栽时间的推迟,各处理的产量逐渐增加,但是中上等烟的比例显著降低,其中2月13日移栽烟叶的产值(46 024.85元/hm 2)和中上等烟比例(86.78%)最高,经济效益最好。【结论】始兴烟区在传统移栽期基础上适当提早移栽(2月13日)可以改善烟叶烘烤特性,获得更好的经济性状;推迟移栽和过度推迟移栽的烟叶烘烤特性均较差,烟叶质量显著降低。
【Objective】This study investigated the effects of different transplanting periods on curing characteristics of flue-cured tobacco to provide reference for optimization and improvement of the bulk curing processing and to enrich the theory of flue-cured tobacco curing technology.【Method】A field experiment with 4 different transplanting dates was conducted in tobacco planting areas in Shixing with the local transplanting date (February 20) as reference.The changes of water content,chlorophyll,carotenoid,MDA content and PPO activity at leaf drying stage in the bulk-curing barn,as well as the economic characters of cured tobacco leaves were analyzed.【Result】The effect of transplanting date on baking characteristics of tobacco leaves was significant.Dehydrating rates of tobacco leaves transplanted in February 13 and those transplanted in local conventional date (February 20) at different stages during the curing process were closer to average of the whole process compared to others.Thus,the tobacco transplanted in February 13 and those transplanted in local conventional date had better dehydrating balance.The degradation of chlorophyll in tobacco leaves transplanted in February 13 and February 20 was larger (92.38% and 90.70%),and the degradation rate was faster (1.925 and 1.889 %/h),indicating better dehydrating and yellowing characteristics.During the curing process,PPO activity in the tobacco leaves transplanted in February 13 kept the lowest (4.652 U/g),while delayed transplanting leaves (transplanted in February 27) was the highest (6.242 U/g).The browning phenomenon also appeared premature and the resistance to baking was worse.Apart from this,the tobacco leaves transplanted in February 13 maintained a lower membrane lipid oxidation level with less and slower MDA accumulation.In terms of economic characters,as the transplanting time delays,the yield of each treatment increased gradually,but the ratio

Abstract: ?本文提出了"强跟踪滤波器"的新概念,给出了强跟踪滤波器的一般结构,并提出了一个正交性原理用于此类滤波器的设计.在此基础上,提出了一种具有强跟踪滤波器性能的带多重次优渐消因子的扩展卡尔曼滤波器(SMFEKF),改进了文献[1]中提出的一种带单重次优渐消因子的扩展卡尔曼滤波器(SFEKF).数值仿真说明了SMFEKF的有效性.
热表面上粉尘层阴燃的研究

Abstract: 采用自主开发的实验装置,以石松子粉尘为实验样品进行了热表面上的粉尘层阴燃实验,研究了自然对流环境下粉尘阴燃过程机理及粉尘厚度对阴燃过程的影响.实验结果表明,粉尘厚度对阴燃的起始时间和持续时间有影响,粉尘层越厚,阴燃起始时间越长且其持续时间也越长.采用简化的三步反应动力学机理,应用可燃固体颗粒通用热解模型计算软件gpyro对热表面上的粉尘阴燃进行了二维数值模拟研究.模拟结果与实验结果符合较好,模拟结果较好地反映了粉尘阴燃的发展过程,粉尘升温过程和阴燃传播过程均在模拟结果中得到较好体现.

Abstract:
设立教学成果奖是我国实施科教兴国战略的重要举措,教学成果奖成果代表了各时期我国教育教学工作的最高水平。在高等教育创新人才培养的宏观背景下,本文旨在系统分析“2012年北京市高等教育教学成果奖”体育类教学成果,从而识别、描述和阐释首都高校在体育教育教学方面的创新前沿和发展趋势。本文用于阐释教学创新的理论框架包括学习性投入理论、CDIO教学模式、创新知识环境等理论,进而提出了教学创新的知识–教师–资源三元素框架。本文的研究方法采用了案例研究和内容分析方法。本文发现,北京高校体育教学创新以高等体育教育改革为主体,改革创新主题类型以人才培养为主;从院校为主体的角度考虑,体育教学创新可分为知识战略、教师战略、和资源战略三类;高校体育教学创新以知识战略为主,注重教师作用发挥,而资源是不可或缺的支持性战略。
The establishment of Teaching and Learning Excellence Award is an important measure to im-plement the strategy of the nation revitalization through science and education. The award win-ners represent the best innovations in teaching and learning in major sectors in education at the time of granting the award. In the context of educating innovative talent, this paper aims at ex-amining the frontier of teaching and learning innovation in physical education as represented by the “2012 Beijing Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award”. This paper adopts learning engagement theory, CDIO framework and the knowledge innovation environment framework as well as case study and content analysis methods in qualitative data analysis. The paper concludes to propose a knowledge-faculty-resource framework to describe and explain teaching and learning innovation. Applying this framework in teaching and learning awards in physical education in higher education institutions, the paper finds that teaching and learning innovations present a knowledge-centered strategy supported by the teaching force and resources.

Abstract: A new concept of "strong tracking filters" is proposed, a general structure of a class of strong tracking filters is presented, and an orthogonality principle is also proposed for designing such strong tracking filters. Based on the orthogonality principle, a strong tracking filter-a suboptimal multiple fading extended Kalman filter (SMFEKF) is proposed, which improves the suboptimal fading extended Kalman filter (SFEKF) proposed in 1]. Finally, the effictiveness of the SMFEKF is illustrated by computer simulation.
两种UASB-厌氧氨氧化反应器启动和运行特征对比

Abstract: 采用两套有效容积为3.2L的UASB反应器,以含NH+4-N和NO-2-N的模拟废水为进水,对ANAMMOX反应过程的启动及运行期间的特征进行对比研究。试验结果表明:1号反应器的NH+4-N和NO-2-N的去除率分别达到99.7%和99.9%需要220d;而2号反应器的NH+4-N和NO-2-N的去除率分别达到99.8%和99.9%只需要150d;1号反应器的出水在第220~300d的平均三氮比即去除的NH+4-N︰去除的NO-2-N∶生成的NO-3-N=1︰1.16︰0.15,2号反应器的出水在第150~300d的平均三氮比为1︰1.28︰0.15;两台反应器的pH值先后都存在特征性变化,在稳定阶段反应器内活性污泥都由接种时的黑褐色转化为黄棕色颗粒污泥,随试验时间的延长同样的负荷变化都对反应器的冲击越来越小;具有生物膜的2号反应器在提高ANAMMOX细菌的固定化、减少菌种的流失等方面具有较大优势。
