Abstract:
本文研究了基于Spark的并行数据挖掘,并将其应用到了流程对象数据分析中。文章通过对串行的流程对象数据挖掘算法流的研究,提出了一种基于Spark并行计算框架的并行化算法流解决方案,并通过编程实现、并行效率测试、算法调优,最终得出一个并行效果良好的并行数据挖掘方案。该并行方案明显提高了计算效率。
In this paper, we study the parallel data mining based on Spark, and apply it to the data analysis of process object. We propose some parallel algorithm flow solutions based on Spark by studying the algorithm flow of stand-alone process object data mining. Through programming, parallel efficiency testing and algorithm tuning, we conclude an optimized parallel algorithm flow. These solutions improve the computational efficiency.
改性玉米秸秆材料的制备及吸油性能的研究

Abstract: 以粉末状玉米秸秆(Rawcornstalks,RCS)为基体,甲基丙烯酸丁酯和苯乙烯为单体,采用悬浮聚合法制备高吸油复合材料(Butylmethacrylateandstyrenegraftedcornstalks,BMS-CS).实验确定的最佳制备条件为:在50℃,引发剂硝酸铈铵为2.0mmol·L-1,单体甲基丙烯酸丁酯和苯乙烯浓度分别为0.6mol·L-1、0.012mol·L-1,交联剂N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺质量分数为0.1%(相对于RCS的质量)的前提下反应25h.同时,实验考察了吸附时间、吸附温度及保油时间等对材料吸油性能的影响,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X-射线衍射和扫描电镜对改性前后样品的结构进行表征.结果表明,BMS-CS表面变得粗糙且呈毛刺状,具有较多不规则的褶皱;结晶度的下降也印证了粗糙度的增加;红外图谱中新出现的酯基和苯乙烯基的吸收峰说明亲油单体被接枝到RCS表面;两种原因共同促进了改性材料吸油性能的增加.吸油数据显示,常温下RCS和BMS-CS的吸油量分别为5.23g·g-1和20.12g·g-1,后者是前者的3.85倍,即改性后的材料吸油性能明显增加.
硒对小麦和水稻种子萌发的生态毒理效应的比较研究

Abstract: ?通过水培试验,比较研究了硒在不同浓度下对小麦和水稻种子萌发及幼苗生长的生态毒理效应。结果表明,硒在适量范围内(<0.5mg·l-1)对种子萌发过程中各生理指标有促进作用,高剂量(>5mg·l-1)时,对种子活力、α-淀粉酶及幼苗和根生长具有胁迫效应。硒对小麦种子发芽各指标抑制率大于水稻,硒对种子根伸长的抑制率远远大于发芽抑制率。对硒浓度与种子发芽各项指标抑制率相关分析,呈显著正相关。应用小麦根伸长抑制率可作为化学物质生态风险评价的一项生物标志物。

Abstract: Powdered raw corn stalk (RCS) was modified with butyl methacrylate and styrene by means of suspension polymerization to obtain a new crude oil absorption material,butyl methacrylate and styrene grafted corn stalks (BMS-CS).The optimum conditions determined by orthogonal experiment were as follows:concentrations of initiator ammonium ceric nitrate,monomer n-butyl methacrylate and styrene were 2.0 mmol·L-1,0.6 mol·L-1 and 0.012 mol·L-1,respectively;the dosage of cross-linked agent N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide was 0.1% (relative to the quality of RCS);and the reaction was conducted simultaneously at 50°C for 25 h.Oil absorption capacity was investigated at different adsorption time,temperature and retention time.Physico-chemical structure of materials was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results displayed that BMS-CS was corroded and became rougher with more irregular folds;an increase of roughness was also convinced by the decline in crystallinity.Newly emerged absorption peaks in FT-IR spectra indicated that hydrophobic groups had been grafted to the surface of RCS.Both of them enhanced oil absorption capacity of modified material.Performance measurement showed that oil absorption capacities of RCS and BMS-CS were 5.23 g·g-1 and 20.12 g·g-1 at room temperature,with the latter 3.85 times higher than the former.

Abstract: ?《兰亭序》传为王羲之的千古书法名作.宋人开始对传世《兰亭序》是否为右军所作表示怀疑,但因缺乏出土文物的印证而不得深入.清代乾隆年间至民国时期,学者对此进行考证,主要立场是否定此帖为王羲之所作.20世纪60年代,南京近郊出土的东晋墓志为《兰亭序》真伪之辨提供新线索,中国大陆学界开始进行比较严肃的学术争论,史称"兰亭论辨".这场论辨继承了明末清初兴起的实学思想和清代乾嘉学派的传统,围绕隶书笔意、文字出入、文章风格、智永依托《兰亭序》等焦点问题,取得突破性进展.20世纪80年代的论辨呈现出一种维护传统、驳论否定论者的走向,学者们不仅考证兰亭真伪,而且把反思的视角投向前期论辨,使学术研究趋于客观冷静的分析.20世纪90年代后期,新出土的《高崧墓志》为全面认识六朝书法提供实物资料,"《兰亭序》国际学术研讨会"对兰亭现象作了综合探讨,真伪之辨日益深入.《兰亭序》真伪是关系到书法史、汉字发展史的问题,意义重大.围绕此帖展开的真伪论辨涉及了社会科学学术探讨的种种层域,对已成定论的学术观点进行新的探讨,体现了学术的开放性和独立的学术品格.

Abstract:
作为美国现代戏剧的奠基人,尤金•奥尼尔曾在其剧作中塑造过各具特色的女性角色,而妓女在这些角色中更是一个不容忽视的特殊存在,在奥尼尔的作品中显性或隐性地发挥着她们的作用,透露出作者对女性和爱的思考,体现了人性中无法泯灭的爱。本文将以尤金?奥尼尔作品中的妓女为重点,通过分析她们所展示出来的不同方式和程度的爱,来解读奥尼尔笔下的妓女形象,分析她们如何在复杂无奈的现实的压制下绽放出爱的光芒。
As the father of modern American drama, Eugene O’Neill had created various female roles with distinctive characteristics, among which prostitutes should be paid special attention. They have showed their functions evidently and sometimes inconspicuously, which reveals O’Neill’s reflec-tion on woman as well as on the everlasting love rooted in human nature. In this thesis, the author focuses on the prostitutes in Eugene O’Neill’s plays, and tries to analyze their images by discussing the different kinds of loves with different degrees shown by them in order to demonstrate how they shine brightly under the suppression of complex and frustrated social condition.

蓝莓多糖对衰老小鼠运动耐力及抗疲劳效果研究

Abstract: ?研究蓝莓多糖(blueberrypolysaccharides,bps)对d-半乳糖诱导衰老模型小鼠的游泳耐力和相关生理指标的影响。将小鼠分为正常对照组、衰老模型对照组、bps低、中、高剂量组,通过腹腔注射100mg/(kg·d)(以体质量计)d-半乳糖建立衰老模型,考察其对力竭游泳时间以及疲劳评价指标的影响。与模型对照组相比,bps中、高剂量组能显著延长小鼠力竭游泳时间(p<0.05),bps各剂量组对延长缺氧生存时间具有较好的效果;bps低、中、高剂量组血乳酸含量分别较模型对照组降低了10.9%、21.2%、31.1%(p<0.05)。此外,bps中、高剂量组小鼠剧烈运动后血尿素氮、血乳酸和丙二醛含量显著降低,bps各剂量组小鼠的肝糖原、肌糖原含量和超氧化物歧化酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性均显著升高,结果表明bps具有极强的自由基清除能力及较好的抗疲劳作用。
