Abstract: ?使用小孔径阳极氧化铝模板制备fe0.3co0.7纳米线有序阵列,研究了热处理对其磁性的影响.结果表明,热处理对fe0.3co0.7纳米线有序阵列的结晶度和局部形状各向异性有重大的影响,导致纳米阵列的矫顽力和剩磁比发生相应的变化.在适当热处理条件下获得的fe0.3co0.7纳米线有序阵列具有较高的矫顽力和剩磁比.在h2保护下550℃处理时获得最高的矫顽力2.63*105a/m,矫顽力随着热处理时间的增加先是快速增加,然后趋向平缓,最后有一定程度的下降.

Abstract: 以辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为表面活性剂,二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)/水为溶剂,用沉淀法制备了纳米球、纳米棒、纳米片等多种形貌可控的ZnS纳米晶,并且用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射、紫外吸收、荧光光谱对其进行了表征,并且分析了其形貌转变机理.

Abstract: 采用化学液相反应,以亚硒酸或者原碲酸为原料,合成出尺寸均匀、高结晶度的硒、碲纳米线。高分辨电镜分析结果表明合成的硒、碲纳米线均为三方晶单晶结构,生长方向沿其螺旋轴即[001]方向生长。结合光刻、电子束刻蚀技术,分别制备了硒、碲纳米线场效应晶体管器件(FET)。对器件测试的结果显示硒和碲纳米线均为p型半导体,其相应的空穴迁移率分别为30.7,70cm2V-1s-1。这对新型纳米线电子学器件的开发应用具有重要意义。
Photovoltaic Devices from Multi-Armed CdS Nanorods and Conjugated Polymer Composites

Abstract: We demonstrate the preparation of composite photovoltaic devices by using the blends of multi-armed CdS nanorods with conjugated polymer, poly2-methoxy-5-(2'-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV). Multi-armed CdS nanorods are prepared by thermolysing single precursor cadmium ethylxanthate Cd(exan)2] in pure hexadecylamine solution under ambient conditions. The photoluminescence of MEH-PPV can be effectively quenched in the composites at high CdS nanocrystal (nc-CdS)//MEH-PPV ratios. Post-treatment of the multi-armed CdS nanorods by refluxing in pyridine significantly increases the performance of the composite photovoltaic devices. Power conversion efficiency is obtained to be 0.17% under AM 1.5 illumination for this composite device.

Abstract: Co-Ni alloy nanowire arrays were prepared by AC electrochemical deposition into nanoporous anodic alumina oxide(AAO) template with mixed NiSO4 and CoSO4 solution as electrolyte. The microscopy, crystalloid structure and magnetic properties of the Co-Ni alloy nanowires were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), electron diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) respectively. The TEM and XRD results show that the nanowires in an array are very uniform and very regular, with an aspect ratio varying from 1 to 100, which have (111) and (011) preferred orientations during growth. VSM result shows that such nanowire arrays has a strong perpenticular magnetic anisotropy, the squareness (0.6-0.9) and the coercivity(0.64×105 A/m—0.8×105 A/m) of which were very high when the magnetic field was perpendicular to the axis of the nanowire. The coercivity and the squareness were much higher than those of planar Co-Ni alloy thin films. After heat treatment, the squareness of the sample was up to 0.8.
干旱区绿洲荒漠化演变趋势及成因分析——以吐鲁番绿洲为例

Abstract: 基于吐鲁番绿洲SPOT遥感影像,利用决策树分类,对荒漠化信息进行提取,分析荒漠化演变、发展及转换特点。结果表明吐鲁番荒漠化土地以风蚀、盐碱为主,且中度风蚀荒漠面积所占的比例最大。由于轻度风蚀荒漠化土地的开垦,荒漠化总面积1986~2004年减少9.77%,但部分轻度风蚀荒漠转化为成为程度更高的中度重度风蚀荒漠,重度风蚀荒漠和盐碱地面积分别扩大2和12倍。研究区荒漠化土地面积出现缩减,但荒漠化程度加深,发展速度加快,对生态环境带来了极大的压力。

Abstract: 以白掌的茎尖为外植体,研究了影响其初代、继代及生根培养的主要因素。结果表明:最适初代培养基为MS+6-BA2mg?L-1+AD0.2mg?L-1+NAA0.2mg?L-1;最适增殖培养基为MS+6-BA2mg?L-1+NAA0.2mg?L-1;最适生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.2mg?L-1。

Abstract: 以微博用户推荐算法中相似度计算为研究对象,根据微博用户关注信息的特点,分析了关注用户的流行度的不同程度,以及这种程度差异对相似度计算产生的影响,在此基础之上提出了一种加入流行度制衡因子的相似度计算方法.可通过流行度制衡因子,在计算用户相似度时,适度减少( 增加) 流行度偏高( 偏低) 的用户对计算结果的影响. 实验结果表明: 加入流行度制衡因子的用户相似度计算具有更好的推荐效果.

Abstract: 考虑到软件任务模块执行的不均衡性以及模块级软件可靠性增长测试的具体情况,针对markov控制转换多模块软件,提出了一种模块级的可靠性测试资源动态优化分配方法,以减少测试代价。与静态资源分配方法相比,本方法更加优化利用测试资源,在确保可靠性指标的前提下可降低总的测试代价。
