Abstract: 利用密度泛函理论,在B3LYP-6-31G(d,p)//Lanl2DZ水平上分别优化了有机荧光分子8-苯胺-1-萘磺酸(1,8-ANS)与镁铝、锌铝水滑石层板单体及1,8-ANS与两团簇复合体的几何结构,计算分析了两者静电势分布以及相互作用能的大小。结果表明1,8-ANS与镁铝水滑石层板之间相互作用较之与锌铝水滑石层板之间相互作用更大,从总体能量上看,锌铝-ANS水滑石体系较镁铝-ANS体系更为稳定。 The MgAl or ZnAl layered double hydroxide (LDHs) layer cluster and 1,8-ANS were optimized by density functional theory (DFT) at the level of B3LYP-6-31G(d,p)//Lanl2DZ. The molecular electronic potential (MEP) of the LDHs clusters and 1,8-ANS are also investigated. The interaction energies between 1,8-ANS and MgAl or ZnAl LDHs layer were calculated. The results indicate that the interaction between 1,8-ANS and MgAl LDHs layer is slightly stronger than that between 1,8-ANS and ZnAl LDHs layer. However, 1,8-ANS and ZnAl LDHs layer is more stable than 1,8-ANS and MgAl LDHs layer in the view of energy.

Abstract:
利用超声处理,提取保健品中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚,最终确定氦气为流动相,色谱柱为DB-5(30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm),流速1.0 ml/min,程序升温条件为70℃保持2 min,以5℃/min的速率升温至230℃,保持20 min,进样方式为分流进样,分流比为50:1,分离效果良好,重复性好,回收率高,符合定性定量分析的要求。乙醇超声时间为30 min的条件下, 保健品中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚提取率较高。
By ultrasound treatment, magnolol and honokiol in extraction of health products, ultimately de-termine the helium as the mobile phase. The column was DB-5 (30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm); flow rate was 1.0 ml/min; programmed temperature was 70?C for 2 min; the temperature went up to 230?C for 20 min with the rate of heating at 5?C/min. Split injection was applied for sampling, where the split ratio is 50:1. This method had good separation effect, good repeatability, high recovery rate, which was consistent with the requirements of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The highest extraction rate of magnolol and honokiol in health products was obtained when the ethanol ultrasonic time is 30 min.
腹腔假性动脉瘤超声表现一例

Abstract: 患者,男,48岁.上腹部腹痛就诊.CT示上腹部实性占位病变,考虑胰腺占位病变.彩色超声所见:右侧上腹部可见一个囊性肿块,大小约8.5 cm× 4.9 cm,壁厚,内部可测及流入的动脉血流信号,与胰十二指肠动脉相邻,瘘口处峰值流速200 cm/s.该肿块紧邻胰头,压迫肝门部胆管.肝内胆管轻度扩张,胆囊轻度增大.肝外胆管扩张0.9 cm,胰管轻度扩张0.3 cm.超声诊断:右侧上腹部假性动脉瘤.低位胆道梗阻.DSA造影:见胃十二指肠动脉有一分支,瘘口大小约1 cm,有一囊性病变呈椭圆形,壁较光滑,大小约7 cm×5 cm,无渗出.诊断:胃十二指肠动脉假性动脉瘤.
口服螺内酯对shr心肌组织tnf-α表达的影响

Abstract: ?[]目的观察口服小剂量螺内酯对shr大鼠心肌组织tnf-α表达水平的影响方法20只8周龄雄性shr随机分为shr-spiro(螺内酯组,n=10)和shr-con(安慰剂组,n=10),另设wky组(wistar-kyoto,n=7)。shr-spiro组螺内酯双蒸水溶解,20mg/kg.d灌胃,shr-con和wky组等容积双蒸水灌胃,持续16周,24周龄大鼠称取体重,颈动脉插管检测动脉血压。摘取心脏,心尖部横断为两片,分别投入液氮罐中和10%中性甲醛固定液中,用elasa方法检测心肌组织匀浆上清液tnf-α水平,免疫组化观察tnf-α表达。结果1.螺内酯组与安慰剂组比较,收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压水平无明显变化(shr-spiro:174.64±19.6;121.65±19.45;148.4±18.5vsshr-con:184.19±8.55;136.76±22.06;150.5±24.5p>0.05),但两组的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压均明显高于wky组,差别有统计学意义。2.安慰剂组与wky组比较,心肌组织tnf-α水平明显升高,(elasa法24.52±3.36vs1.53±0.21p<0.05),差别有统计学意义;螺内酯组与安慰剂组比较心肌组织tnf-α水平降低(elasa法5.9±0.96vs24.52±3.36p<0.05),差别有统计学意义但未达wky组水平。结论shr大鼠心肌组织tnf-α高表达,口服小剂量螺内酯可降低shr大鼠心肌组织tnf-α水平。

Abstract: ?以我国海洋生物污损优势物种紫贻贝为研究对象,模拟直流式海水冷却系统及加药方式,对新一代绿色杀生剂egd控制贻贝生物污损的性能进行了评价和应用研究。结果表明:egd杀生剂对成熟贻贝具有杀灭作用,间断加药10mg/l,30d的致死率可达38%;egd杀生剂可有效地抑制贻贝足丝的发育,从而达到防止贻贝生物污损的目的;egd杀生剂是一种环境友好型杀生剂,最佳加药量与水系统的湿表面积有关
