内江市近40年日照变化的统计特征

Abstract: 利用1960—1995年内江市各测站的逐月日照时数资料,分析了内江市近40年来日照的变化特征,发现区域平均年日照以46.98小时/10年的倾向率减少,这种减少趋势主要表现在冬、夏两季。同时还检测出内江市区域平均年日照时数在1980年发生突变,其后进入一个相对少日照时段。
不同填充剂及复合微生物菌剂对蓝藻堆肥效果的影响

Abstract: 为了研究不同填充剂以及复合微生物菌剂对蓝藻堆肥效果的影响,本实验利用锯末、稻壳、麸皮和米糠为填充剂接种堆肥菌剂与蓝藻进行室内模拟堆肥,设置了稻壳、麸皮为填充剂不加菌剂作对照组,分析了pH值、总碳(TC)、总氮(TN)、碳氮比(C/N)、种子发芽指数(germinationindex,GI)的动态变化。堆肥结束时处理组麸皮的TC降低了90.43g/kg,TN增加了1.85g/kg,C/N降低到13.46,GI升高到73.98%,这都说明麸皮作为填充剂混合蓝藻堆肥的效果较好;添加复合微生物菌剂后,处理组稻壳(60.98%)、处理组麸皮(73.67%)的GI分别比相应的对照组升高了11.02、19.84个百分点,这说明复合微生物菌剂对蓝藻堆肥有促进作用。

Abstract: ?以Na+型和H+型ZSM-5为载体制备了Fe-ZSM-5催化剂并用于氨选择性催化还原(NH3-SCR)氮氧化物.Fe-H-ZSM-5在新鲜时和750oC含10%水的空气中老化后,其SCR活性均优于Fe-Na-ZSM-5.表征结果显示,Fe-H-ZSM-5和Fe-Na-ZSM-5的Fe物种分布和酸性位有所不同.高温水热老化后Fe-H-ZSM-5分子筛骨架的脱铝较Fe-Na-ZSM-5严重.水和硫的存在对Fe-H-ZSM-5和Fe-Na-ZSM-5的SCR活性的影响相似,即降低了低温活性,略提高了高温活性.Fe-Na-ZSM-5表现出比Fe-H-ZSM-5更好的抗碳氢中毒性能.这两种催化剂的SO2和碳氢中毒是可逆的.

Abstract: 摘要 旋转的螺旋桨滑流掠过机翼将使机翼的气动特性发生改变,在高空超长航时无人机的设计中有必要对大柔性机翼气动弹性问题的螺旋桨滑流影响进行分析.运用Prandtl修正的动量叶素理论分析螺旋桨滑流及面内载荷;采用兰金涡核模拟滑流对机翼的诱导速度;采用三维升力线方法计算机翼定常气动力,利用曲面样条插值方法解决结构/气动耦合问题,并结合非线性有限元静力学计算方法,建立了螺旋桨滑流及面内载荷作用下大柔性机翼静气动弹性问题的快速迭代求解方法.以某大展弦比螺旋桨机翼为例,采用文中所建立方法对其静气动弹性特性进行计算研究.结果表明,旋转的滑流改变了机翼绕流当地攻角,从而影响了机翼气动力和变形分布,且在小前进比时影响更大.所建立的分析方法简便高效,在初步设计阶段有较好的应用前景翼绕流当地攻角,从而影响了机翼气动力和变形分布,且在小前进比时影响更大.所建立的分析方法简便高效,在初步设计阶段有较好的应用前景.
Abstract: The propeller's revolving slipstream passing wing changes the drag/lift property of the wing. For the hyper long endurance unmanned flight vehicles design, the slipstream effect should be analyzed for the aeroelasticity of the very flexible wing. The Prandtl revised blade element-momentum theory was applied to calculate the aerodynamic parameters and in-plane loads (1P loads) of the slipstream. Then a Rankine vortex core was placed along the propeller's installation axis to simulate slipstream's induced effect on the wing. Further, the 3-D lifting-line method was utilized to calculate the steady aerodynamic loads of the curved bending wing. And the generalized surface splines and large deflection interpolation method were adopted to solve the geometrical characters of structure/aerodynamic coupling problem. Coupling with the nonlinear finite element method of the structure, the iterative approach was constructed for the solving of propeller's slipstream, 1P loads and the static aeroelasticity of very flexible wing. Finally, a validation study of a very flexible rectangular wing with one propeller was carried out using the method constructed. The numerical results show that the revolving slipstream changed the local incidence angle of a wing, thus changing the aerodynamic forces and deformation distribution. And in the small advance ratios situation, it has greater influences. The results demonstrate the applicability of this method in early stages of aircraft design.

Abstract: 随着生物医学研究的迅速发展,在其相应的研究领域中也出现了许多新技术,蛋白质连接技术即是其一。本实验以自行合成时间分辨荧光免疫分析[TRFIA]双功能螯合剂-4,7-二氯磺酰基苯基-1,10-菲绕啉-2,9-二羧酸(BCPDA)进行蛋白质连接技术研究,发现BCPDA在280nm处有比蛋白质更强的吸收,严重干扰了蛋白质测定。结合BCPDA标记牛血清白蛋白(BSA)实验,采用考马斯亮蓝染色建立了测定蛋白质方法。

Abstract: With 60Co high-dose radiation for a short period, hematopoietic system of the animal was suffered from havoc and hematopoietic function was weakened greatly.For a period of about 30 days,The count of erythrocytes (RBCs) in circulation was obviously decreased and formed a model of anemic animal. In this paper, we studyed the influence of 60Co high-dose radiation on hemorheologic behavior: RBC deformability, blood viscosity,sedimentation rate and count of blood cells in rabbit. It was found that these indexes, were at first seriously abnormal and then, gradually approach to a level slightly lower than that of the control group following about 40 days after 60Co high dose radiation. This showed that the effects of 60Co high-dose radiation for a short period on hematopoietic system in animal body did a long-term severe damage. Comparing this model of anemia caused by 60Co radiation with that of antibody-induced spherical anemia,we found the latter had obvious advantage over the former.This offer an theoretic and experimental foundation for studying RBC orheological characteristics after 60Co radiation and how to choose an model of anemia from 60Co radiation.

Abstract: 用苯肼使动物造成急性溶血性贫血的方法,诱发动物体内新生网织红细胞大量增多,通过对新生网织红细胞的变形、取向及电泳率等指标的连续72h的测量,发现网织红细胞在转变为成熟红细胞的过程中,其流变学特性有明显改变.这对研究由于贫血等原因造成的网织红细胞增多情况下全血的微观流变学特性有重要的临床意义,同时也对新生网织红细胞的微观流变学特性进行了系统研究.
TFAR19基因对小鼠红白血病MEL细胞生长及其流变学特性的影响

Abstract: 通过脂质体介导基因转染的方法, 获得了稳定携带TFAR19基因的小鼠红白血病细胞系MEL-TF19. 经Western blot证实该细胞系有TFAR19蛋白表达. 生长曲线及流式细胞仪检测结果表明, 转染TFAR19基因后MEL细胞生长受到抑制, 并且在凋亡诱因的存在下使细胞凋亡率增高. 流变学研究结果显示, 转染TFAR19基因在加速MEL细胞凋亡的同时, 使细胞对低渗的抵抗力降低, 渗透脆性加大, 细胞表面电荷减少, 电泳率降低; 与细胞最大变形能力呈负相关的弹性模量K1增加, K2无明显变化, μ明显减小. 以上结论从生物流变学角度为全面、深入地认识凋亡新相关基因TFAR19的功能提供了理论基础.
