Abstract: 综述了由芳醛与羟胺经一步法或两步法转化为芳腈的研究进展,重点讨论了催化剂或脱水剂、溶剂等反应条件,以及反应的适用底物。指出一步法是值得重点研究的芳醛转化为芳腈的方法,而芳醛直接氨氧化合成腈则是本反应最具发展潜力的方向。
This review summarizes the recent researches on the conversion of aromatic aldehydes to nitriles via one-step or two-step method with particular emphasis on the reaction conditions such as catalysts or dehydrating agents, solvents, and the application of reaction substrates. One-step method which converts aromatic aldehydes to nitriles should be the focus for future researches, while direct oxyamination of aromatic aldehydes to nitriles represents the most promising methodology for the conversion.

Abstract: 针对多组件应用系统迁移到云平台的目标物理服务器的选择问题,提出了一种基于组件间通信量的迁移方法。迁移方法根据形式化后的应用系统逻辑架构图和云平台物理资源组织结构图,通过计算组件间的通信量和虚拟资源需求值,为应用系统各组件在云平台选择目标物理服务器。通过在品高云计算平台上的多租户精品课程网站群系统的迁移实验,证明了所提迁移方法较好地减少了应用系统在使用时,云平台内部物理服务器间的通信量。
稀土铅钙合金及其阳极腐蚀膜性能研究

Abstract: 对比研究了新型稀土铅钙合金与传统合金的力学性能;利用恒流腐蚀研究了两种合金在45mol/L硫酸溶液中的耐腐蚀性能,并用XPS对合金在阳极09V下腐蚀4h所形成腐蚀膜的结构进行了分析.结果表明新型铅钙合金的综合性能优于传统板栅合金,稀土的加入抑制了腐蚀膜中导电性差的二价铅生长,增强膜的导电性,同时提高膜的力学性能,有利于电池深循环性能
铅铈和铅钙锡合金阳极腐蚀膜的性能研究

Abstract: 利用叠加交流伏安法、线性电位扫描法、交流阻抗技术和XPS研究了铅铈合金和铅钙锡合金在阳极1.28V,4.5mol/L的硫酸溶液中所形成的阳极腐蚀膜.结果表明稀土铈能抑制阳极膜中高阻抗的Pb(II)化合物的生长,降低腐蚀膜的阻抗,并增加膜的孔隙率.同时可以提高合金的析氢过电位,有利于电池免维护性能的提高.

Abstract: 研究了在紫外光照射下,Fe(Ⅲ)-柠檬酸盐体系同时还原Cr(Ⅵ)和氧化酸性黄.同时,考察了溶液的pH值、Fe(Ⅲ)的浓度、柠檬酸盐(cit3-)的浓度、酸性黄(AY)的浓度以及Cr(Ⅵ)的初始浓度对反应速率的影响.分析了光反应动力学.研究结果表明,Cr(Ⅵ)的光还原和酸性黄的氧化互相促进,具有协同效应;Cr(Ⅵ)光还原的初始速率和酸性黄氧化的初始速率随着Fe(Ⅲ)的浓度、柠檬酸盐的浓度、酸性黄的浓度以及Cr(Ⅵ)的初始浓度的增加而增大;Cr(Ⅵ)的光还原和酸性黄光氧化的表观动力学方程分别为-dCCr(Ⅵ)/dt=0.1123[Cr(Ⅵ)]0.16[Fe(Ⅲ)]0.4[cit3-]0.11[AY]0.37,-dCAY/dt=0.0916[Cr(Ⅵ)]0.72[Fe(Ⅲ)]0.74[cit3-]0.42[AY]0.3.
补肾疏肝汤对肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢综合征患者临床症状及性激素的影响

Abstract: 目的观察补肾疏肝汤对肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢综合征(pcos)患者临床症状改善情况及对性激素的影响。方法56例患者分为中药组(30例,服用补肾疏肝汤)和达英组(26例,服用达英-35),观察用药前后的月经情况、痤疮及多毛症状,同时观察不良反应;超声监测测量治疗前后两侧卵巢的卵泡数,并按照椭圆法测量卵巢体积;检测治疗前后血清黄体生成素(lh)、卵泡刺激素(fsh)、雌二醇(e2)、睾酮(t)水平。结果中药组在治疗过程中有2例妊娠。月经稀发、痤疮2组治疗后比治疗前明显改善(p<0.05)。达英组部分患者有不良反应,中药组未见不良反应。2组患者双侧卵巢体积明显缩小,卵泡数目亦明显减少(p<0.05)。血清lh、t、lh/fsh值2组治疗后均较治疗前明显降低(p<0.05);各激素水平2组治疗后比较差异无显著性意义(p>0.05)。结论补肾疏肝汤可改善肾虚肝郁型pcos患者的临床症状和内分泌情况,且无明显不良反应。

乙醇利用菌株的分离鉴定及在低醇苹果酒中的应用

Abstract: 随着人们对自身健康的关注,低醇酒越来越受到人们的欢迎。为获得利用乙醇的菌株,利用YPD以及乙醇唯一碳源的培养基,经过多次分离与筛选,得到3株乙醇利用菌株SJ01、SJ02、SJ03,并对筛选菌株进行乙醇耐受特性的测定及乙醇利用曲线的绘制。同时,通过菌株菌落形态,细胞形态特征,结合26S rDNA 序列分析和系统发育树的构建,确定了3株分离菌的遗传学位置。结果表明:SJ01、SJ02、SJ03三株菌株的乙醇耐受浓度分别为10%、8%、9%。在唯一碳源培养基中培养20 d后,其乙醇利用率分别为39.9%、35.7%、31.8%。菌株SJ01和SJ02为Pichia kudriavzevii,菌株SJ03为Candida ethanolica。最后根据菌株能够利用乙醇作为唯一碳源生长的特性,将菌株SJ01和SJ03加入至苹果酒中进行低醇苹果酒的酿造,苹果酒的酒精度分别降低了17.5%和27.8%,且苹果酒品质得到了改善。
The popularity of low-alcohol ciders has risen owing to increasing health awareness. Here, yeast strains were repeatedly isolated and screened using culture media with yeast extract peptone dextrose (YPD) and ethanol as the sole carbon source, which resulted in the isolation of three ethanol-utilizing strains, SJ01, SJ02, and SJ03. The ethanol tolerance and ethanol-utilizing curve of the three strains were measured. In addition, the colony and cell morphology was observed, and the phylogenetic tree based on 26S rDNA sequence analysis was constructed to determine the genetic location of the isolates. The results showed that after incubation in media containing ethanol as the sole carbon source for 20 days, the ethanol utilization rates of SJ01, SJ02, and SJ03 were 39.9%, 35.7%, and 31.8%, respectively, while ethanol tolerance was 10%, 8%, and 9%, respectively. SJ01 and SJ02 were identified as Pichia kudriavzevii and SJ03 as Candida ethanolica. Finally, based on the growth characteristics of the strains with ethanol as sole carbon source, SJ01 and SJ03 were selected for the brewing of low-alcohol apple cider. The alcohol contents of apple cider were reduced by 17.5% and 27.8%, respectively, and the quality of the ciders was improved.
