Abstract: 摘要: 虚拟网络服务是云计算的一个核心服务,随着云计算技术的发展,虚拟网络服务的实现方法和技术越来越多,搭建网络高可用云计算平台是云服务提供商关注的热点问题。使用重放流量的方式生成背景流量,基于OpenStack云平台对云计算虚拟网络中虚拟路由服务、虚拟交换机及租户虚拟网络模式的不同实现方法和技术进行了分析和测量。详细对比了各种实现方法和技术并给出了适用场景,为云服务提供商搭建网络服务高可用云平台提供了参考和指南。
Abstract: Virtual network service is a core service of cloud computing. With the development of cloud computing, various methods and techniques of virtual network are implemented. It is a hotspot for the cloud service providers to build a high available cloud computing platform. The different methods and techniques for virtual routing service, virtual switch and tenant virtual network mode in cloud computing virtual network which based on the OpenStack cloud platform are analyzed and measured by using replay traffic to generate background traffic. A detailed comparison of various methods and techniques and the applicable scenarios are given, it provides the reference and guidance for cloud service provider to build network service cloud platform
The Identity Construction and Split Self of Eliza in Pygmalion: a Psychoanalytic Perspective

Abstract: This paper tries to explore the identity construction and the split selfhood of Eliza in Pygmalion from Freudian and Lacanian psychoanalytic perspectives. George Bernard Shaw has often been labeled “unpsychological” by critics. However, the notion has been reexamined. Some critics have de-emphasized the traditional psychological emphasis on childhood and sex to focus instead on Freud’s preoccupation with language. And Lacan is most famous for his post-structural rereading of Freud. There are two observations that are relevant to Eliza’s identity: the purpose of analysis is to bring the unconscious to consciousness—or, in postmodern terminology, making the new self real through the transference process. Higgins’s “analysis” consists of bringing the underdeveloped and hidden “other” Eliza to light, so that she can make her way in the world. In this sense, he just brings Eliza’s unconscious new self into consciousness. The second useful observation is that analysis begins with a repetition. Higgins, acting as a Lacanian mirror for Eliza, reveals the new identity concealed beneath her ragged dress and dirty face, which is a repetition of the identity construction process of her mirror experience as a small child when she first developed the awareness that she was a separate human being. However, Eliza’s talking cure is, perhaps, less than a complete success, for it is clear that she experiences emptiness and loss even after completing the “treatment”. Eliza never completely resolves her inner and outer conflicts. Equally problematic for her is the deepening of the inner split that we all first experience in the mirror stage described by Lacan: the realization that we can never close the gap between essence and expression and, even worse, that we deepen the split as we become more articulate. Therefore, the identity problem discussed by Shaw has got postmodern characteristics. Abstract: In order to know the fertility characteristics of typical cumulic cinnamon soil profiles in different years, the soil nutrients and the temporal variation in recent 30 years were studied through the situ sampling method and historical materials. The results showed that the fertility of cumulic cinnamon soil has been improved since the 1980s. The nutrient accumulation of soil total nitrogen (TN) increased by 40.7% from the fourth class to the third class. Available nitrogen (AN) increased by 56.1% from the fifth class to the fourth class. Total phosphorus (TP) increased by 44.5% from the third class to the first class. Available phosphorus (AP) increased by 204.0% from the fourth class to the second class. Soil available potassium (AK) content accumulated 57.6 mg/kg from the third class to the second class. Soil organic matter (OM) content increased from 12.42 g/kg to 18.98 g/kg, but still insufficient (the fourth class). In order to keep the balance of soil fertility, OM content should be increased and nitrogen input should be enhanced while phosphorus and potassium should be controlled.

Abstract: For the mesoscopic capacitance coupling LC circuit, the Hamiltonian is given by the canonical quantization. The Hamiltonian operator is diagonalized by a unitary transformation. The ensemble average energy and its fluctuations are derived by ensemble theory. In virtue of the generalized Hellmann-Feynman theorem, the quantum fluctuations of charge and self-conductance magnetic flux for the system at finite temperature are investigated. It is found that, the quantum fluctuations of charge and self-conductance magnetic flux depend on the temperature as well as the parameters of the circuit components.

Abstract:

The present study investigates the preparation of sustained release drug-loaded nanofibers using a novel epoxy-coated spinneret. With ethyl cellulose (EC) and ketoprofen (KET) as the filament-forming matrix and the active pharmaceutical ingredient, Drug-loaded composite nanofibers are generated smoothly and continuously with few user interventions. Field-emission scanning electron microscopic observations demonstrated that the composite nanofibers prepared using the epoxy-coated spinneret have better quality than those from a traditional stainless steel spinneret in terms of diameter and its distribution. Both of the composite nanofibers are in essential a molecular solid dispersion of EC and KET based on the hydrogen bonding between them, as verified by XRD and ATR-FTIR results. In vitro dissolution tests show that the nanofibers resulted from the new spinneret provide a finer sustained KET release profile than their counter-parts. Epoxy-coated spinneret is a useful tool to facilitate the electrospinning process through the prevention of clogging for generating high quality nanofibers.

Abstract: CD4+CD25highFOXP3+ Regulatory T cells (Tregs) are a specialized subpopulation of CD4+ T cells, which act to suppress the activation of other immune cells, maintains the immune system homeostasis, and suppresses effector T cells in the periphery and control excessive response to foreign antigens [1]. Several Treg subsets have been identified and extensively studied. Naturally occurring Tregs represent approximately 5% to 10% of peripheral CD4+ T cells in both mice and humans [2-4]. Besides naturally occurring Tregs, there are also adaptively induced antigen-specific Tregs. These cells exist in markedly higher proportions within tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, peripheral blood lymphocytes, and/or regional lymph node lymphocytes. It has been widely acknowledged that tumor-related immunosuppression plays an important role in determining both the severity of disease and the responsiveness to therapy [5-7]. Tumor-specific Tregs require ligand-specific activation and cell-to-cell contact to exert their suppressive activity on tumor-specific effector T cells, which includes decreased cytotoxity, proliferation, and type 1 T helper cell (Th1) cytokine secretion. Through variable mechanisms, Tregs inhibit many adaptive and innate immune cells, including CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, dendritic cells, macrophages, and B cells [8]. In recent years, it has been shown that Tregs also inhibit NK cells in a transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β)-dependent manner [9-11]. In some tumors, high numbers of Tregs are associated with a poor prognosis due to the fact that the presence of Tregs in the tumor microenvironment diminishes anti-tumor immune responses. These results might explain why current clinical trials using cancer peptides or dendritic cells (DCs) pulsed with antigenic peptides induce only transient immune responses and fail to produce therapeutic benefits [12-14].Tregs represent important modulators for the interaction between lymphomas and the host microenvironment. Correlation of Plasma MMP-1 and TIMP-1 Levels and the Colonic Mucosa Expressions in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract: Background. Both plasma and mucosal levels of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) have been shown to be independently correlated with ulcerative colitis (UC), but their relationship with each other and to disease severity remains unclear. This study aims to evaluate the relationship between colonic mucosal and plasma levels of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 with each other and with the severity of ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods. Colonic mucosal lesions and venous blood samples were collected from 30 patients with UC and 15 normal subjects. Real-time reverse transcription-PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to determine colonic mucosal MMP-1 and TIMP-1 expression; ELISA was used to measure plasma levels of MMP-1 and TIMP-1. Results. Expression of colonic mucosal and plasma MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in patients with UC was significantly higher than that of controls (<.05), and was positively correlated with disease severity (<.05). Plasma MMP-1 and TIMP-1 levels were well correlated with their corresponding expression in colonic mucosa (<.05, = 0.805 and 0.908). Conclusion. Plasma MMP-1 and TIMP-1 levels reflect their colonic mucosal expression to some extent in patients with UC. Plasma MMP-1 and TIMP-1, in particular, demonstrate the potential to become biomarkers to clinically diagnose UC, predict its severity, and guide further therapy.
Expressions of sFRP1 and β-Catenin in Cervical Cancer

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the expressions of secreted frizzled-related protein 1 (sFRP1) and β-catenin in cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), and to explore the relationship between both proteins and the prognosis of cervical cancer. Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the protein expressions of sFRP1 and β-catenin in cervical cancer (n=78), CIN (n=30) and normal cervical tissues (n=20), and the relationships of sFRP1 and β-catenin with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of cervical cancer were analyzed. The positive rate of sFRP1 was 100%, 70% and 33.3% in the normal cervical tissues, CIN and cervical cancer, respectively (P<0.05). The sFRP1 expression was positively correlated with the stage of cervical cancer and lymphatic metastasis (P<0.05). The 5-year survival rate was significantly higher in patients positive for sFRP1 than in those negative for sFRP1 (P<0.05). The rate of abnormal β-catenin expression in the normal cervical tissues, CIN and cervical cancer was 5%, 43.3% and 70.5%, respectively (P<0.05). The abnormal β-catenin expression was positively correlated with the stage of cervical cancer, lymphatic metastasis and pathological grade (P<0.05). The 5-year survival rate was markedly higher in patients with normal β-catenin expression than in those with abnormal β-catenin expression (P<0.05). The sFRP1 expression was negatively related to the β-catenin expression in cervical cancer (r = -0.557, P<0.001). Both sFRP1 and β-catenin play important roles in the initiation and development of cervical cancer, and both proteins can be used as indicators predicting the prognosis of cervical cancer.

Abstract: The title three-dimensional coordination polymer, [Cu2Cl(C6H4N5)]n, is the product of the hydrothermal reaction of CuCl2·2H2O and 5-(4-pyridyl)-1H-tetrazole (4-Hptz). The two independent CuI ions are coordinated in distorted tetrahedral and distorted trigonal coordination environments. In the unique 5-(4-pyridyl)-1H-tetrazolate ligand, the dihedral angle between the pyridine and tetrazole rings is 17.3 (2)°.
On the external photon fields in Fermi bright blazars

Abstract: The external Compton (EC) model is used to study the high energy emission of some blazars, in which the external photon field is considered to dominate inverse Compton radiation. We explore the properties of external photon field through analyzing the FERMI LAT bright AGN sample within three months detection. In the sample, assuming the high energy radiation of low synchrotron peaked blazars from the EC process, we find that the external photon parameter Uext/\nuext may not be a constant. Calculating synchrotron and inverse Compton (IC) luminosity from the quasi-simultaneous broadband spectrum energy distributions (SEDs), we find that they have an approximately linear relation. This indicates that the ratio of external photon and magnetic energy density is a constant in the comoving frame, implying that the Lorentz factor of the emitting blob depends on external photon field and magnetic field. The result gives a strong constraint on the jet dynamic model.
