基于Zedboard的WLI图像缩放算法的硬件设计

Abstract:
本文选择了一种新颖的图像缩放算法进行FPGA硬件实现。该算法基于奇偶分解的思想,具有复杂度低、硬件需求小和缩放效果良好等突出优点。首先利用MATLAB对该算法进行了功能验证,然后用缩放耗时、PSNR、边缘模糊等级和脉冲噪声等指标评估基于该算法图像处理效果。与传统时域算法作对比,对比结果表明该算法在处理效果和运算速度上的优异性。基于Zedboard开发板,运用Vivado HLS高级综合工具将算法的C程序综合成硬件IP,并搭建了包含ARM处理器和VGA等模块的软硬协同验证系统。实验验证了图像缩放算法硬件设计的正确性和实用性。
A novel zoom algorithm is researched and further realized by a FPGA board. The algorithm is of low complexity, low hardware requirements, and wonderful zoom result thanks to even-odd de-composition method. First, function of the algorithm was verified by MATLAB. Second, zoom results of pictures were evaluated using PSNR, time consuming, edge fuzzy grade, and impulse noise. Compared to the conventional algorithm in the time domain, the even-odd decomposition method has advantages on zoom quality and computational efficiency. Based on Zedboard, we wrote C program of WLI image zoom algorithm and used high level synthesis tool Vivado HLS to generate the IP from the program. Then, a software and hardware co-verification system was constructed including modules such as ARM processor, VGA controller. Finally, hardware design of the zoom algorithm using even-odd decomposition method was proved correct by experiments.

产胞外多糖乳杆菌的筛选及多糖功能的研究

Abstract: 本论文从大连地区海产品消化腺中筛选产胞外多糖(EPS)的乳杆菌属菌株,并研究其所产EPS的功能特性,选出一株目标菌,对其EPS分离纯化,测定纯化后各多糖组分的相对分子量。获得EPS产量相对较高的菌株经16S rRNA序列测定鉴定为Lactobacillus plantarum subsp.plantarum-4,Lactobacillus plantarum-12,Lactobacillus plantarumsubsp. plantarum-49;对3株植物乳杆菌及其EPS进行清除DPPH自由基的测定,Lactobacillus plantarum-12的EPS浓度为0.5 mg/mL时,清除率为48.82±3.88%,显著高于另外2株菌(p<0.05);测定植物乳杆菌的EPS抑制E. coli ATCC25922在HT-29细胞上的粘附效果,Lactobacillus plantarum-12的EPS浓度为0.2 mg/mL时,抑制率为78.23%±2.46%,显著高于另外两株菌(p<0.05);Lactobacillus plantarum-12的EPS可显著抑制E?coli ATCC25922刺激HT-29细胞产生IL-8(p<0.05)。Lactobacillus plantarum-12的EPS经DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow离子交换柱、Sepharose CL-6B凝胶柱和Sephacryl HR S200凝胶柱层析分离得到两组分,测定两组分的相对分子质量分别为8.5×104 u和7.4×104 u。
Exopolysaccharide (EPS)-producing Lactobacillus strains were screened from the digestive glands of seafood from the Dalian area, and the functional properties of the produced EPSs were studied. One target strain was selected, the corresponding EPS was isolated and purified, and the relative molecular weights of all purified polysaccharide components were measured. Strains with relatively high EPS-producing ability were identified as Lactobacillus plantarum subsp. plantarum-4, Lactobacillus plantarum-12, and Lactobacillus plantarum subsp. plantarum-49. The 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging abilities of the three Lactobacillus plantarum strains and their EPSs were measured. When the EPS produced by Lactobacillus plantarum-12 was at a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL, the DPPH free radical scavenging rate was 48.82±3.88%, significantly higher than those of other two strains (p<0.05). The effect of EPS produced by Lactobacillus plantarum strains on the inhibition of the adhesion of Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 to HT-29 cells was measured. When the EPS produced by Lactobacillus plantarum-12 was at a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml, the inhibitory rate was 78.23%±2.46%, significantly higher than those of other two strains (p<0.05). The EPS produced by Lactobacillus plantarum-12 could significantly inhibit IL-8 production by HT-29 cells stimulated by E. coli ATCC 25922 (p<0.05). The crude EPS produced by Lactobacillus plantarum-12 was purified by DEAE-Sepharose anion-exchange, Sepharose CL-6B, and Sephacryl HR S200 chromatography columns; two fractions were obtained, and their relative molecular weights were 8.5×104 u and 7.4×104 u.

嵌入式实时操作系统任务调度算法的改进与应用

Abstract: ?在嵌入式系统中,任务调度器的好坏很大程度上决定了系统的性能。针对经典的速率单调(rm)调度算法以任务的周期作为优先级的评测标准,容易导致某些周期长且重要的任务错过截止期限,而当任务数量趋于无穷时,cpu的利用率仅为69%的特点,提出一种新的静态调度算法—nsrl。该算法在任务控制块(tcb)中增加两个域,分别为任务的重要度和裕度为零的时刻。在高优先级任务优先执行的前提下,重要度较高且未执行的任务当且仅当裕度为零时,具有较高的优先权可以抢占当前任务运行。通过理论分析和具体实验,该方法降低了任务截止期错失率,提高了cpu利用率,可以更有效地调度实时任务,在无线宽带移动计算中得到了较好应用。

Abstract: 纯金属钼存在低温脆性、再结晶脆性、抗高温氧化能力较差等明显缺点,极大限制了其应用范围,通过在钼基体中添加第二相(稀土氧化物(La_2O_3、Ce_2O_3、Y_2O_3)和碳化物(TiC、ZrC、HfC))形成的钼合金因具有良好的高温性能、较低的韧脆转变温度、较高的再结晶温度受到了国内外学者的广泛关注。本文对三种钼合金制备工艺(固–固掺杂、固–液掺杂和液–液掺杂)进行了总结,并对其发展趋势做出了展望,结果表明采用液–液掺杂工艺能显著提高材料的均匀性和力学性能。

Abstract:
室内空气品质不仅影响人体的舒适和健康,而且对室内人员的工作和学习效率有着显著的影响。本研究以大连市某高校为研究对象,利用MCH-383SD CO2浓度/温、湿度记忆仪和TSI粉尘仪对教室秋季及冬季空气品质进行现场测量,测量项目包括CO2浓度、温度、相对湿度和颗粒物(PM2.5、PM10)浓度,探讨测量项目对学生学习效果的影响。研究得出,影响高校室内空气品质的最主要原因是教室CO2浓度超标、人均新风量不足以及教室人数超员。连续监测反映出室内CO2浓度的增长与室内人数及通风情况有关,且冬季采暖期室内CO2浓度远高于秋季。基于可行性前提,本文提出了改善高校室内空气品质的几种方法。
Indoor air quality not only affects the comfort and health of the human body, but also has a significant impact on indoor work and learning efficiency. The research assesses a certain university in Dalian, using MCH-383SD and TSI Dust Monitor to measure the air quality of classroom, with measuring items including CO2 concentration, tempera- ture, relative humidity and repairable particulate matter (PM10, PM2.5), which aims to explore the impact of CO2 con- centration factors and their impacts on students’ learning outcomes. The study concludes that the biggest factors affect- ing indoor air quality are exceeded indoor CO2 concentration, insufficient fresh air volume (per person) and over-crowded classroom. The continuous monitoring reflects that the increase of the indoor CO2 concentration is related to the number of people in the classroom and the ventilation condition. And the indoor CO2 concentration is much higher in heating period of winter than the concentration in autumn. Based on the premise of the feasibility, the paper proposed several new methods to improve the indoor air quality in college during winter.

Abstract: 失效概率的计算是结构可靠度分析的核心问题之一,发展精确高效的失效概率估计方法渐成国际学术与工程界关注的焦点。该文提出了一种基于样本概率密度加权的采样中心确定方法,该方法兼顾了以下2个目标:1)增加有效抽样中对失效概率贡献大的样本出现的概率;2)提高有效抽样比例。通过将该方法与基于主动引导技术的自适应抽样方法相集成,得到了一种改进的自适应重要抽样方法。理论分析与数值算例表明:该文提出的自适应重要抽样算法具有精度高、计算量小的优点。
负载Fe3(CO)12催化剂的制备及合成氨的催化活性

Abstract: 以Fe_3(CO)_(12)为母体,以活性氧化铝或活性炭为载体制备了负载型氨合成催化剂.在固定床管式流动反应系统中测定了催化活性,并与以Ru_3(CO)_(12)和RuCl_3?xH_2O为母体的负载催化剂以及低温高活性氨合成工业催化剂的活性进行了对比。结果表明:以活性炭为载体的Fe_3(CO)_(12)催化剂在15MPa、400℃以上表现出很高活性,且每克纯活性组分的催化活性在某些温度下比当前活性较高的工业熔铁催化剂的活性要高得多,但低温常压下几乎无活性。负载钉催化剂在低温常压下即显活性,且以RuCl_3?xH_2O为母体,比以Ru_3(CO)_(12)为母体的负载钌催化剂活性高。
多风格融合的复杂森林场景自适应可视化

Abstract: 为了保证森林场景可视化时的真实感,同时保持动态森林场景生成时间的恒定性,提出一种多风格融合的复杂森林场景自适应可视化方法。利用基于视距的模型分布函数来控制树木模型的分布比例,从而建立多风格融合的森林可视化模型;在此基础上,根据复杂森林场景中树木生长模型的计算时间、3维树木绘制时间的估算结果,以及树木的视觉重要性,确定生成森林场景的最佳方案。该方法能够使复杂动态森林场景的生成时间保持较好的稳定性,并且在可视化过程中根据仿真效果动态调整绘制策略。为了验证该方法的有效性和实用性,将本文方法在动态生长的森林仿真场景中进行了实验和应用。应用结果表明,多风格融合的森林场景自适应可视化方法能在保证森林场景可视化真实感的基础上,有效地提升复杂森林场景的绘制速度,使森林场景的快速漫游具有更好的稳定性和流畅性。
