Abstract:

为揭示项目质量目标的传递规律,本文将公理设计理论引入质量管理中,对项目质量目标分解及其传递进行研究。本文从公理设计的角度出发,构建了基于公理设计理论的项目质量目标传递模型,模型主要包括质量目标单元定义、质量目标分解和形成、质量目标单元间目标传递。运用公理设计特有的Z字形映射,根据顾客质量目标、质量功能目标与质量设计目标之间的转化关系,建立了项目质量背景下的目标传递模型。
Purpose of this study is to reveal the transfer pattern of project quality target and to establish its decomposition model. Based on the theory of axiomatic design, the route of quality target transmission is given. What is more, the decomposition and formation mechanism of the quality target unit is also established. Through the conversion of customer quality target, quality functional target, and the conversion of quality functional target and quality design target by Axiomatic Design, the transfer model of quality target is established.

Abstract:
民办高校专职辅导员的职业幸福感问题是辅导员职业化建设过程中的关键一环,但社会、学校和个人对辅导员工作的认知和认同仍有待提高。调查显示,云南省民办高校专职辅导员群体的职业幸福感普遍较低,其关键性影响因素则是缺乏合理的管理制度、工作模糊、工作压力大、系统性职业培训的缺失等问题。正确认识云南省民办高校专职辅导员群体的职业幸福感及其关键影响因素,能有的放矢地促进学校制度的完善、增强专职辅导员的归属感和职业幸福感,并最终利于学校管理和未来长远发展。
The professional happiness of the full-time college counselors in civilian-run colleges is a key point of the professionalization of college counselors, but still lacks enough attention and correct identification. Our survey reveals that the counselors group in Yunnan’s civilian-run colleges has a low level of professional happiness, and the important factors giving rise to that are being lack of reasonable management system, job ambiguity, heavy work pressure, being lack of systematic vocational training and so on. A correct understanding of the situation and influence factors of the full-time counselors’ professional happiness in Yunnan’s civilian-run colleges can be beneficial to the improvement of college management institution, and be favor of strengthening the belonging-ness and professional happiness of the counselors as well, which will contribute to the further de-velopment of the civilian-run colleges ultimately.

Abstract:
地铁公司在编制列车开行方案时,很难同时兼顾到公司自身利益与社会利益[1]。基于此,本文建立了基于地铁公司效益和乘客满意度最大化的地铁列车调度方案优化模型。文章首先以地铁公司获得一定社会效益和最大经济效益为前提,设定了理想发车间隔,得出了列车发车时刻表,对采集运营数据的过程提供了建议。其次,使用层次分析法计算不同影响因素的权重,并利用模糊数学的方法对计算数据进行拟合。最后,通过实例验证了该模型的可行性。
When MTR Corporation is in the preparation of train plan, it is difficult to take into account the company’s interests and the interests of society [1]. This paper builds an optimization model of the subway train dispatching scheme which is based on the benefit of subway company and passengers’ satisfaction maximization. Firstly, this research takes the certain social benefit and economic benefit as the prerequisite and sets the ideal departure interval time. Then we get the train departure schedule. Also this paper provides the suggestions for the process of acquisition opera-tion data. Secondly, it uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate weight of the different in-fluencing factors, and uses fuzzy mathematics to fit the calculated data. Finally, it gives an example to validate the feasibility of the model.

多式联运的路径选择是关系到物流成本和运输时间的关键性问题。本文综合考虑影响多式联运路径选择的各种因素,将定性分析和定量分析相结合,利用改进的可拓层次分析法(EAHP),构建可拓层次分析模型,同时通过专家偏好度来简化计算,从而得到满意的多式联运路径方案。
The choice of approaches to the multi-transportation is a crucial problem associated with the lo-gistics cost and the transportation time. This article comprehensively concerns the factors that in-fluence the multimodal transportation choice. With the method of the combination of the qualita-tive analysis and the quantitative analysis, adding the improved utilization of the Extension Ana-lytic Hierarchy Process Method (EAPH), EAHP mode can be constructed. Meanwhile, by means of the simplified calculation of the expert preference simplified calculation, the satisfactory multimodal transportation scheme can be achieved.

Abstract:
本文提出了一种基于LTCC技术的集总巴伦的设计与实现方法。该小型化集总巴伦由简易LC巴伦结构改进而成,利用ADS软件进行电路仿真以及HFSS软件三维建模设计。性能测试结果表明:测量结果数据与仿真结果基本一致,该巴伦的标称中心频率为70 MHz,频带宽20 MHz,通带内插入损耗小于4.7 dB,两端口相位差大于172?,尺寸仅为2.5 mm × 1.5 mm × 1 mm。完全能够满足当今通信设备日益小型化的要求。
This paper presented a design and realization method of lumped balun based on the LTCC tech-nology, which was derived from simple LC balun and designed by ADS circuit simulation and the HFSS software to optimize the 3D modeling. The measured results agree with the simulated data basically, the center frequency of balun sample is 70 MHz, the bandwidth is 20 MHz, the insertion loss of the pass band is less than 4.7 dB, the phase difference between the two output ports is more than 172?, the size is only 2.5 mm × 1.5 mm × 1 mm. The balun can totally be used in miniaturized mobile communication equipment.

Abstract:
随着石油资源的紧缺和煤炭加工带来的环境污染日趋严重,煤炭资源的清洁和高效利用成为当下的热点课题。煤岩有机显微组分可以将煤中有用的有机质主要分为三种:壳质组、镜质组和惰质组。分离煤中显微组分并根据显微组分不同的特性进行煤炭深加工如热解、气化和液化,可以有效提高煤炭利用率且缓解石油资源短缺的现状。本文对当前煤岩有机显微组分的分离和应用技术研究进展进行了介绍,分析了其发展方向和前景。
Along with serious environmental pollution caused by coal combustion as well as the scarcity of oil resource, high efficient and clean utilization of coal resource has becoming the immediate research focus. The useful organic matter in coal can be classified into three coal maceral types: exinite, vitrinite and inertinite. The separation and the further processing technologies such as pyrolysis, gasification and liquefaction of macerals according their different features could improve coal utilization rate effectively and lighten oil resource’s shortage. In this paper, the research progress of macerals separation and utilization technique is introduced and the further development and improvement are analyzed.

Abstract: CCS技术通过捕获、运输和封存等技术手段,可以大规模地减少电厂及工业生产中CO2的排放量,是可以选择的减缓气候变化的有效措施。但其运行的各个阶段有可能对环境造成一定的影响,运输和储存中CO2的大量泄漏甚至会带来不可逆转的生态灾难。对CCS技术应用的环境侵权责任问题进行研究的目的是希望通过法律的调节,最大可能地降低CCS技术实施对环境的影响,以最低的社会成本实现CCS减缓气候变化的社会效用,这也是目前CCS相关法律问题中最复杂的方面。研究发现:在美国普通法中,法官需要平衡CCS减缓气候变化的公共利益以及由于CO2泄漏而遭受损失的当事人的个人利益。在中国现有法律体系内,如果CCS项目中CO2泄漏造成了环境污染,损害赔偿除去归责原则和举证责任的分配外,很多因素都充满变数、法确定。一旦CO2泄漏事故发生,当事人通过侵权诉讼获得赔偿救济存在难度。
CCS technology can massively reduce the CO2 emissions of power plants and during industrial productions through technical phases as capture, transportation and storage. It is an alternative and effective measure for slowing down climate change. However, all the technological phases may have some impact on environment. The CO2 leaked in the transportation and storage phases may, if in a large quantity, cause irreversible ecological disaster. The purpose of studying the environmental tort liability of CCS project is to minimize the impact of CCS on the environment through legal regulation and to slow down climate change with CCS technology with the minimum social cost, which is also the most complicated aspect in the legal questions related to CCS at present. The study found that judges need to balance the public interests brought by CCS slowing down climate change and the personal interests of the party involved damaged by the leaked CO2 under common law system of the United States. In China, if the environment is polluted by the leaked CO2 in the CCS project, there are many uncertainties in tort liability except for the doctrine of liability fixation and the distribution of burden of proof. Once an accident of CO2 leakage happened, it is still hard for the party involved to obtain compensation for damages by tort lawsuits.

Abstract:
本模型旨在模拟埃博拉病毒爆发后,在相关地区现有的防护和医疗条件下,模拟埃博拉疫情传播情况,并对病毒的传播趋势进行预测,为相关决策部门提供一种询证决策依据。选取传染病SIR动力学模型。首先,我们构造的埃博拉病毒疫情的SIR-L模型是基于经典的SIR传染病模型和logistic模型,来模拟和预测埃博拉病毒的蔓延趋势,然后我们预测得出未来一周的新增病例,几内亚、利比里亚和塞拉利昂分别是88例、28例和238例。其次,通过分析我们得到的预测数据,结合各个国家人口规模和地理位置,根据重心法和灰色系统理论,选择出各国的最佳配送中心。里弗塞斯城、博城、玛木分别为利比里亚,塞拉利昂和几内亚的配送中心。我们选择疫情最严重的塞拉利昂作为生产国,博城作为生产中心。最后,基于最优配送中心和生产中心,参考现代一些先进的物流系统和现代企业物流系统运营经验,我们设计了应急物资分配三级模型。即以生产中心作为网络第一级,三个国家的配送中心作为网络第二级节点,各国中每个县的城镇中心作为第三级节点。我们以埃博拉疫情初期配送时间最短,疫情后期救援体系成本最低为原则,设计了物资分配网络体系。
This paper aims to analyze the cases of Ebola in West Africa, forecast the future trend of the spread of the virus, and provide some consulting opinions for related departments to make decisions. Firstly, we construct the SIR-L model for Ebola epidemics based on the classical infectious diseases SIR model and the Logistic model to simulate and predict the spread trends of the virus. We get that the Ebola has crossed the peak period in the three main countries, but the cases of the Ebola are still at a high level. Then we forecast the new cases in the next week: 88, 28 and 238 cases for Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone, respectively. Secondly, by analyzing the data that we forecast, combing with the population size and geographical location of each country, a dynamical model is established based on gravity center method and gray theory, which are utilized to select the optimal distribution center. It reveals that River Cess, Bo, Mamou are the optimal distribution centers of Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea, respectively. Sierra Leone, the hardest-hit area, is se-lected as the production country, and Bo is selected as the production center. Finally, based on the optimal distribution center and production center, we develop the distribution model of emergency supplies in three layers, which refers to some of advanced sophisticated logistics systems and operational experiences of modern enterprise logistics systems. That is to say, the production center is considered as the first layer of the network; the distribution center of the three countries is the second layer; and the town center of each country’s county is the third layer. We design a distribution network system based on the principle that the delivery time of the Ebola is the shortest in the beginning, and the cost of the rescue system is the lowest in the later period.
