基于MATLAB和SolidWorks的高阶椭圆齿轮参数化建模系统

Abstract: 针对高阶椭圆齿轮设计与建模过程比较繁琐的问题,进行高阶椭圆齿轮参数化设计与建模系统的研究。根据齿轮拟合传动特性推导出节曲线数学模型,依据加工原理法推导出齿轮齿廓的数学模型;使用MATLAB对节曲线和齿轮齿廓进行仿真,仿真结果用于程序参数校验以保证齿轮设计参数满足啮合要求;采用组件对象模型技术(COM)技术对SolidWorks进行二次开发,使程序能够根据仿真结果自动绘制齿轮三维模型;通过GUI完善交互界面的设计,使程序能够独立地驱动SolidWorks和MATLAB。以实际工程问题为例,计算并绘制出一对高阶椭圆齿轮拟合的三维模型,结果表明开发的程序能够大大节省高阶椭圆齿轮设计的时间,提高机械设计效率。
Abstract:The design and modeling of high order elliptical gears have been studied. According to the gear fitting transmission characteristics, a mathematical model of the section curve was derived, and a mathematical model of the gear tooth profile was deduced according to the machining principle.Using MATLAB to simulate the pitch curve and gear tooth profile, the simulation results were used for program parameter calibration to ensure that the gear design parameters meet the meshing requirements. Using component object model (COM) technology for the subsequent development of SolidWorks, the program can automatically draw the gear three-dimensional model according to the simulation results. The design of an interactive interface through GUI enables the program to drive SolidWorks and MATLAB independently. When employed in practical engineering problems, for example, calculation and drawing of the fitting of a high order elliptic gear three-dimensional model, the new program can greatly save time, and improve the efficiency of the mechanical design of high order elliptic gear systems.

Abstract: 针对椭圆齿轮在设计方面存在的计算复杂、效率低等缺点进行椭圆齿轮的参数化设计及自动建模的研究。根据椭圆齿轮节曲线和齿廓的基本理论建立数学模型,在理论分析的基础上以一阶椭圆齿轮为例,利用MATLAB程序设计语言编程求解椭圆齿轮的节曲线、齿轮齿廓曲线和齿形图。借助SolidWorks的宏录制功能进行二次开发,实现椭圆齿轮的参数化设计及自动建模;随后使用SolidWorks的VBA界面设计功能设计出一个界面,用户只需要在此界面的输入框里输入齿轮的参数并运行,便可由SolidWorks自动创建一个椭圆齿轮。
Abstract:In view of the problems of complexity and low efficiency when designing elliptic gears, the parametric design and automatic modeling of elliptic gears have been studied. A mathematical model was established based on the basic theory of elliptic gear pitch curves and tooth profiles. On the basis of theoretical analysis, MATLAB programming language was used to solve the elliptic gear's pitch curve, tooth profile curve and tooth shape. Taking a first-order elliptic gear as an example, SolidWorks macros were used for parametric design, and a VBA interface was used to design an interface. Users thus only need to input parameters to the designed interface of the input box, and SolidWorks will then automatically generate an oval gear.

Abstract: 以GY902A型电脑刺绣机的主横梁作为研究对象,分别运用实验测试和有限元模拟方法分析了电脑刺绣机横梁弯曲振动的固有频率,并利用经过验证的有限元模型,在计算机上作了结构改进仿真设计,实现了在不改变电脑刺绣机重量的前提下,电脑刺绣机横梁的固有频率提高22\%,使电脑刺绣机更不易发生共振.

Abstract: 为实现非球面的高精度检测,在设计全息图时采用虚拟玻璃的概念,即用光学设计软件ZEMAX建立折射率为0的玻璃模型,实现全息片的出射波前沿非球面的法线方向入射,简化了补偿器的设计优化过程,提高了设计精度,最大光程差小于0.0007λ(λ=632.8nm).编制了衍射面工艺参数的计算程序,利用该程序可快速地计算出衍射面各环带的径向坐标、最小特征尺寸、最大环带数,还可以输出位相图、连续面形图、台阶图等,为光学设计和实际加工提供了有效的解决途径.

Abstract:

毕业设计作为大学教育中的一个重要阶段,承担着培养和提升学生综合能力和综合素质的重要责任。但是目前由于种种原因,造成毕业设计水平下降,学生的综合能力不高等现象。作者探讨了把毕业设计教学工作融入到学生综合能力与素质培养的措施和方法,并进行了实践。通过加强对学生的指导和训练,提升了学生综合能力和素质,取得了良好的效果。

 As an important stage in the university education, final year project take a very important responsibility to cultivate and enhance students’ quality and comprehensive ability. However, the graduation design levels decrease and students’ comprehensive ability is not high nowadays due to the various reasons. The authors explore the approaches of integrating the final year project design into the cultivation. The students’ comprehensive ability and quality were improved by enhancing guiding and training on the practice.

Abstract:
目的:探讨肝癌介入术后患者并发症症状及护理方法。方法:对60例原发性肝癌患者行介入治疗的病情观察与护理。了解各种并发症发生情况,以及对并发症的重点护理要求。结果:60例患者中发热39例,出血5例,肾功能损害2例,骨髓抑制2例,胃肠道不适2例,腹痛和食欲下降的患者8例,排尿障碍2例。结论:重视TACE术后并发症,给予患者及时护理减轻患者痛苦,有效降低患者不适程度。
Objective: To investigate the uncomfortable symptoms of patients with liver cancer after inter- ventional therapy and to explore the nursing methods. Methods: 60 cases of hospitalized patients with liver cancer were analyzed to learn the complications. Results: Patients with fever: 39 cases, bleeding: 5 cases, renal dysfunction: 2 cases, bone marrow suppression: 2 cases, gastrointestinal discomfort 2 cases, abdominal pain and lack of appetite: 8 cases, voiding dysfunction 2 cases. Conclusions: Close observation and timely nursing can effectively reduce the discomfort for patients.

Abstract:
为了制备超细晶粒钢,将45钢淬火后进行了温轧。总变形量为50%。采用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜研究了这一过程中的微观组织演变。原始组织是板条马氏体组织 + 少量的片状马氏体。试样在600℃~ 700℃变形后的微观结构是纳米碳化物 + 等轴超细晶铁素体,具有良好的综合力学性能,强度和塑性分别达到了646~861 MPa和21.5%~19.1%。
In order to produce ultrafine-grained steel, 45 steel was quenched and warm-rolled. The total re-duction was 50%. The microstructural evolution during the process was studied by using an optical microscope and a transmission electron microscopy. The properties were investigated by using tensile tests. The starting microstructure was lath martensite with a small amount of flake martensite. The microstructure of the specimen compressed at 600?C - 700?C was nano-carbides + equiaxed ultrafine ferrite grains and a good combination of strength and ductility was obtained. The tensile strength and total elongation were 646 - 861 MPa and 21.51% - 9.1%, respectively.
