Abstract: 传统大电网采用基于负荷预测,调节可控发电的模式,实现系统功率平衡;而微电网系统是由波动性和随机性很强的可再生新能源发电和随机负荷组成。如何通过调度实现具有强随机性的发电和用电单元之间的功率平衡,是微电网急需解决的关键问题。本课题以光伏/风力发电、储能、负荷、配电网等单元构成的微电网系统为研究对象,研究微电网的调度策略及运行优化方法,确立并网和孤岛两种运行状态下的调度策略及运行目标;并以一个算例分析验证所提出的调度模型、调度策略、优化目标及优化算法的正确性与有效性。
The micro grid system has something different from the traditional power grid. That is the power grid real-izes the balance of system based on load forecast, adjusting the controllable generators. While the generation units and load in microgrid have strong volatility and randomness. This paper bases on a microgrid with solar system, wind power, energy storage, load and power grid, aims at the problem that how to balance the random load and generator, studies the two operation state of the microgrid, establishes the scheduling strategy, operation optimization method and operation objectives. Analysis and verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed scheduling model, scheduling strategy, optimized objectives and optimization algorithm with an example.

Abstract: 智能微电网的应用越来越受到重视正逐渐成为研究的热点之一,其发电系统中存在多个发电源和负载,其系统电流也是由多个频率分量而组成。由于智能微电网的组成复杂性,其发电系统更容易受到干扰和影响,因此系统电流会表现为非平稳特性。本文针对此类情况,提出了基于短时傅里叶变换,然后采用了相位建模的改进频率估计方法,对智能微电网的系统信号进行分析处理,有效实现了多分量分平稳信号的分离和频率跟踪,并且适用于能量相差悬殊的多分量信号,同时可以准确提取各频率分量的初始相位估计。
The applications of Smart MicroGrid are placed more and more attention, and it is becoming one of the hot issues. There are multiple generation sources and loads in the power generation system, and its system current consists of a number of frequency components. In addition, because of the complexity of Smart MicroGrid, the power system is vulnerable to interference and influence, and the current have characteristics of non-stationary. In such cases, this paper proposes the improved method base on short-time Fourier transform and phase modeling. It can effectively realize the separation and frequency tracking of multi-source non-stationary signal, suitable for the signal that energy of each component is very different. At the same time it can accurately extract initial phase estimationof of each frequency com- ponent of signal.

Abstract: 为了环境的可持续发展,世界各国越来越重视新能源的开发与利用。风能就是其中一种被广泛关注并开发的新能源。在风能资源的开发中,离网型垂直轴风力发电机正逐渐成为研究的热点之一。在研制、设计垂直轴风力发电机的过程中,需要开发相应的测试系统来提供试验数据参考,便于风力发电机的进一步研制。本测试系统基于虚拟仪器是针对某型垂直轴无刷直流发电机组而设计的。本系统能够对该垂直轴风力发电机组的风轮特性进行测试,测试时利用无刷直流电机的特性,测试出多种不同工况下的风轮特性曲线,即转速与风轮的机械功率之间的关系曲线。设计者通过该曲线既可以选择最佳的设计工况,也可以确定切入风速的大小。
In order to achieve the sustainable development of energy and environment, almost every country pops into development of new energy resource. Wind power is one of new energy resource, which has been an advanced subject paid close attention extensively. And off-grid the vertical axis wind turbine system is becoming one of hot issuse of wind turbine system researching. In researching vertical axis wind turbine system, researcher needs a testing system supplying the data of experiment to get a new level. The testing system is desgined for a vertical axis wind brushless dc generator. The system could test the of wind tubine perfomance of the vertical axis wind brushless dc generator, and it could get many wind turbine perfomance curves which is the relationship curve between rotated speed and the mechanical power in different conditons. The designer could choose the best design plans and the cut-in wind speed by these curves.

Abstract:
本文从降低配电网系统网损、提高电压稳定裕度及改善电压质量多个方面综合考虑,研究配电网规划中分布式电源(DG)的选址定容问题,建立了基于上述三个指标的优化规划模型。运用模糊集理论将量纲不同、相互冲突的多目标优化问题单目标化,通过最大化总体满意度来达到整体优化的效果。最后依据环境要求及年发电成本指导不同类型DG的经济配置。采用带惯性权重的粒子群算法求解,能有效提高算法的全局收敛能力。以一个算例仿真分析验证模型和算法的正确性与有效性。
This paper analyses and studies the Distributed Generation (DG) siting and sizing in micro-grids from the view of reducing the distribution network loss, increasing the distribution network voltage stability margin and improving the distribution network voltage quality. A multi-objective programming model, which takes into account the above three indicators, is established. By using the fuzzy set theory, we transform the multi-objective optimization, which is conflicting and has different dimensions, to single-objective optimization. By maximizing the overall satisfaction, we can achieve overall optimization results. Finally, according to environmental requirements and annual energy costs, this paper guides the economic configuration of various types of DG. Adopting particle swarm optimization (PSO) with inertia weight can effectively improve the global convergence ability. This paper analyzes and verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed scheduling model and optimization algorithm with an example.

Abstract:
在微电网能量管理中,实时数据库中数据的可靠性和准确性是进行控制、操作及准确分析的基础。数据采集系统中采集的实时数据不齐全以及量测数据不精确是潮流计算等高级分析功能难以解决的,因此对微电网实时数据进行状态估计势在必行。本文在分析了状态估计基本原理的基础上,采用以支路电流的实部和虚部为状态变量的状态估计方法,对微电网中7条支路进行状态估计,其理论估计的支路电流幅值和实际值偏差处于可接受范围之内。
The reliability and accuracy of real-time data in the database is the foundation of control, operation and accurate analysis in the micro-grid energy management. The data collection of the real- time data acquisition system is not complete and there are inaccurate measurements; it’s difficult for the power flow calculation and other advanced analysis functions to resolve those problems. So the micro-grid state estimation for the real-time data is imperative. In this paper, seven bran- ches in the micro-grid are analyzed in state estimation after the analysis of the basic principles of state estimation using the real and imaginary parts of the current in branches as the state variables. The deviation of theoretical estimate of the branch current amplitude and the actual value is within the acceptable range.

Abstract:
传统电网的发电模式一般固定,按照等耗量微增率优化负荷经济分配,而微电网是由间歇性、随机性很大的新能源发电及不确定性负荷组成,如何制定有效的调度方法称为发展微电网的关键问题。本课题以含光伏、蓄电池、柴油发电机、可控制负荷、敏感负载的微电网为对象,研究其并网模式下的调度策略,提出基于电池的荷电状态(SOC)的优先次序法与双重粒子群优化算法,经过算例证明这两种策略的正确性与有效性,并对优化结果进行对比分析。
The generation mode of the traditional grid is generally fixed; the optimization for economic load distribution is in accordance with the equal consumed energy ratio. While the micro grid is com-posed of the intermittent new energy generation and the load power of great uncertainty; how to formulate the effective scheduling method is the key problem of the development of the micro grid. This paper studies the Priority Method of Battery’s SOC (PMBC) and Dual Particle Swarm Optimi-zation (DPSO) algorithm aiming at scheduling strategy under grid connected mode, which is based on the micro grid with solar system, battery, diesel generator, controllable load, sensitive load. An example shows that the two strategies are correct and effective, and analysis and comparison of optimization results are conducted.

Abstract:
随着电动汽车的发展,其换电站电池的有序充电将成为消纳风、光等可再生能源波动性的新方式。本文研究使含风力发电、光伏发电微电网的等效负荷波动性最小的电动汽车换电站电池调度方案的制定方法,将离散粒子群优化算法与动态规划算法进行比较,经过算例证明,动态规划法具有比离散粒子群算法更好的优化效果,并总结了电池数量与平抑等效负荷波动性无直接关系。
With the development of electric vehicles, managing the batteries’ charging of electric vehicle station orderly will be a new way to admit the wave of the new generation of energy. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the orderly charging batteries in the micro grid, making the equivalent load of the main grid which is included of wind power, photovoltaic and the electric vehicles’ charging batteries reach the minimum variance. We compare the dispersed Particle Swarm Optimization (DPSO) with the Dynamic Programming (DP), and an example shows that the DP optimization result is better than the result of PSO, proving that the batteries’ number has no direct effect on the equivalent load’s variance.

一种全自动稳健的图像拼接融合算法

Abstract: 提出了一种全自动稳健的图像拼接融合算法。此算法采用Harris角检测算子进行特征点提取,使提取的精度达到了亚像素级,然后以特征点邻域灰度互相关法进行特征点匹配得到了初步的伪匹配集合,并运用稳健的RANSAC算法将伪匹配点集合划分为内点和外点,在内点域上运用LM优化算法精确地估计出了图像间的点变换关系,最后采用颜色插值对交接处进行颜色过渡。整个算法自动完成,它对有较大误差或错误的特征点数据迭代过滤,并用提纯后的数据来做模型估计,因而对图像噪声和特征点提取不准确有强健的承受能力。在参数估计时,以特征点的坐标位置误差而不是亮度误差来构造优化函数,克服了以往算法对光照的敏感性,使算法更具有实用性。实验结果表明,该算法融合效果比较理想,鲁棒性强,具有较高的使用价值。

Abstract: 王保宁等提出多波长数据线性回归法并应用于锰、锌的同时测定[1]。本文探索用此法不经分离同时测定铍和铝。计算方法按文献[1]。铬天青S、TritonX-100与铍、铝生成有色配合物已用于光度法测定铝[2],本文研究选择598-616nm作为测定波长范围,取10个波长作为测定点。加入1,0μgBe及1.0μgAl/25ml时回收率在83.3-113%范围内。
