宫颈癌前病变和宫颈癌组织中凋亡相关基因survivin的表达及其与人乳头状瘤病毒感染的关系

Abstract: 目的探讨凋亡相关基因survivin在宫颈癌前病变和宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与人乳头状瘤病毒(hpv)感染的相关性。方法选取76例宫颈癌前病变或宫颈癌患者,另取10例正常宫颈组织作为对照。应用免疫组织化学sp法检测各组宫颈组织中凋亡相关基因survivin的表达;设计高危型hpv(hpv16,18,31,33,58等)通用引物,以touch-downpcr法检测各组宫颈组织中高危型hpv的感染率。结果(1)从正常宫颈→癌前病变→宫颈癌,survivin表达逐渐增强(p<0.05);(2)survivin表达与宫颈癌组织学分级有关(p<0.05),而与年龄、临床分期及组织学分型无关(p>0.05);(3)从正常宫颈→癌前病变→宫颈癌,高危型hpv阳性率逐渐升高(p<0.05);(4)高危型hpv感染率在不同年龄、临床分期、组织学分级及组织学分型中,均无统计学差异(p>0.05);(5)survivin与高危型hpv在宫颈癌组织中的表达呈正相关(p<0.05)。结论survivin表达及高危型hpv感染可能与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关,两者在宫颈癌的发病机制中可能起着协同作用。
生物心脏起搏器治疗缓慢型心律失常的研究进展

Abstract: 电子心脏起搏器治疗已成为心律失常特别是严重缓慢型心律失常的首选治疗方法。虽然电子心脏起搏器的技术逐渐完善,但仍存在一定的缺陷。近十多年来,研究证实可以通过基因治疗和细胞治疗构建生物起搏器;随着分子生物学和细胞生物学的发展,生物心脏起搏技术不断取得突破。目前构建生物心脏起搏器的方法有两种,一种是将起搏相关基因导入间充质干细胞,另一种是将多能干细胞诱导分化为窦房结样起搏细胞。本文针对生物心脏起搏器的最新研究进展进行综述,并归纳分析生物心脏起搏过程中存在的问题以及未来的重点研究方向。
Electronic pacemakers has become the preferred treatment for arrhythmia, especially for severe bradycardiac arrhythmia. Although the technology of electronic pacemaker was gradually improving, it still has some shortcomings. Over the past 10 years, research has confirmed that biological pacemaker can be created by gene therapy and cell therapy; with the development of molecular biology and cell biology, biological pacemaking technology has been continuously broken. Currently there are two approaches to construct biological pacemakers:one is to introduce pacemaker genes into mesenchymal stem cells, and the other is to induce pluripotent stem cells to sinoatrial node cells. In this paper, we reviewed the latest research progress of biological pacemakers, so as to analyze the existing problems in biological cardiac pacing and future research directions

技术创新一直以来被认为是提高能源使用效率,降低能源消费的重要因素,但是国外就技术创新对能源消费影响的悖论一直以来颇受关注,本文根据中国的省际数据分析,用技术创新的产出和投入不同指标,分析中国能源消费效率技术悖论,即技术创新对能源消费影响的“反弹效应”。
Technological innovation is known as an important factor to improve the energy use efficiency and reduce the energy consumption on one hand. On the other hand, technological innovation is also well known as a paradox to energy consumption. Based on the provincial data in China, this paper will analyse the paradox of technology to energy consumption using different technological innovation input and output index, which is also called the rebound effect of technological innova-tion to energy consumption.

Abstract:
以2004年到2013年30家银行的数据作为样本,分析国有股和政府董事对银行资产收益率、不良贷款率和收入费用率的影响。结果显示,国有股比例越高,或政府董事比例越高,对经营业绩负面的影响越明显。这与政府重视社会利益和政治利益的假说一致。过去十年中政府介入对不良贷款率所代表的银行稳健性明显地产生了不利影响。减少政府干预,发挥市场机制的调节作用有利于建设稳健的银行体系。
Using the data of 30 Chinese banks during the period of 2004–2013 as a sample, we analyze the im-pacts of state ownership and government-affiliated board members on bank’s return on assets, non-performed loan rates and cost-income rates. We find that the higher state-owned stock rate and more government-affiliated members make bank performance worse. The result is consistent with the hypotheses of “development view” or “politic view” of government. In the past decade govern-ment’s intervention made negative effect on banks’ soundness measured by NPL rate. The findings suggest that the government has to give up the intervention in order for a more effective and sound banking system.

Abstract: ?目的?观察诺舒阻抗控制系统子宫内膜去除术治疗异常子宫出血合并严重内科疾病的临床效果。方法?对29例异常子宫出合并严重内科疾病患者,采用诺舒阻抗控制系统子宫内膜去除术进行治疗,分析术中出血情况及术后1、3、6、12个月的疗效及并发症。结果?29例患者均顺利通过了麻醉及手术,内科疾病无加重,术后连续追踪1、3、6、12个月, 29例患者均显效,术后1、3、6、12个月有效率分别为:100%、100%、100%、100%,闭经率65.5%、69.0%、69.0%、72.4%,治疗满意率93.1%,术中及术后均未发生严重并发症。结论?对于保守治疗无效且不能耐受手术的合并严重内科疾病的异常子宫出血,诺舒阻抗控制系统子宫内膜去除术可做为首选的治疗方式。

Abstract: 采用层次分析法,计算矿区内的企业(包括露天煤矿、井工煤矿、石灰厂、硅石厂、洗煤厂、焦化厂、水泥厂、石料厂和铁矿厂)的加权总产污量,全面评价矿区内企业的污染程度。利用污染程度、风频和距离城镇的远近,将矿区划分为四个区块,并制定了相应的治理和预防机制。为矿区环境污染防治工作提供科学依据和指导。
Using analytic hierarchy process, the weighted total pollutant amount of mining enterprises ( in-cluding opencast coal mine, coal mine, lime plant, silica plant, coal preparation plant, coking plant, cement factory, stone material factory and iron ore plant) is calculated to evaluate the compre-hensive pollution degree of the mining enterprises. Pollution degree, wind frequency and the dis-tance from the town are used to divide the mining area into four parts. The results can provide a scientific basis for environment pollution prevention.

The main mine repair techniques and the ecological restoration techniques of the min-ing areas at home and abroad are discussed. And the results can provide a scientific basis for the protection and planning of the mining area.

Ecological civilization is the organic combination of achievements in the development of natural science and social science, karat mountainous and rocky, barren soil, soil and water conservation insurance fertilizer, in ecological protection under the condition of poor, prone to desertification. The development of “Karat mountain ecological agriculture” with regional characteristics is to follow Karat mountains’ local natural and social rules, such as climate, biology, water, land, human, etc., and based on the basic characteristic of energy transformation and material circulation be-tween the biological and environmental materials, to build a biological, scientific and efficient natural cycle system in the correlation between biology and environment for agricultural produc-tion and development. In this kind of ecosystem, we can realize the circular use of materials and transformation of the energy, and the self-maintenance and self-regulation of the ecological envi-ronment in the agricultural production process, to ensure agricultural and ecological resources recycling and sustainable use, to prevent environmental degradation, and finally to the con-struct ecological civilization.
