Abstract: 随着我省农业从自给半自给经济向大规模商品经济转化,从传统农业向现代农业转化,农业项目的可行性研究的地位和作用日益显得重要。为了实现省委、省政府提出的湖北在“中部崛起”的战略目标,提高农业投资建设的经济效果,避免盲目性,减少风险性,必须认真进行农业项目的可行性研究,开展技术经济分析和论证,从而加速“两个转化”的进程。
一种基于上下文的医学图像ROI分类方法

Abstract: 感兴趣区域(ROI)的分类是医学图像的计算机辅助诊断过程的最后一步,传统方法只针对每个ROI区域单独提取特征,再利用统计学习的方法训练分类器进行分类.然而图像中每个区域所包含的视觉特征有限,很难进行准确的分类.文中提出一种基于LDA主题模型的改进模型(LDAC),考虑ROI周围区域,即图像的上下文关系,通过利用LDA对ROI周围区域所包含的上下文信息进行建模,同时结合ROI区域的视觉信息和类别标签,从而辅助ROI区域的分类,以达到提高分类准确率的目的.乳腺图像肿块分类实验表明,文中方法可提高分类的准确性.

Abstract:
本试验旨在研究添加不同剂量的L. casei Zhang对肉鸡的屠宰性能及肌肉品质的影响,进一步探讨其作为一种新型饲料益生菌的可行性。试验以玉米和大豆粕为主要原料配制日粮,采用单因子随机试验设计方法,选择1日龄雌雄各半的健康AA肉仔鸡180只,称重后随机分为3个组,其中1个对照组和2个L. casei Zhang组,每个组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡,各组鸡的初始体重经方差检验差异均不显著(P > 0.05)。对照组肉鸡不饲喂L. casei Zhang,L. casei Zhang组饮水饲喂L. casei Zhang,添加水平分别是为2 × 105 cfu/ml和2 × 106 cfu/ml。试验期42天。本试验研究结果表明,添加L. casei Zhang可显著提高肉鸡全净膛率、胸肌率和宰后36h pH (P < 0.05),能够提高肉鸡屠宰性能其中以添加剂量为2 × 106 cfu/ml时效果较好,但对肉鸡肌肉系水力和肉色无显著影响,说明L. casei Zhang但对肌肉品质改善效果不明显。
The present experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary L. casei Zhang on intestinal structure of broiler chicken. In the experiment, a total of 180 1-day-old AA mixed-sex broiler chickens with similar body weight were randomly allotted into 3 treatments with 6 replicates in each treatment, with 10 broilers in each replicate. The trial period was 42 d. The basal diet was mainly composed of corn and soybean. Broiler chickens were fed four levels of L. casei Zhang (0, 2 × 105 cfu/ml and 2 × 106 cfu/ml respectively) in drinking water in a single factorial arrangement. The results showed that adding L. casei Zhang can significant increase dressing rate, brisket rate and pH after slaughter of 36 h (P < 0.05), as well as carcass traits. The additive dosage of 2 × 106 cfu/ml in the treatment group is better than others. However L. casei Zhang does not improve the flesh color and keep the water force for muscle of broiler chickens, showing that L. casei Zhang doesn’t have significant beneficial modulation for the meat quality of broiler chickens.
Influence of reflux ratio and hydraulic loading on the performance of pre-denitrification BAF in wastewater treatment

Abstract: Pre-denitrification BAF (biological aerated filter) performs well in denitrification of wastewater, and reflux ratio is one of the most important factors affecting the treatment performance. The removal effficiencies of COD, NH+4-N and TN were investigated seperately at reflux ratios of 50%, 100%, 200% and 300%. The results showed that the removal efficiency of contaminants for pre-denitrification BAF was increased initially, and then decreased when the reflux ratio was larger than 200%. However, the influence on TN removal was more significant than that for the removal of COD and NH+4-N. At the optimal reflux ratio of 200%, the average removal efficiencies of COD, NH+4-N and TN were 92.67%, 90.50% and 80.50%, respectively. Maintaining the reflux ratio at 100%, the removal efficiency of contaminants for pre-denitrification BAF initially increased, and then decreased at hydraulic loadings greater than 2.08 m·h-1. At the optimal hydraulic loading of 2.08 m·h-1, the average removal efficiencies of COD, NH+4-N and TN were 91.72%, 90.29% and 74.45%, respectively. It was also demonstrated that COD, NH+4-N and TN were removed mainly in the hypoxic environment in the BAF (DN), and the average removal efficiencies were 78.48%, 68.02% and 58.21% respectively.
菜豆种子薄层干燥物料内部水分扩散系数的确定

Abstract: 本文将数值方法应用于物性测试,用反问题的研究方法,通过建立物料的内部水分扩散模型及边界条件的处理,把反映物料干燥过程动态特性的实验含水率曲线与物料颗粒内部的水分扩散结合起来,确定物料颗粒在非稳态脱水过程中的内部水分扩散系数,并分析内部水分分布及其动态特性。计算结果与实验曲线拟合的分析表明,本文的方法是可行的,对于进一步分析干燥过程参数对种子劣变的影响及确定优化的干燥工艺从而达到干燥控制的目的有重要的意义。

Abstract: 医学图像中感兴趣区域(ROI)通常包含重要的信息,对医生分析和诊断具有重大意义。文中结合医学图像特点,运用机器学习方法和图像处理技术,提出一种基于Cascade结构的代价敏感的医学图像的ROI检测方法。该方法将代价敏感的分类算法和Cascade结构有效结合,具有高敏感性和高效率。对数字乳腺图像中的肿块ROI进行实际检测的实验结果表明,与基于像素的方法相比计算量小、效率高;与基于区域的方法相比避免了直接使用传统的图像分割和滤波技术难以有效检测ROI的问题。
污泥预处理对微生物絮凝剂制备及性能的影响

Abstract: 试验研究了不同污泥预处理方法对微生物絮凝剂的制备及其絮凝性能的影响.结果表明,污泥经碱热预处理后释放的有机物质量最大,SCOD/TCOD可达到0.56.以碱热预处理污泥作为基质制备的微生物絮凝剂,其产量为2.3g·L-1,高于热预处理的1.6g·L-1,酸热预处理的0.6g·L-1,以及未接种污泥絮凝剂的18mg·L-1.采用响应面分析法对碱热预处理污泥制备的微生物絮凝剂与PAM复配改善污泥脱水的过程进行了优化,实验分别拟合了关于污泥比阻(SRF)和干污泥量(DS)的二次模型,决定系数(R2)分别为0.9057和0.9171,表明拟合情况良好.实验中最佳的污泥脱水条件为微生物絮凝剂投加量12.6g·kg-1,PAM投加量1.0g·kg-1,CaCl2投加量59.7mg·L-1,pH值6.7,搅拌速度185r·min-1.在此条件下,DS和SRF分别为29.1%和2.2×1012m·kg-1,表明碱热预处理污泥制备的微生物絮凝剂与PAM的联合使用有助于改善污泥脱水性能.
应用恒界面池研究反胶团萃取废水中锌的动力学

Abstract: 利用恒界面池研究了二壬基萘磺酸(DNNSA)反胶团溶液萃取废水中锌离子的动力学.考察了搅拌转速、两相接触界面积、DNNSA和初始锌离子浓度以及温度对萃取速率的影响,得到了DNNSA反胶团萃取废水中锌离子的动力学方程并对萃取机理进行了探讨.实验结果表明:水相内化学反应为萃取过程的速率控制步骤.当搅拌速率在200r·min-1时出现与搅拌强度无关的化学反应动力学"坪区",在动力学"坪区",锌离子萃取速率与萃取剂DNNSA浓度和水相锌离子浓度成正比,温度升高萃取速率增加,萃取反应活化能为61.69kJ·mol-1.

Abstract: 前置反硝化生物滤池工艺具有良好的脱氮性能,其中回流比是影响其处理效果的一个重要因素.试验考察了回流比分别为50%、100%、200%、300%的条件下该工艺对COD、NH4+-N、TN的去除效果.研究表明,在回流比从50%提高至300%的过程中,该工艺对污染物的去除效果以200%为界呈先上升后下降的趋势,但对去除TN的影响较为显著,回流比为200%时,对应COD、NH4+-N和TN的平均去除率分别为92.67%、90.50%和80.50%.在保持回流比100%的条件下,随水力负荷从1.52m·h-1增加到2.82m·h-1的过程中,前置反硝化生物滤池工艺对污染物的去除效果以2.08m·h-1为界呈先上升后下降的趋势,水力负荷为2.08m·h-1时,对COD、NH4+-N和TN的平均去除率分别为91.72%、90.29%和74.45%.COD、NH4+-N和TN主要在BAF(DN)缺氧环境内得到去除,平均去除率分别为78.48%、68.02%和58.21%.
