Abstract:

随着经济的发展和人口流动数量的增加,北京市生活垃圾产量日渐加大,这就亟需北京市政府采取更多的措施处理生活垃圾进而治理生活垃圾带来的环境污染。生活垃圾处理作为环境保护的一个重要方面,是政府应当承担的公共事务,政府作为公共事务治理的主体,应当秉持公共治理动机,保持公共治理动力,其中发挥主要作用。本文通过分析北京市政府近几年生活垃圾治理效果,以此来研究政府本身存在的治理动力在环境治理方面的影响以及如何增强政府的环境治理动力。
With the development of economy and the increase in the number of population mobility, the household garbage is increasing gradually in Beijing, which needs the government of Beijing to take more measurements to deal with domestic waste and to manage its pollution to the environment. As an important part of the environmental protection, the household garbage should be undertaken by the government as the government’s responsibility. Therefore, the government is supposed to take an important role in processing the household garbage. This paper aims to research the influence on the environmental management of the government’s motion and the methods how to promote government’s motion in environmental management.

Abstract:  巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎(Cytomegalovirus Retinitis)比萨饼样眼底改变为特征是免疫缺陷患者的机会性感染之一考虑人类免疫缺陷病毒感染或获得性免疫缺陷综合征全身应用免疫抑制剂及化疗药物所致。常发生在艾滋病患者中,而在儿童急性淋巴细胞性白血病患儿中却少见。本文报道儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病并发巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎一例,并对巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎相关文献进行复习,进一步让临床医师了解这类疾病。
 CMV Retinitis (Cytomegalovirus Retinitis), which is characterized by “pizza” fundus change, is one of the opportunistic infection of immunocompromised patients, caused by systemic application of immunosuppressant and chemotherapy drugs considering human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. CMV retinitis often occurs in AIDS patients while it is rare in children with acute lymphocytic leukemia. This paper reported a case of a child with acute lymphoblastic leukemia complicated with CMV retinitis and reviewed the related literature of CMV retinitis to make a further understanding of this kind of disease for clinicians.
NaCl诱导大豆根尖细胞凋亡的细胞学效应

Abstract: 以大豆种子为试材,NaCl溶液为诱导剂,分别对生长中的大豆根尖进行诱导,研究NaCl溶液处理浓度和处理时间对根尖细胞凋亡的影响,并对凋亡细胞进行形态学显微观察和基因组DNA分子凝胶电泳分析。结果表明:利用NaCl溶液处理根尖细胞,能够引起细胞凋亡,细胞凋亡频率与处理溶液浓度和处理时间有关;在细胞发生凋亡时,凋亡中的细胞形态和结构在不同时期表现各异。证明利用NaCl溶液作为诱导剂处理生长中的大豆根尖细胞,能够引起细胞凋亡;凋亡细胞的形态和结构发生变化,DNA发生降解。
基于rapd标记的皖南山核桃野生居群遗传多样性分析

Abstract: ?应用随机扩增多态性dna(rapd)分子标记方法分析了皖南山区4个山核桃(caryacathayensis)野生居群的遗传多样性及其分化程度。由popgene软件分析表明,15条随机引物共检测出139个扩增条带,其中多态性条带87个,多态性位点百分比(ppb)为62.59%,各居群平均多态性位点百分比(ppb)为43.35%。物种水平shannon信息多样性指数(i)为0.208,nei基因多样性指数(h)为0.124,多样性水平较低。由于受到地理隔离的影响,居群间的基因流较低(nm=0.700),遗传分化程度相对较高(gst=0.417)。?
四种sbis类杀菌剂对不同发育阶段小麦赤霉病菌的毒力及其作用方式

Abstract: 为明确不同发育阶段小麦赤霉病菌对甾醇生物合成抑制剂类(sbis)杀菌剂的敏感性差异及杀菌剂的作用方式,对4种sbis类杀菌剂进行了室内毒力测定及田间药效试验。室内毒力测定结果表明:不同发育阶段小麦赤霉病菌对4种sbis类药剂的敏感性存在较大差异,其敏感性由高到低依次为菌丝生长阶段和产孢阶段>芽管伸长阶段>孢子萌发阶段;其中,戊唑醇对菌丝生长、产孢、芽管伸长和孢子萌发阶段的ec50值分别为0.686、0.191、3.532和3.825μg/ml,咪鲜胺分别为0.063、0.305、0.827和36.581μg/ml,苯醚甲环唑分别为0.873、3.659、5.687和79.465μg/ml,烯唑醇分别为1.961、33.658、41.881和54.986μg/ml。显微观察4种sbis类杀菌剂对小麦赤霉病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发形态的影响,发现杀菌剂处理后菌丝末端分枝增多,新生菌丝伸长受阻,菌丝体局部膨大,有时可见菌丝及芽管的消解。田间试验结果表明:用量为有效成分100g/hm2的戊唑醇、200g/hm2的咪鲜胺和200g/hm2的苯醚甲环唑对小麦赤霉病的保护效果为77.15%~79.26%,治疗效果为70.64%~72.77%,于发病前后使用均可有效防治该病害。

Abstract: 摘要 利用ABAQUS 模拟后桥主减速器壳体轴承座的启裂并进行数值分析.壳体轴承座材料选用基体组织中珠光体体积分数50%的QT450,通过J积分确定了启裂点位置,计算出裂解载荷;分析了启裂时裂尖区域的塑性变形及其对轴承孔失圆量的影响,并进行了实验研究.结果表明,壳体轴承座的启裂点位于靠近裂尖中部位置;塑性区域位于裂尖根部呈蝶形分布,造成的轴承孔失圆度较小;裂解加工质量合格,说明轴承座适合使用裂解技术.研究结果为改进壳体轴承座的生产工艺流程奠定了坚实的理论基础,为壳体轴承座裂解材料的选择、裂解设备的设计、工艺过程的制定提供了参考.
Abstract:The initial fracture splitting process of rear axles’ main reducer shell bearing seats was simulated by ABAQUS and a numerical analysis was carried out. The material of the shell bearing seats is QT450 with 50% pearlite in the matrix structure. The position of the starting cracking point was determined by J integral, and the splitting force was then calculated. The plastic deformation of the crack tip region when cracking and its effect on the loss of circle were analyzed, and an experimental study was conducted. The results show that the starting cracking point of the bearing is located near the middle of the crack tip. The plastic area located at the root of the crack tip is of butterfly-shaped distribution, resulting in the small loss of circle of bearing holes. The processing quality of fracture splitting is qualified, which is suitable for the application of fracture splitting technology.The research result lays a solid theoretical foundation for improving the production process of shell bearing seats, and provides a reference for the selection of splitting materials of shell bearing seats, the design of splitting equipment and the formulation of processing procedures.

The toxicities of four sterol biosynthesis inhibitors (SBIs) against different life stages of wheat Fusarium graminearum were determined by using the mycelium growth rate and conidial germination methods, and the mode of action was investigated by field trial. The results of bioassay showed that the sensitivity of different life stages of wheat F.graminearum to four SBIs was different significantly, and the sensitivity from high to low was mycelium growth and sporulation > germ tube growth > conidial germination. The EC50 values of tebuconazole to mycelium growth, sporulation, germ tube growth and conidial germination were 0.686, 0.191, 3.532 and 3.825 μ g/mL, respectively; that of prochloraz were 0.063, 0.305, 0.827 and 36.581 μ g/mL, respectively; that of difenoconazole was 0.873, 3.659, 5.687 and 79.465 μ g/mL, respectively; and that of diniconazole was 1.961, 33.658, 41.881 and 54.986 μ g/mL, respectively. The influence of four SBIs on the morphology of mycelial growth and conidial germination were observed by microscope, four SBIs could cause wheat F.graminearum mycelium abnormal growth, such as the frequent increase of secondary branches, the inhibition of new branch hypha growth at the top, local constriction or enlargement in mycelium, the digestion of germ tube and mycelium. The results of field trial showed that the protective control efficacies of tebuconazole at 100 g a.i./hm2, prochloraz at 200 g a.i./hm2 and difenoconazole at 200 g a.i./hm2 against Fusarium head blight (FHB) disease were 77.15% -79.26%, and the curative control efficacies were 70.64%-70.77%, suggesting the fungicides were effective when using either before or after the invasion of F.graminearum.

Abstract:
在Web2.0时代,消费者评论的作用日益凸显。为此,很多学者对消费者评论的影响做了大量的研究。通常,他们采用消费者评论的量和产品打分作为研究对象。事实上,消费者更关注的是评论中的文本。基于文本分析的方法,可以有效地挖掘出评论的文本中消费者对于产品的真实评价。利用对网上交易社区的数据研究发现,消费者产品评论的量对销量有正向影响,消费者评论的极性对销量有正向作用,且消费者评论量正向调节消费者评论机型对销量的作用。同时,本文消费者对产品不同属性的评价差异性越大,对产品越有利。相关研究结论深化了对消费者评论作用的理解,并为企业运用消费者评论提供了指导。
In the era of Web2.0, customer reviews have become more and more important. Many researchers have done a large number of researches. But they have just focused on the quantitative proxy such as volume and ratings. But the customers care more about the text. By text analysis, we can find more detail from the texts. From the empirical study, we find that volume and the valence of the customer reviews both positively influence sales and they have a positive interaction. We also find that the variance of the customer reviews has a positive influence on the sales. Our findings can expand the understanding of customer reviews and help marketers utilize online word-of-mouth.

Abstract:
复句作为联系句子与篇章的桥梁,在中文信息处理中具有重要的地位,关系词的识别研究是复句研究的切入点。本文基于汉语依存句法、关系词及搭配的特征与规律、辅以关系词本体知识库,自动识别并提取关系词,建立了关系词搭配语料库。该关系词搭配库记录了各种关系词在复句中使用与搭配的状态,将有利于分析与统计关系词搭配的规律,从中获取用于关系词自动识别的规则,为关系词更准确的识别打下基础。
Compound sentences, connecting sentences and paragraph, play an important role in Chinese in-formation processing. The research of relation word recognition is regarded as the breakthrough point for the research of compound sentences. Based on the dependency relationship in Chinese syntax and the characteristics and regularity of relation words and their collocations, this paper recognizes as well as extracts relation words automatically and established the relationship word collocation corpus with CCCS. The collocation corpus records the status of the match and use of various relation words in compound sentences, which will be advantageous to analyze the matching rule of the word collocation rule, and obtain rules for automatic relationship recognition, ultimately lay the foundation for the more accurate identification of the relation word.
