微靶装配中靶球几何量的高精度测量

Abstract: ?为满足微靶装配过程中靶球和靶腔相对位置的严格的要求,保障惯性约束聚变实验的成功,针对机器视觉的几何量测量精度很难达到5μm以下的不足,设计了利用具有亚μm级精度的激光共焦测头对装配中的靶球进行采点扫描以获取其尺寸和位置的非接触测量方法,借助于在线监测系统运动轴的高精度定位,通过上下两个激光共焦测头的组合测量,并采用一种快速而准确的基于点阵插值细分和目标两级提取的测量算法,使在线监测系统的球体几何量测量精度达到了2μm。

Abstract: ?深入分析了激光跟踪测量系统坐标系的特点,建立了采用高精度约束球面标定激光跟踪测量系统(lts)的初始状态参量和结构误差参量的方法.通过数学仿真搜索出采用约束球面进行系统标定时的最佳约束球半径、最佳采样点个数等,并采用仿真方法评估系统噪声对标定结果的影响.使用三坐标测量机和qc20-w高精度伸缩球杆仪建立了球面约束标定的实验装置,对激光跟踪系统执行了球面约束标定实验.实验结果表明,采用高精度约束球面作为约束条件可以提高系统的未知参数标定精度和测量精度.
基于反转法的平行双关节坐标测量机的标定

Abstract: 针对关节臂坐标测量机的标定问题,提出了一种基于反转法的平行双关节坐标测量机分离标定方法.阐述了反转法的标定思想,并详细描述了利用反转法进行平行度误差标定、臂长误差标定以及零位误差标定的方法.结果表明:该方法操作简单,其精度可以通过在测量范围内测量量块衡量;使用基于反转法的分离标定法的测量机的测量精度比使用基于高斯-牛顿法的综合标定法的测量机的测量精度高3倍.
?光纤电容液滴分析仪及其识别算法

Abstract: ?光纤电容液滴分析仪利用液滴分析技术,综合在液体形成液滴的监测过程中获得的物理、化学特性参数,进行液体识别.基于液滴分析仪的功能原理,结合其现有的识别算法,提出了一个基于bp神经网络技术的液体识别方案,设计了3层bp神经网络分类器,完成了嵌入式系统功能算法的设计.对典型样品进行了测试实验,结果表明,对大部分液体可以进行完全识别,部分液体的识别率达96%以上,识别精度可达95%.

Abstract: 针对螺纹联接时轴线位置的不确定导致的工件互换性不佳、可靠性降低、制造成本增加等不良后果,基于螺纹综合测量,提出一种全新的螺纹作用轴线测量方法。采用灵活的切片式刚性牙型测头,让其环绕螺纹测量并与之紧密旋合。TESA电感测头用于采集测头姿态数据,该数据反映被测螺纹的作用中径的变化。经过数据处理获得被测螺纹的作用中径线,结合已有螺纹轴线理论,拟合被测螺纹的作用轴线。实验结果验证了该测量方法实现的可能性,测量精度在10 μm内。介绍的测量方法弥补了现阶段螺纹测量领域内对螺纹轴线研究的不足。
Because of the uncertainty of the position of a functional axis of the thread while connecting threads, such as the low interconvertibility, low reliability, the increase of manufacturing cost, etc., a new method for measuring the functional axis of the thread is presented on the basis of the synthetic thread measurement principle. The flexible sliced tooth-type gauge head with high stiffness is adopted to encircle and engage with the thread tightly. The TESA inductance type transducer is used to measure the position change of the gauge head, which reflects changes in the functional diameter of the thread. Through processing data, the generalities of the functional diameter of the thread are obtained. With the existing theory of functional axis of thread, its functional axis are worked out. The experimental results verify the feasibility of the measurement method, with which the measurement accuracy is higher than 10 μm. The measurement method presented in this paper contributes to solving the deficiency of the current study of the functional axis of thread
螺纹测端姿态测量系统的非线性矫正

Abstract: 螺纹测端姿态测量是数字化轮廓包络法螺纹综合测量的关键技术之一。设计了基于AD598的螺纹测端姿态测量系统。为了提高螺纹测端姿态测量的精度,需要对螺纹测端姿态测量系统的非线性进行矫正。通过对信号采集系统的传递函数进行标定,将传递函数的线性部分和非线性部分进行分离,通过求解非线性部分的转换函数,在软件算法中实现了非线性部分的矫正。实验结果表明,非线性矫正后螺纹测端姿态测量系统的转角测量非线性误差减小1'17.25″,将测量系统的非线性误差控制在0.12%内,满足了测量系统的要求。
The attitude measurement for the threaded probe end is one of the key techniques in the screw comprehensive measurement that is based on the digital contour envelope. An attitude measurement system of the threaded probe end was designed. To ensure the measuring precision of the attitude measurement, it is necessary to correct the nonlinearity of the measuring system. The transfer function of the signal sampling system was calibrated and the nonlinear part was separated with the linear part. The nonlinear part was corrected by using the correction algorithm after the transform function of the nonlinear part was solved. The results showed that the angular displacement nonlinear error decreased 1'17.25" and the nonlinear error of the measuring system was less than 0.12% after the nonlinearity had been corrected, and the precision met the requirement of the system
回转体测量机热变形误差三截面法补偿技术

Abstract: 为了补偿复杂外形回转体测量机在生产现场的热变形误差,使用实物参考基准作为标定物,提出了三截面 法热变形误差在线补偿技术.根据回转体测量机的结构特点,使用数字仿真分析了热变形形式,然后以此为依据建 立了热变形误差补偿模型.通过测量两个参考基准的截面和被测工件的一个待测截面的数据,计算得到补偿模型中 的参数,进而获得热变形误差的补偿量,实现了在线补偿,无需建立复杂的热变形模型,简单易行.现场测量实验 证明了三截面法的可行性,重复性误差降低到 8,μm,能够满足复杂环境下的测量任务.
At the production site,rotor measuring machine with complex shape has thermal deformation error. To compensate for this error,three-section-theory online thermal deformation error compensation technology was devel- oped,which uses physical reference point as calibration object. According to the structural characteristics of the rotor measuring machine,the thermal deformation of the machine was analyzed by digital simulation. Then the thermal deformation error compensation model was set up. In order to obtain compensation for thermal deformation error, three sections of the standard parts and workpiece were measured. As a result,the online error compensation was realized without establishing complex thermal deformation model. Experiments proved the feasibility of the three- section-theory and repeatability error is reduced to 8,μm. So the method is useful in complex environment
光谱液滴分析系统设计

Abstract: 将光谱分析方法引入液滴分析技术中,构建研究被测液体物理和化学特性的光谱液滴分析系统.通过液滴传感器监测被测液体的液滴生长过程,得到光经过液滴作用后的光强变化信息和液滴形成过程中的瞬时体积信息,同时利用微型光谱仪得到被测液体的吸收光谱.综合这3种包含被测液体特性信息的数据,构造液体的3维指纹图,它体现了液体的综合特性,在确定条件下对同种液体是唯一的,可作为研究液体特性和鉴别不同液体的依据
?基于液滴分析技术检测水中的溶解氧及盐度

Abstract: ?为使液滴分析技术定性识别液体时能定量给出主要的水质指标,将光纤溶解氧传感器引入液滴分析技术,利用荧光淬灭原理检测溶解氧含量;同时,利用盐度与液滴指纹图的关系建立拟合方程,检测盐度.将溶解氧探头放入盛水的烧杯中与液滴结构中进行对比实验,两者最大相差0.37%,说明在液滴结构中检测溶解氧具有可行性;对不同盐度的溶液进行实验,结果表明随着盐度的增加光纤电压值增大,建立了盐度的拟合方程;通过检验发现式(2)效果较好,最大误差为5.5%.
?基于改进型lugre模型的自适应滑模摩擦补偿方法

Abstract: ?为建立具有良好动态性能的开放式伺服系统,针对自适应摩擦补偿对未知建模误差和扰动抑制能力较弱的问题,提出了一种基于修正黏性摩擦lugre模型的自适应滑模摩擦补偿方法.建立开放式伺服系统的动力学方程,并结合修正黏性摩擦lugre模型,提出伺服系统的状态方程.根据反演设计的思想,设计自适应滑模摩擦控制器以及相应的自适应律和切换函数,并分析了其全局渐进稳定性.通过可编程多轴控制器(pmac)实现了该补偿控制方案在开放式伺服平台的应用,并通过实验验证了其有效性.实验结果表明:与自适应摩擦补偿相比,该自适应滑模摩擦补偿方案在输入信号为正弦信号时,伺服系统的跟踪误差由±6.9,μm降低到±4.1,μm.采用该补偿方案可有效地抑制摩擦及其他不确定干扰对伺服系统的不利影响,进一步提高伺服系统的跟踪性能.
