Abstract: 融合中心如何处理无序局部数据,对分布式多传感器系统的运行品质至关重要.本文将系统中的局部估计转化为伪测量,将分布式融合估计转化为二级集中式融合估计.将所得的伪测量兼分布式融合估计算法与单步延迟的无序测量数据(out-of-sequencemeasurements,OOSM)最优滤波—A1算法进行组合,得出了分布式多传感器系统的最优单步延迟无序航迹(out-of-sequencetracks,OOST)估计算法,适用于航迹无序局部数据融合估计.该算法具有最优估计性能.

Abstract: 研究不确定多传感器系统的鲁棒估计问题是多传感器融合估计理论的一个重要研究方向.本文以鲁棒滤波理论为基础,给出了不确定多传感器系统的多胞型描述模型,并利用LMI方法给出集中式鲁棒状态融合估计问题的解,证明了将集中式鲁棒融合估计转化为相同估计性能的分布式融合估计算法的条件.最后给出了分布式不确定多传感器系统的状态融合估计的一个算例.

Abstract: ?给出了一种拓扑元素的标识方法,并以此方法为基础提出一种称为trg的数据结构,同时给出了拓扑面、边、点的识别算法。系统通过trg记录实体模型的构造历史,跟踪实体重建前后拓扑元素之间的关系。该方法能很好地记录实体的造型历史,再现原设计者的设计意图,给出的算法能正确识别面、边、点。

Abstract: ?aspergillusficuum菊粉酶系经硫酸铵分级沉淀、透析脱盐、deae-cellulose离子交换色谱、sepharosecl-6b凝胶过滤色谱和制备电泳技术分离纯化,获得五个电泳纯酶:三个外切菊粉酶组分exo-i、exo-ii、exo-iii和两个内切菊粉酶组分endo-i、endo-ii。sds-page分析测得五种酶的分子量分别为:exo-i:69961da,exo-ii:39973da,exo-iii:45561da,endo-i:33574da,endo-ii:30769da。
基于营养通道模型的渤海生态系统结构十年变化比较

Abstract: 根据1982年和1992年渤海渔业资源和生态环境调查数据,应用ewe建模软件,构建了两个时期的营养通道模型,并比较分析了10a间渤海生态系统结构以及渔业资源的变化。模型包含鳀、黄鲫、蓝点马鲛、其它中上层鱼类、小黄鱼、花鲈、其它底层鱼类、底栖鱼类、浮游动物、浮游植物、碎屑等17个功能群,基本覆盖了渤海生态系统能量流动的途径。分析结果表明,1992年渤海生态系统的总生物量比1982年有所下降;小型中上层鱼类成为渔业资源的主要成分,其生物量较1982年明显增加;由于低营养级层次渔获物数量的增加,渔获物平均营养级有所下降。从系统规模看1982年大于1992年。1982年到1992年的十年间,引起渤海生态系统结构变化的主要原因是初级生产力的变化以及捕捞因素。1982年与1992年渤海生态系统均处于不成熟的发育期,仍有较高的剩余生产量有待利用,因此渔业资源恢复的物质基础是有保证的。

Abstract: 随着风电装机容量的快速增长和大规模风电的并网接入,大规模风电的波动性和风电断面的分层特征给电力系统实时调度带来困难,可能出现风能资源的浪费,为此提出一种大规模风电分层断面的有功控制方法。风电场的发电受制于各级输电断面的约束,通过对各风电场广域分配调节功率,深度优先搜索越限断面和发电能力转移的方法,实现了保证断面安全前提下的风电场功率的充分利用和公平利用。实际算例和电力系统的运行结果验证了该方法的合理性和可行性,为大规模风电分层断面的有功控制提供了一种有效方法。

Abstract: 针对工业生产实际中造纸机模型的不确定性,基于多传感器信息融合理论,提出了提高成纸定量估计性能的鲁棒 H∞ 融合估计方法.实验结果表明多传感器融合理论可以在很大程度上提高估计的性能,鲁棒融合估计在纸机测量传感器出现故障时仍能保证较好的估计结果.

Abstract: The study of robust state estimation for uncertain multisensor system is an important field of multisensor fusion estimation theory.Based on robust filtering theory,this paper develops polytopic models of uncertain multisensor system and centralized robust fusion estimation by linear matrix Inequality(LMI) method,and proves the exact transforming condition,by which robust centralized estimation can be transformed to the distributed fusion method with the same fusion estimation performance.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the estimation approach for the distributed uncertain multisensor system.

Abstract: For characters segmenting and recognizing conveniently, the tilt license plate image should be converted to standard image without tilt and rotation. At present, most of papers detect tilt angle by Hough transform and rectify it directly. This paper analyzed the shortcoming of this strategy and then proposed a new correction algorithm based on the viewpoint of projective geometry. The developed algorithm was as follows: By using the given prior knowledge of license plate, converted the perspective collineation between license plate and its image to affine transformation. Then converted the obtained affine transformation to similarity transformation, which contained a rotation and global scaling. After removing the influence of rotation factor, obtained a standard license plate image, which only had a scale factor compared with real license plate and was ready to following character processing.

Abstract: An approach to naming and identifying the topological entities was proposed, based on which a data structure named Topological Relation Graph (TRG) was introduced .TRG memorizes the solid process of a part and tracks the topological relation of entities between original and current solid part. Using TRG, solid modeling system can reevaluate part correctly according to the original designer's intent. Algorithms for identifying the solid face, edge and vertex were also given in this paper. The proposed approach can track the modeling history correctly, represent designer's intent of original solid part, also can identify the solid element including solid face, edge and vertex.
