副溶血弧菌噬菌体基因组研究进展

Abstract:
副溶血性弧菌是一种嗜盐性弧菌,常分布于沿岸海水、海河交界处及海产品中。它是我国沿海地区最常见的食物中毒病原菌。食物(尤其是海产品)未作适当处理可能污染大量的副溶血弧菌,导致食物中毒。副溶血弧菌可以导致胃肠炎、伤口感染和败血病。更为重要的是,多重耐药副溶血弧菌的出现极大的威胁着人类的健康并且给抗生素治疗提出了严峻的挑战。而噬菌体治疗是控制细菌感染和污染的抗生素替代方案。对噬菌体基因组结构和基因功能的认知是实现噬菌体治疗的必需步骤。目前,国外已经有多篇关于副溶血弧菌噬菌体基因组的报道,本文立足于近几年的最新进展,着重综述了副溶血弧菌噬菌体的基因组特点。
Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) is a halophilic vibrio strain; it mainly exists in the coast sea water, the junction of river and sea, and the seafood. It is the most common food poisoning pathogenic bacteria in the coastal areas of China. Food (especially seafood) that not properly treated may contain large number of VP, resulting in food poisoning. VP can cause gastroenteritis, wound in-fection and septicemia. Most importantly, the emergence of multiple drug resistant VP has greatly threatened human health and caused a severe challenge to the treatment of antibiotics. Bacteriophage therapy is considered as an alternative way of controlling bacterial infections and contaminations. Recognition and analysis of genome structure and genes function are the required steps before bacteriophages can be approved as therapeutic agents. Up to date, there are many reports of VP phages’ genomes; this paper summarizes the latest progress in recent years, focusing on a review on the genomic features of Vibrio parahaemolyticus bacteriophage.

Abstract: 传统大电网采用基于负荷预测,调节可控发电的模式,实现系统功率平衡;而微电网系统是由波动性和随机性很强的可再生新能源发电和随机负荷组成。如何通过调度实现具有强随机性的发电和用电单元之间的功率平衡,是微电网急需解决的关键问题。本课题以光伏/风力发电、储能、负荷、配电网等单元构成的微电网系统为研究对象,研究微电网的调度策略及运行优化方法,确立并网和孤岛两种运行状态下的调度策略及运行目标;并以一个算例分析验证所提出的调度模型、调度策略、优化目标及优化算法的正确性与有效性。
The micro grid system has something different from the traditional power grid. That is the power grid real-izes the balance of system based on load forecast, adjusting the controllable generators. While the generation units and load in microgrid have strong volatility and randomness. This paper bases on a microgrid with solar system, wind power, energy storage, load and power grid, aims at the problem that how to balance the random load and generator, studies the two operation state of the microgrid, establishes the scheduling strategy, operation optimization method and operation objectives. Analysis and verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed scheduling model, scheduling strategy, optimized objectives and optimization algorithm with an example.

Abstract:
本文对于配电网络常见的单相接地故障,提出了一种基于暂态特征突变量的综合选线方法。首先,对故障后各线路的暂态零序电流进行小波分解;然后,由小波分解系数求得低频能量占总能量的百分比来区分为强故障或弱故障;最后,在强故障情况下采用小波包系数极性法,在弱故障情况下采用暂态零序能量法来选择故障线路。通过MATLAB进行了大量的仿真验证,结果表明该方法具有很好的选线能力,即使发生母线故障、相电压过零故障,高阻接地故障时也能正确选线。
For the single-phase grounding fault in the power distribution, a method to select fault line was proposed in the paper. Firstly, wavelet decomposition was used to transient zero-sequence current of each line after fault; then, the percentage of the low frequency energy to the total energy, which were calculated by the wavelet coefficients, was used to distinguish strong or weak fault; finally, the fault line was selected by comparing the polarities of the wavelet packet decomposition coefficient in the strong fault situation, but comparing the transient zero-sequence energy in the weak fault situation. The MATLAB simulation results show that the method is proposed has good ability to carry out the fault line. The criterion can keep the high reliability when the circuit is bus-bar, high resistance or voltage zero grounding.

Abstract:
为了改善牛角瓜纤维单位纤度强力和弹性,用10%、20%和30%的水性聚氨酯溶液对前处理后的牛角瓜纤维进行整理,结果是纤维单位纤度强力和弹性模量变化显著,纤维断裂伸长率几乎不受影响,20%的水性聚氨酯处理后的牛角瓜纤维的单位纤度强力最高,平均值为3.39 cN/dtex。根据扫描电镜和接触角测试结果,前处理后的牛角瓜纤维表面连续的疏水层被破坏,亲水性提高,水性聚氨酯处理后的牛角瓜纤维表面覆盖有薄膜。
To improve Calotropis gigantea’s strength per size and elastic modulus, Calotropis gigantea was treated by 10%, 20% and 30% waterborne polyurethane. There were great changes in strength per unit and elastic modulus of Calotropis gigantea, but the breaking extension ratio was nearly the same when dealt with different concentrations of waterborne polyurethane. The average of strength per size disposed with 20% concentration was the highest and its average value was 3.39 cN/dtex. According to the testing results of SEM and contact angle, hydrophobic layer in the surface of Calotroipis gigantea was destroyed and its hydrophilic property was improved after pretreatment. There was a layer of membrane covering the surface of fiber when dealt with waterborne polyurethane.

Abstract: 目的 研究汽车前脸造型的表情认知, 提出汽车前脸表情的设计方法。方法 研究基于人的面孔识别认知原理, 建立了汽车前脸的认知模型, 提出表情在汽车前脸识别中的信息处理过程。并根据格式塔的 “图底” 理论及其图形设计的基本原理, 将汽车前脸的造型元素划分为点类造型因子、 线类造型因子以及面类造型因子三大类。结论 构建汽车前脸的认知模型, 归纳汽车前脸造型因子, 提出汽车前脸表情设计的具体手法和应用。
稀土催化双烯聚合中活性链端性质及聚合机理

Abstract: 普遍认为,以d-轨道过渡金属化合物为催化剂的双烯定向聚合中,活性链端具η~3-烯丙基结构,而聚合物中顺-1,4及反-1,4链节的相对含量,则取决于烯丙基络合物的对式(anti)和同式(syn)异构体的含量及其异构化作用。本文作者之一曾提出,在以稀土化合物为催化剂的己二烯-2,4的定向聚合中,活性链端也应具有η~3-烯丙基结构,否则无法解释生成反-1,4-苏式-双全同立构(trans-1,4-threo-dilsolactic)聚合物。诚然,如果稀土催化双烯聚合过程也与d-轨道过渡金属的情况类似,那么,从上述概念出发,丁二烯在稀土催化剂作用下生成顺-1,4聚合物的过程,可图示如下:
