木薯细菌性枯萎病菌hrpG和hrpX基因的克隆和初步分析

Abstract: 根据黄单胞类病原菌hrpG和hrpX基因序列,设计简并引物,通过PCR扩增从我国木薯细菌性枯萎病菌中克隆到这2个基因。结果表明:10个菌株的hrpG基因编码区长度均为792 nt,编码263个氨基酸,相互之间最多有4个碱基和1个氨基酸的差异;而hrpX基因编码区长度均为1 431 nt,编码476个氨基酸,相互之间最多有4个碱基和3个氨基酸的差异。所获hrpG基因序列和辣椒斑点病菌等黄单胞菌同源基因相似性最高,核苷酸序列为95%,氨基酸序列为96%。所获hrpX基因核苷酸序列和辣椒斑点病菌等的相似性最高,为97%,而氨基酸序列和柑橘溃疡病菌等同源基因相似性最高,为99%。这2个基因的聚类分析结果表明,木薯细菌性枯萎病菌和豆褐色黄单胞菌、柑橘溃疡病菌和甘蓝黑腐病菌的亲缘关系最近。
木薯褐斑病菌的室内药剂筛选

Abstract: 采用孢子萌发法对分离自海南的木薯褐斑病菌进行了10种杀菌剂的室内筛选。结果表明,国光多菌灵(50%多菌灵WP)和咪鲜胺(25%咪鲜胺EC)的EC50值最小,抑菌效果最好;腐霉利(50%WP)的EC50值最大,抑菌效果最差。建议生产上使用多菌灵和咪鲜胺等来防治木薯褐斑病。
木薯疫霉根腐病病原初步鉴定及其生物学特性测定

Abstract: 2010年11月,在对海南省儋州市的木薯病害调查中发现一种根腐病。经致病性评价,分离获得病原菌。显微观察发现,菌丝无分隔,孢囊梗呈简单合轴分枝,孢子囊多顶生,倒梨形,厚垣孢子大量产生,球形、顶生。形态观察结果初步表明,其为棕榈疫霉(Phytophthora palmivora)。ITS序列分析表明,其和几株棕榈疫霉(HQ237481,HQ237478和HQ237477)的序列同源性为99%。生物学特性研究表明,OA或CMA培养基、26~30℃、pH 5、D-木糖醇、乙酸铵、光暗交替是病菌生长最适条件,菌丝致死温度为50℃,10 min。

Abstract:
日本文坛一代文豪谷崎润一郎继承和发展了日本的唯美主义文学,被誉为“大谷崎”,生前曾多次被提名为诺贝尔文学奖的候选人,他主张“第一是艺术,第二是人生”,坚持“艺术至上”的审美标准,毕生追求“异国情调”,其中创作了大量的以中国为舞台的“中国趣味”式小说,他曾先后两次到过中国,但是两次中国行对其创作却产生了截然相反的影响。本文拟从谷崎润一郎两次中国游历与其创作关系的角度,分析产生不同影响的原因。
Tanizaki Junichiro who is the Japanese literary generation writer inherited and developed the Japanese aestheticism literature, known as the “big Qi”. He had repeatedly been nominated for Nobel Prize candidate. He advocated “art is the first, second is the life”, and adhered to “art is su-preme” aesthetic standards. He devoted all his life to the pursuit of “exotic”, and created a lot of “Chinese fun” novels based on China as the stage. He has been to China twice, but the two visits have produced opposite effects on his creation. This paper intends to analyze the reasons for the creation of the relationship between Yazaki Junichiro and the two time of his creation.

Abstract:
系统由现场交通流采集系统和远程数据处理中心两部分组成。现场交通流采集系统采用基于GMR的地磁式车辆检测器作为交通流数据检测传感器,各设备之间采用无线自组网方式进行数据传输。远程数据处理中心与现场交通流采集系统通过GPRS或3G通信,可实现交通流数据远程集中控制和管理。本系统环境适应性强,安装维护方便,具有一定的实用价值。
Through analyzing the characteristics of various traffic flow data detection methods and the envi-ronment of the expressway traffic, this paper designs the expressway traffic flow surveillance system which includes live traffic flow data acquisition system and remote data processing center. Live traffic flow data acquisition system uses the vehicle detector based on GMR as traffic flow sensors. With GPRS or 3G network, traffic flow data are transmitted to remote data processing center which can realize the centralized control and management for the data of traffic flow. This system has environment adaptability and high detection reliability, and can be applied to ex-pressway network traffic guidance and effective emergency evacuation.

Abstract:
根据云母粉对聚合物材料的瓷化阻燃作用,以三元乙丙(EPDM)为基体,通过添加云母粉,在高温有氧环境下,使云母粉发生熔融,与裂解碳层发生物理交联,形成致密陶瓷复合结构,达到高温耐烧蚀的目的。本文通过形貌分析(SEM)、质量烧蚀率、X射线衍射仪(XRD),研究不同温度段下,云母粉对EPDM烧蚀性能的影响,发现在1100?C,云母粉形成了以莫来石为主晶相的陶瓷层,获得较好的烧蚀性能。
Based on the ceramified flame-retardant effect and ceramification of mica on polymers, by adding mica to the EPDM matrix, a dense ceramic composite structure was formed by physical crosslinking the melted mica with the cracked carbon layer under high temperature aerobic conditions. So the high temperature ablation resistant can be achieved. We studied the impact of mica on EPDM ablation performance under different temperature ranges by morphology analysis (SEM), mass ablation rate and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that mica formed ceramic layer with mullite as the main crystal phase in 1100?C, and obtained a better ablative resistant performance.

Abstract:
欧姆接触是碳化硅(Silicon Carbide, SiC)新一代电力电子器件研究中的技术难点之一。除了金属选择外,相对于n型掺杂,SiC材料中p型杂质的离化能比n型杂质的离化能高,优质的p型SiC欧姆接触更难于形成。该文对近十几年来极具代表性的传统Al基金属体系和非传统Al基金属体系在p型SiC材料上形成欧姆接触的研究进行了总结,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
Ohmic contact is one of the technical difficulties in the study of the new generation power electronic devices of SiC. In addition to the metal selection, compared to n-type doping, the ionization energy of p-type SiC is much higher. The superior quality of p-type SiC ohmic contact is more difficult to form. In this paper, it is summarized that ohmic contacts for Al-base traditional materials and non Al-base traditional metal materials made on p-type SiC, and discussed for its development prospects.

Abstract: 本研究利用动态竞争模式,以市场共同性与资源相似性为基础描绘出台湾啤酒市场中的竞争者图像,再利用竞争者图像中的相对位置,结合易经的后天八卦图,将对偶竞争者之间的竞争不对称性转换为易经中相应的“卦”。并以其卦辞为决策参考,作为在竞争对抗环境中,从竞争者分析到竞争响应与行动的决策参考。以此建构一套竞争对抗中厂商与厂商间的整合性动态竞争易经决策模式。
In this study, the dynamic model of competition, market commonality and resource similarity are used to form the competitors image. The relative positions in the images of competitors, combined with the eight trigrams map of Yi Jing, will be even asymmetry of competition between competitors into the corre-sponding of the divinatory symbols of Yi Jing for the decision-making reference. The dynamic Yi Jing deci-sion-making model of competition between the manufacturers and vendors is built in this research.

Abstract:
介绍了悬臂梁几何非线性的有限元模型,并对悬臂梁的应力应变关系进行了推导(在线性范围内),在此基础上,利用有限元分析软件,对悬臂梁结构的静态几何非线性进行了有限元分析,研究发现,当悬臂梁结构在受到大变形而出现几何非线性时,现有的应力应变关系不再呈线性关系,而是呈现非线性,其理论推导必须采用非线性方程组来计算,而非线性方程组的求解可采用大变形问题的增量法——T.L法(拉格朗日法)。
The finite element model of geometry nonlinearity about cantilever has been introduced in this paper. The relation of strain-stress about cantilever has been deduced (in range of linearity). Based on this, using finite element analysis soft, the static geometry nonlinearity of cantilever beam structure has been finitely analyzed. The study finds that the existing strain-stress relation is not linear relation when the cantilever beam structure shows the geometry nonlinearity after receiving large deformation, but is nonlinearity, and that the theoretical derivation must be computed by using nonlinear system of equations. But the solution of nonlinear equations can use increment means of large distortion question, which is T.L means (Lagrange means).
