民国时期旅沪徽州人团体“徽社”研究

Abstract: 徽州人历来旅居在外者多,民国时期犹然。旅外徽人常有同乡组织,有的以徽州商人为核心,有的以徽州学子为核心。“徽社”是一个由旅沪徽州学子组成的同乡团体,成立于1923年,以联络乡谊、改造乡土为目的,并与皖籍名人胡适、陶行知有着联系。以其机关刊物《微音》为中心考察徽社成立与发展的相关历史,我们可以看到民国时期旅外徽人游离于家乡与都市之间的生存状态,同时也能发现徽社在异乡发挥的旅外徽州学子身份认同、社会交往的功能。
清末知识分子报刊论政的三种形态

Abstract: 清末是一个变革时期,也是知识分子报刊活动十分活跃的时期,报刊论政成为清末知识分子介入政治领域的一个重要渠道。由于时代背景不同以及主持者的社会角色、政治身份认同的差异,这个时期知识分子报刊论政的表达方式并不相同。从王韬、梁启超、章士钊的报刊活动中,我们能看到知识分子的清议、政治家的启蒙、革命者的煽动这三种差别明显的论政形态。这些报刊论政形态既有一定程度的阶段代表性,也有某种程度的历史延续性,展示了近代报刊在政治运动中渐次推进的过程,也勾画出清末知识分子通过报刊活动逐步深入政治领域的走向。

Abstract: 20世纪30年代,为冲破国民党新闻统制政策的封锁,一批怀揣新闻理想的记者在左翼文化运动的背景下逐渐汇聚成一个群体。拨开岁月的烟尘,我们能看到他们的大体样貌。最初,他们带着纯粹的职业期许,想要“好好改造一番新闻界”,但随着时局的不断动荡,却不得不在政治化的裹挟中踉跄前行;而民族危机的加深,则迫使他们必须进行重要的政治抉择。于是,对职业化的追求渐渐被革命斗争的需要和民族解放的大义所取代。转身之间,本该在新闻史上占有特殊地位的他们,也逐渐被遮蔽于复杂的历史叙事之中,以至成为我们今天报刊史书写中一个缺席的在场者。

Abstract:
研究选取了三种汉语常用体裁的语篇,对其中的零形回指数量与分布进行分析和比较。从数量看,新闻语篇和学术语篇中的零形回指偏少,叙事语篇偏多。从位置分布看,新闻语篇最简单,叙事语篇最复杂。在共性方面,无论是零形回指的位置还是先行语位置,三种体裁都以主语为主,而且,排在前三位的都是S-S、T-S、O-S位置关系的零形回指。其他位置关系的零形回指很少。这些共性对于进行汉语零形回指规则描写和计算机应用均具有意义。
Texts of three genre types were selected to study and compare the amount and the distribution of zero anaphora in Chinese. It is found that journal and academic texts use much less zero anaphora than narratives. The positional distribution in journal texts is the simplest while the one in narra-tive texts is the most complicated. The commonalities are that the subject position is predominant for both the zero anaphors and their antecedents and that S-S, T-S, O-S positional relations rank as the top three for all the three genre types in Chinese.

Abstract: 本文报道了一种新的含西佛碱的偶氮荧光试剂,双-[4-(a-萘偶氮)-水杨醛]缩邻苯二胺(BNASPD)的合成.试剂在435nm处有一强荧光峰.当有铜离子存在时,可与试剂形成稳定的配合物而使试剂的荧光熄灭.反应具有较高的灵敏度和选择性.利用此反应建立了一个荧光测定痕量铜的新方法,其检出限可达到1.0ngCu/mL.方法用于无机盐试剂及矿泉水中铜的测定,结果满意.

Abstract:
目的:观察丙丁酚治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)的临床疗效。方法:于2012年1月至2013年8月选取非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者68例作为研究对象,再将非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)患者分为四组:即:A组、强化治疗+丙丁酚组,共17例;B组、强化治疗组,共17例;C组、常规治疗 + 丙丁酚组,共17例;D组、常规治疗组,共17例,避免服用其它抗氧化剂。A、C组DR患者予丙丁酚0.375 g,每日2次。平均随访11.58 ± 0.17个月。并比较观察4组干预前、1年后的视力、眼底及血脂(TC、LDLC)变化。结果:最终随访发现:1、A、C组NPDR患者的眼底情况较干预前显著改善(P < 0.05),A、C组间干预后眼底情况无显著性差异(P > 0.05);B、D组患者的眼底情况均无显著改善(P > 0.05)。2、A、C组患者最佳矫正视力均较干预前显著提高(P < 0.05),A、C组间干预后最佳矫正视力无显著性差异(P > 0.05);B、D组患者最佳矫正视力均无显著提高(P > 0.05)。3、A、C组患者TC、LDLC水平均显著低于干预前(P < 0.05);B、D组干预前后血脂水平无显著性差异(P > 0.05);且干预后A、C组间TC、LDLC水平无显著性差异(P > 0.05)。结论 丙丁酚治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变疗效显著,且并发症较少。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of probucol for nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR). Methods: 68 patients with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) were studied from Jan. 2012 to Aug. 2013. These patients were divided into four groups. Group A consisted of 17 patients receiving enhanced therapy and probucol; Group B consisted of 17 patients receiving enhanced therapy; Group C consisted of 17 patients receiving regular therapy and probucol; Group D consisted of 17 patients receiving regular therapy. Group A and Group C were given probucol of 0.375 g twice per day. All patients were followed up for average 11.58 ± 0.17 months. The changes of best corrected visual acuity, fundus, total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein- cholesterol (LDL-C) before therapy and one year after therapy were observed. Results: 1) The fundi of Group A and Group C were significantly improved (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the fundi of Group A and of Group C after therapy (P > 0.05); but the difference between the fundi of Group B and of Group D was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). 2) The best corrected visual acuity of Group A and Group C was improved significantly (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the best corrected visual acuity of Group A and of Group C (P > 0.05); but the best corrected visual acuity of Group B and Group D did not change significantly (P > 0.05). 3) The TC and LDLC level of Group A and Group C decreased significantly (P < 0.05); The TC and LDLC level of Group B and Group D did not change significantly (P > 0.05); There was no significant difference between the TC and LDLC level of Group A and of Group C (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of probucol for nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy is significant with less complications.

多肽突变体Cbf-14-2抗青霉素耐药细菌的活性研究

Abstract: 本研究主要探讨了新型多肽突变体Cbf-14-2对携带NDM-1基因重组菌(E.coli BL21(DE3)-NDM-1)的抗菌活性及机制。实验采用肉汤倍比稀释活菌计数法测定多肽对E.coli BL21(DE3)-NDM-1重组菌的MIC/MBC和杀菌曲线,评价多肽的体外抗菌活性;采用重组菌腹腔感染法建立小鼠败血症模型,评价多肽的体内抗菌活性;通过Zeta电位分析和流式细胞术探讨Cbf-14-2抗耐药细菌感染的作用机制。结果表明,多肽Cbf-14-2对携带NDM-1基因的耐药细菌具有良好的抗菌活性(MIC=16 μg/mL),能在2 h内快速杀灭细菌;同时,多肽能显著降低感染小鼠肝、脾、肺和肾脏等组织的细菌负载量,对细菌显示出强效清除能力,将小鼠存活率由10%提高至70%。这主要由于Cbf-14-2能与细菌细胞膜表面负电荷发生静电结合,增加对膜的穿透能力。因此,Cbf-14-2有望成为治疗NDM-1耐药细菌诱发感染的潜在抗菌剂。
The antibacterial activity and mechanism of the antimicrobial peptide mutant Cbf-14-2 against NDM-1 carrying recombinant bacteria(E. coli BL21(DE3)-NDM-1)was investigated in this study. The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC), minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)and killing curves(KCs) in vitro were determined by the broth microdilution method. Mice septicemia model was established by interaperitotoneal injection of E. coli BL21(DE3)-NDM-1 to evaluate the antibacterial activity of this peptide in vivo. Results showed that Cbf-14-2 exhibited a potent antibacterial activity with MIC of 16 μg/mL and killed almost all recombinant bacteria within 120 min. Meanwhile, it significantly improved the survival rate of infected mice up to 70% with the decreasing of bacterial load in mice lung, liver, spleen and kidney. This powerful clearance ability of Cbf-14-2 against bacteria mainly related to its enhanced membrane penetration ability through neutralizing the negative charges and disrupting the integrity of the bacterial cell membrane. Therefore, Cbf-14-2 is expected to be a potential antimicrobial agent for the treatment of infection induced by multi-drug resistant bacteria, especially for the NDM-1carrying bacteria
