人工梭梭林根系的分布特征

Abstract: 采用全株挖掘法对干旱荒漠区梭梭(Haloxylonammodendron(Mey.)Bunge)人工林进行取样,研究1-3龄梭梭根系生物量、比根长和根长密度的垂直分布格局,为提高造林质量和合理有序地人工接种肉苁蓉提供参考。结果表明随着树龄增加,土壤层数增加,但细根数占总根比例减少;1龄梭梭的根集中分布在0~20cm土层,根干重占根系总量的82.60%;2龄梭梭根数以20~60cm层中最多,而0~40cm层根重占总根重的73.8%;3龄梭梭根系条数以下层为主,主要集中在40~80cm土层,但生物量多集中于上层;细根的比根长和根长密度最大,则分布细根较多的土层比根长和根长密度值均较大。因此,不同树龄梭梭根系集中区域具有下移趋势,为提高肉苁蓉(ListanchedesertiwlaY.C.Ma)的种子萌发和接种机率,人工接种肉苁蓉深度也应下移。

Abstract: 防风Saposhnicoviadivaricata(Turz)Schisck为伞形科多年生植物,以未抽薹开花植株的干燥根入药,有解表祛风、胜湿、止痉等功能,是治疗外感风寒的常用中药[1]。虽然前人已经在种子萌发、采收加工以及种苗移栽方面做了一些的研究[2-3],但防风需肥特点及需肥量与生育阶段关系目前尚未见报道。本实验在大田条件下,研究了防风第1年的营养生长及氮磷钾的吸收特性,旨在为防风人工栽培过程中的施肥技术提供理论依据。
管花肉苁蓉种质的药用成分含量和单株干重研究
Study on effective component content and dry weight per plant of Cistanche tubulosa from different germplasms

Abstract: 以7份管花肉苁蓉种质为材料,分析了不同种质的药用成分、单株干重和农艺性状差异。结果表明:1)7个种质的松果菊苷含量为21.09%~50.86%,差异显著,种质Ⅱ > 种质Ⅳ > 种质Ⅲ > 种质Ⅴ > 种质Ⅶ > 种质Ⅰ > 种质Ⅵ;毛蕊花糖苷含量为2.08%~3.28%,种质Ⅱ > 种质Ⅰ > 种质Ⅳ > 种质Ⅲ > 种质Ⅴ > 种质Ⅶ > 种质Ⅵ。2)7个种质的单株干重为179.1~443.0 g,种质Ⅰ > 种质Ⅱ > 种质Ⅳ > 种质Ⅵ > 种质Ⅲ > 种质Ⅴ > 种质Ⅶ。3)7个种质的单株种子重为14.9~8.9 g,种质Ⅱ > 种质Ⅰ > 种质Ⅳ > 种质Ⅵ > 种质Ⅶ > 种质Ⅴ > 种质Ⅲ;种子萌发率为60.7%~38.0%,种质Ⅱ > 种质Ⅶ > 种质Ⅳ > 种质Ⅰ > 种质Ⅵ > 种质Ⅴ > 种质Ⅲ。结果说明,不同种质的药用成分含量和单株干重差异显著。种质Ⅱ具有松果菊苷含量和毛蕊花糖苷含量高,单株干重大,种子萌发率高的特征,是最有开发潜力的优良种质。
The subject of the study was to investigate the effects of different Cistanche tubulosa germplasms on medicinal component contents,dry weight per plant and agronomic characteristics.The results showed that:1) The highest echinacoside content was 50.86% and the lowest was 21.09%.The verbascoside content of those seven germplasms was between 2.08% to 3.28%. The germplasm Ⅱ had the highest echinacoside and verbascoside content which reached 54.14%,and the germplasm Ⅵ had the lowest echinacoside and verbascoside content which was 23.18%.2)The dry weights per plant of these seven germplasms were ranged between 179.1 to 443.0 g.The germplasm Ⅰ had the highest and the germplasm Ⅱ had the second highest dry weight.3) The germplasm Ⅱ had the highest rate of larger seed and its germination rate was 39.25% to 60.7%.The lowest number of lager seed and germination rate were 15.88% and 38.0% which appeared in germplasm Ⅲ.In conclusion,the germplasm Ⅱ showed the highest echinacoside and verbascoside content,dry weight per plant and germination rate among the seven germplasms.
管花肉苁蓉全生育期物质成分变化研究
Study on the chemcial composition variations of Cistanche tubulosa during the whole growth period

Abstract: 为明确管花肉苁蓉物质成分动态变化规律,分析管花肉苁蓉全生育期干物质累积量、可溶性糖、淀粉、毛蕊花糖苷、松果菊苷和甘露醇含量的变化。结 果表明:1)管花肉苁蓉全生育期内,可溶性糖含量持续降低,由146.89 mg/g降低至54.28 mg/g,淀粉含量在未伸长期内不断升高,峰值为44.87 mg/g,出土后迅速降低。单株干物质累积量呈现"S"型,在伸长期达到142.11 g,之后相对稳定。2)营养生长阶段,相同质量管花肉苁蓉松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷、甘露醇含量不受季节影响,松果菊苷含量和毛蕊花糖苷含量随着管花肉苁蓉单株干物质累积量增加而降低,甘露醇含量则先升高后降低。全生育期内,松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷累积量表现为未伸长期 >伸长期 >现蕾期 >开花期 >蒴果形成期。松果菊苷、 毛蕊花糖苷和甘露醇累积量在营养生长阶段不断升高,出土开花后不断降低。3)相关分析表明松果菊苷含量、毛蕊花糖苷含量和可溶性糖含量显著正相关,相关系数分别达到0.87和0.89。
The objective of this study was to clarify the dynamic patterns of the chemical composition of Cistanche tubulosa during the whole life cycle.The variation on dry weight and the contents of soluble sugar,starch,echinacoside,verbascoside as well as mannitol in C.tubulosa were fully characterized.The results indicated that:1) The contents of soluble sugar consistently decreased from 146.89 mg/g to 54.28 mg/g during the whole growth period of C.tubusola. The content of starch increased during pre-elongation stage while decreased rapidly after germination of C.tubulosa. The highest content of starch was 44.87 mg/g."S" type increment was observed for the plant weight during the entire growth period,and maximum value occurred after elongation stage.2) The contents of pharmacological ingredients in C.tubulosa corresponding to the same weight were not varied with seasons in the nutrition growth stage;however,the increment were found for the contents of those effective compounds with the dry weight growing of C.tubulosa;The highest contents of echinacoside and verbascoside occurred at pre-elongation stage,which was successively followed by elongation stage,squaring stage,flowering stage,and pod formation stage.The content of mannitol increased before July in the nutrition growth stage,and subsequently decreased until the end life cycle.The accumulations of echinacoside,verbascoside and mannitol were continuously observed over the nutrition growth stage.However,their contents were decreased in the reproductive stage.3) The content of soluble sugar exhibited significant correlation with the contents of echinacoside along with verbascoside,and the correlation coefficients were 0.87 and 0.89,respectively.

Abstract: 以板蓝根源通道库模式系统研究了乙酰胆碱对板蓝根14C同化物运输的影响,结果表明低浓度乙酰胆碱处理板蓝根韧皮部,板蓝根叶片向肉质根输出的14C同化物增多,尤其以001mmolL的处理效果最为明显;说明低浓度乙酰胆碱增强了通道的运输活性。

Abstract: 利用乙酰胆碱(Ach)、微丝解聚剂(LatA)和维管束固定剂(FAA)处理萝卜的韧皮部,以叶片中可溶性糖和淀粉含量以及14C同化物从叶片中的输出量为指标,研究3种药剂对韧皮部同化物运输的调控作用。结果表明,低浓度的Ach可有效地促进14C同化物向肉质根的运输,而LatA和FAA处理则有效抑制14C同化物向肉质根的运输。
PTFE薄膜横向拉伸变形行为及其有限元分析

Abstract: 采用分步位移加载和弹塑性材料模型,在应力应变曲线及材料基本参数的基础上,对PTFE薄膜横向拉伸过程进行了实验研究和有限元分析,得到了均匀横向拉伸和横向拉伸过程中薄膜的应力和位移变形分布状态及规律。实验和模拟结果表明,由于PTFE薄膜在低应力下易发生塑性变形,在横向拉伸过程中存在明显的应力和位移分布不匀,并导致薄膜在面内发生弓曲变形。研究结果对通过扩幅实现双向拉伸薄膜的非均匀变形控制具有参考价值。
