软化学法低温合成银纳米线及其生长机制

Abstract: 以AgNO_3为起始物,采用DMF为溶剂和还原剂,无须采用晶种,在低温下AgNO_3经DMF还原,通过软化学法合成了结构均匀的银纳米线,其直径为15-30nm,长度高达20μm。通过引入乙酰丙酮,控制钛酸丁酯水解形成的多孔氧化物溶胶为网络孔道结构,这种孔道结构为银纳米线的控制合成提供了有效的生长模板。

Abstract: 2008年8月8~24日北京奥运会期间,正逢中国24节气中的“立秋”。为探讨风向风速的气候变化规律,把北京城市划分成9个区域,利用9个区域中自动气象站连续监测的逐时最大风向风速数据样本,将360°风向划分为8个方位的风向,统计出该时段北京城市9个区域8个方位风向风速的气候特征:北风频率增大,南风频率减小;最大风速的风向频率日变化呈双峰型;平均最大风速的日变化,夜间维持低谷值,15~17时出现峰值。由此可见,研究“立秋”北京的风场气候特点,对于体育比赛运动、改善生活环境和城市建设等具有科学的指导意义。

Abstract: ?用磁控溅射法制备了掺杂sn的ge2sb2te5相变材料薄膜,研究了sn含量对结晶性能的影响.薄膜的x射线衍射(xrd)表明,热处理使薄膜发生了从非晶态到晶态的相变,并出现sn-te相.通过示差扫描量热(dsc)实验测出在不同加热速率下非晶态薄膜粉末的结晶峰温度,计算了材料的结晶活化能.根据结晶动力学分析和结晶活化能数据,掺杂sn后的ge-sb-te具有更高的结晶速率,用于光存储时将具有更高的擦除速度.

Abstract:
本文基于任务技术适配模型(TTF)提出了物资技术适配模型(MTF),用于分析物联网技术应用于应急物资储备环节时,物资与物联网技术的适配度问题。提出影响适配度的因素以及各影响因素的权重,并以部分应急物资为例分析了各物资在储备环节中与物联网技术的适配度以及它们的相对大小。本文为在资金有限的情况下,在应急物资储备环节中如何应用物联网技术以达到更好的储备效果提供了可参考的研究思路。
The paper proposes MTF model based on TTF model to analyze the fitness of emergency materials and the Internet of Things Technology when using Internet of Things Technology in emergency materials reserve. The paper also proposes the factors that influence the fitness and their weight, and then takes some materials as examples to analyze the fitness and compare the results. The paper proposes a method to consider how to use Internet of Things Technology in emergency ma-terials reserve to get a better result when money is limited.

Abstract: Sn-doped Ge_2Sb_2Te_5 thin films were prepared by RF-sputtering.The effect of Sn- content on their crystallization properties was studied by XRD and DSC.The XRD spectra of the films in the as-deposited and heat-treated states showed that the films changed from amorphous to crystalline states due to heat-treatment and Sn-Te phase appeared.Using DSC data of the amorphous film materials,the activation energies were calculated by measuring the peak crystallization temperatures at different heating rates.It was found that the Ge-Sb-Te-Sn samples have higher activation energy of crystallization than that of the Ge_2Sb_2Te_5 sample.It is concluded from these results that Sn-doping can increase the crystallization rate of the Ge_2Sb_2Te_5 phase-change material,and thereby increase the erasing speed of the material for rewritable optical storage.
Study of the Gelling Process for the Preparation of Tin Oxide Materials Based on Tin Tetrabutoxide

Abstract: The gelling process in the preparation of tin oxide materials based on tin tetrabutoxide is studied. Sn(OBun)4 modified by two moles of acetylacetone (AcAc) has a stable six-member ring structure and is less susceptive to water. In a system with a lower molar ratio of acetylacetone to Sn(OBun)4 (AcAc]/Sn(OBun)4]<2.0) or a larger portion of water (H2O]/Sn(OBun)4]>2.5), colloidal suspension or white precipitation will take place. A system with molar ratios of both acetylacetone to Sn(OBun)4 and water to Sn(OBun)4 at 2.0 is transparent and olivaceous sol. As catalysts, hydrofluoric, hydrochloric, hydrobromic and acetic acids, and ammonia all accelerate the hydrolysis and condensation of Sn(OBun)4 during the sol-gel process. Light scattering measurement indicates that cluster size distribution in the sol system undergoes gradual broadening during the sol-gel transition.
PC连续箱梁悬臂段空间效应的影响参数研究

Abstract: 为了分析采用移动模架法进行逐段现浇的PC(PrestressedConcrete)连续箱梁悬臂端底板出现纵向裂缝的原因,结合工程实例,采用有限元方法建立了3种不同计算模型进行比较,确立了一种高效而又精确的有限元计算模型,并通过对箱梁悬臂段空间效应及相关影响参数的研究,分析了底板纵向裂缝的形成原因。研究表明端部预应力纵向分量和门形吊架支反力是导致悬臂端底板横向拉应力过大而出现纵向裂缝的主要因素。简单地采用增加底板宽度、厚度等措施并不能有效降低悬臂端底板横向拉应力,必须从结构、力学及材料3个方面采取综合的裂缝防治措施。
一种抗强干扰型双面对称布线PCB罗氏线圈

Abstract: PCB罗氏线圈广泛应用于复杂环境下的电流测量传感头,其抗干扰性能决定着电流测量的准确法。本文设计了一种双面对称布线且设置回线的新颖PCB罗氏线圈,分析了垂直于线圈平面的杂散磁场对传统直连布线、双面对称布线未设置回线及设置回线的三种PCB罗氏线圈互感特性影响,测试了受扰条件下三种线圈与被测载流导体间互感系数,并在此基础上进一步改进了新颖PCB罗氏线圈的回线设计。分析和实验结果表明,回线设置可有效抑制杂散磁场干扰,该新颖PCB罗氏线圈具有很强的抗干扰性能,适合于用作外界杂散磁场复杂情况下的电流测量传感头。
互感耦合电磁干扰的对消方法

Abstract: 采用对消方法抑制互感耦合电磁干扰,为解决互感耦合电磁干扰问题提供了一种新思路。互感耦合电磁干扰对消方法是检测强电干扰源电源线上的电流信号,经过变换处理后注入弱电敏感设备回路,抵消强电干扰源通过互感耦合方式耦合到弱电敏感设备的噪声电压。在分析互感耦合电磁干扰对消方法基本原理的基础上,给出了对消方法抑制互感耦合电磁干扰的实现方式和技术途径,制作用于抑制互感耦合电磁干扰的对消装置并进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,对消方法能够有效抑制互感耦合电磁干扰。
