大数据时代关于隐私的思考

Abstract: 针对中美两国在大数据时代对隐私保护的现状进行了对比,从法律保护和社会保护两个角度分别进行了分析,指出在美国大数据的发展与隐私保护的冲突已经呈现出较为激烈的态势.在我国大数据发展暂时还没有威胁到社会公众的隐私意识,但及早的关注大数据发展,并科学合理地设计与制定隐私与大数据权衡的法律与政策已经迫在眉睫.
IGS2-RFLP、SCoT和ISSR在白灵侧耳遗传多样性分析中的比较研究

Abstract: 应用IGS2-RFLP、SCoT和ISSR标记分析新疆5个采集地点的28个白灵侧耳野生样本的遗传多样性,比较这3种分子标记在白灵侧耳种质资源遗传多样性研究中的效用。结果显示,IGS2-RFLP的3个内切酶、5个SCoT引物、5个ISSR引物分别检测到42、59和77条多态性条带,多态性比率分别为91.3%、92.4%和92.8%。3种标记检测出的有效等位基因数(ne)和位点平均的预期杂合度(Hep)没有显著性差异。表明3种标记都适宜作为遗传学标记对白灵侧耳野生种质进行多样性分析。多态性检测效率最高的标记为ISSR,E=15.4,Ai=23.4,其次为IGS2-RFLP,E=14.0,Ai=22.4,SCoT则为最低,E=11.8,Ai=18.2。3种标记中,SCoT和ISSR标记的聚类结果极其相似,且均能较为准确地反映样本的地理来源,虽然二者的聚类图不完全相同。IGS2-RFLP的标记效率较高,准确性和可重复性最好,可用于菌株标准图谱的制作,更适用于品种权保护中的菌株鉴定鉴别;SCoT和ISSR标记的多态性高,信息量大,评价范围广,则更适用于白灵侧耳种质资源的遗传多样性研究。
中国白灵侧耳自然群体的交配型因子分析

Abstract: 为了研究我国新疆白灵侧耳自然种群的遗传多样性,估测自然种群的遗传丰度,对51株新疆野生白灵侧耳的84个原生质体单核体的交配型因子进行分析。在84个单核体中存在54个不同的A因子和59个不同的B因子。x2检测表明交配型因子A和B的系列因子均为等概率分布。据此估算我国白灵侧耳自然群体中有79个A因子,100个B因子,自然群体中的单核交配型总数79×100=7,900个,双核交配型总数31,201,050个。可见,新疆白灵侧耳遗传多样性丰富,新疆是我国白灵侧耳的野生种质资源宝库。
新疆野生阿魏蘑的IGS2-RFLP及培养特征多样性分析

Abstract: 对28个新疆野生阿魏蘑样本进行IGS2-RFLP分析和双核体培养特征多样性分析。IGS2-RFLP分析结果表明,3种限制性内切酶共产生的多态性条带比率(PPB)为96.4%,总样本的Shannon信息指数(I)和Nei’s基因多样性指数(H)分别为0.364和0.230,平均相似系数0.665,表明其具有丰富的遗传多样性。在相似系数0.36水平上,UPGMA聚类分析将供试样本分为白灵侧耳和刺芹侧耳阿魏变种两个种群,且白灵侧耳的遗传多样性更为丰富。双核体培养特征多样性分析结果表明,供试样本间在最适生长温度、温度敏感性以及菌落形态等培养特征上具明显差异,基于UPGMA聚类分析大致将供试的野生阿魏蘑样本分为菌丝生长快、菌落形态舒展和菌丝生长慢、菌落局限两大组。双核体培养特征聚类与IGS2-RFLP分析聚类存在一定相关关系,培养特征有可能作为野生阿魏蘑种质鉴定的白灵侧耳的检出标志。
中国野生白灵菇遗传多样性的scot分析

Abstract: 对来自新疆裕民、托里、青河等3个县的63株野生白灵菇(pleurotuseryngiivar.tuoliensis)的遗传多样性进行了scot分析。9条scot引物共产生147条带,多态性条带比率为92.52%,平均多态性条带数为15.11。总样本的nei’s基因多样性指数为0.261,nei’s遗传一致度0.612~0.932,平均为0.772,这表明中国野生白灵菇具有丰富的遗传多样性。聚类分析和主坐标分析结果高度相似,几乎将供试样本完全按地理分布划分为3大类群,表明野生白灵菇的遗传多样性与地理分布密切相关。遗传距离分析表明,3个居群中,裕民居群与托里居群的亲缘关系最近,遗传距离为0.086;托里居群与青河居群的亲缘关系最远,遗传距离为0.156。相关性分析表明,遗传距离与直线地理距离和经向地理距离均不存在相关性,而与纬向地理距离存在明显的正相关关系。

Abstract:
随着海洋石油勘探开发技术不断发展,海上钻探项目越来越多,增加了溢油事故发生的可能性,尤其是海上复杂的环境条件使溢油回收更加困难,导致海洋生物和自然资源的极大灾害。发生在冰覆盖海域溢油事件的应急响应处置,要综合考虑经济效益和应急能力问题,包括溢油风化和移动、应对和清除方法、清除设备有效性、海岸保护活动、法律约束等问题。本文主要针对冰区溢油的风化特性进行研究。
With the continuous development of offshore oil exploration technology, a growing number of offshore drilling projects increase the possibility of oil spill accidents. Especially, the complex en-vironmental conditions in the sea make it more difficult to oil spill recovery and lead great disaster to marine species and natural resources. When oil spill occurs in freezing environment, it ought to consider the economic benefit and emergency response ability, which include oil spill weathering and transporting, response and cleanup methods, effectiveness of removing equipment, coastal protection activities, legal constraints and other issues. In this paper, the weathering characteristics and oil characters of oil spill in cold water were studied.

Abstract: 利用二硝酰胺铵(ADN)和盐酸胍在水溶液中合成了二硝酰胺胍([(NH2)2CNH2]+N(NO2)2-,GDN),首次培养出了用于X射线衍射的无色透明单晶。GDN属三斜晶系,空间群为P-1,晶体结构参数为:a=0.8332(5)nm,b=0.9306(6)nm,c=0.9878(6)nm,α=84.659(11)°,β=69.213(12)°,γ=67.451(12)°,V=0.6605(7)nm3,Z=4,μ=0.159mm-1,F(000)=344,Dcalc=1.671g·cm-3。通过DSC和TG/DTG法研究了GDN的热行为,其中第三阶段为强烈的放热分解过程,分解反应的表观活化能和指前因子分别为118.75kJ·mol-1和1010.86s-1。GDN热爆炸的临界温度为164.09℃。GDN比ADN有更好的热稳定性。

Abstract:
根据事件研究法,以深圳交易所成分股上市公司派发2013年度现金股利为研究事件,通过计算公告日前后样本股的异常收益率的变化,实证分析股票市场对派现的反应。实证结果表明:我国股票市场未达到半强式有效,市场对现金股利的反应比较迟缓。
According to event study method, taking the event of annual cash dividends distributed in 2013 by Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company as the research event, this paper analyzes the stock market reaction to cash dividends by means of calculating the variety of sample stocks’ abnormal yield before and after the announcement day. The empirical results demonstrate that the stock market has not reached the semi-strong efficiency and the market reaction to cash dividends is relatively sluggish.

Abstract:
近年来,海上石油勘探和开发活动迅速发展,在石油的开采、储藏、运输过程中,都有可能发生溢油事故,给海洋生物和环境带来严重的危害,同时引起一定的经济损失。另外,海上溢油会经历复杂的物理化学变化,包括蒸发、溶解、乳化、扩散、光学氧化和生物降解等,使溢油性质发生改变,从而影响溢油漂移规律。尤其是在有冰海域,溢油漂移受到冰的限制与影响,溢油漂移范围更难预测,使得对溢油事故的回收处理更为困难。本文针对冰区溢油漂移规律和数值模拟方法进行研究。
In recent years, with the rapid development of offshore oil exploration activities, oil spill accident can occur in the process of oil extraction, storage and transportation, which is seriously harm to marine species and environment and causes economic losses. In addition, oil will experience com-plex physical and chemical changes, including evaporation, dissolution, emulsification, and spreading, oxidation and biological degradation. These progresses change the nature of the oil spill, and influence oil spill drift pattern. Especially in sea with ice existing, oil spill drifting is affected by the restrictions of ice, which make it more difficult to predict oil drift trajectory. Therefore, it is more difficult for oil spill recovery processing. In this paper, oil spill drift rule and numerical simulation method in water with ice covered were studied.

Abstract: ?《食品卫生监督、监测季、年报表》中规定16类食品的合格率,用其总计平均合格率来表示,即用它们的平均值表达食品卫生的质量状况,也就是用这个平均值作为食品卫生监督工作质量的考核指标。但在实践中,由于样品种类构成不同,采样方法、样品来源、考核季节不同,造成考核结果不客观、不准确,有失公正性。
