摩擦-电化学噪声法研究Mo改性钛合金的腐蚀-磨损行为

Abstract: 利用等离子表面改性技术在Ti6Al4V合金基体上制备Mo渗镀复合改性层,考察改性层组织结构,利用微动摩擦学试验机并结合电化学噪声技术对比研究基材及改性层在0.5mol/LNaCl溶液中的腐蚀-微动摩擦学行为,对腐蚀-摩擦过程中的噪声参数进行分析.结果表明:纯Mo改性层能够明显改善钛合金的耐磨和减摩特性;同时提高了合金在0.5mol/LNaCl溶液中的自腐蚀电位及降低了腐蚀电流,改善了合金表面的腐蚀-摩擦学性能.

Abstract: 在古桥梁建筑结构保护中,损高精度检测一直是一个重要的研究课题。为识别古桥梁拱桥的结构损伤问题,以上海青浦迎祥桥为研究对象,采用全站仪对桥梁结构的变形进行观测及分析,评价桥梁的变形及受力状态;采用微动测试技术,获取结构的损伤动力特性参数,包括固有频率及振动模态。通过分析现有桥梁的模态分布,观测振动模态的突变位置确定结构损伤位置,比较结构的变形特性,对结构的损伤程度进行评价。
There are vast territorial and crisscrossing rivers in China.During thousands of years,the Chinese people have built hundreds of thousands of bridges.With diverse structures composed of various materials,these bridges,which are treasures of Chinese architecture,represent,to some extent,the history of Chinese culture.These ancient bridges,though witnessing extreme weather,have been,and are being,damaged due to construction limitations,long time of loading,and the continuous dynamics of erosion and other natural and human factors.Given this situation,it is critical to protect these ancient bridges with detection technology that does not damage the bridges.For the protection of ancient bridge structures,high precision detection technology that does not damage the detected targets has been an important research topic.To identify damages to ancient bridges with arch-bridge structures,the Shanghai Yingxiang Bridge in the Qingpu District is analyzed in this study.The structural features are analyzed and the deformed part of the structure is determined with the help of a total station device to evaluate the deformation and stress states of the bridge.Furthermore,with the application of micro-motion testing technology,the dynamic characteristic parameter of the structural damage,which includes the intrinsic frequency and vibration mode,is determined.After the analysis of the mode distribution of existing bridges and the observation of mutation of the vibration mode,quantitative evaluation of the structural damage is performed by comparing the deformation features of the structure after locating where the structural damage has occurred.Based on the experimental analysis of this study and considering the structural characteristics and the present situation of the damage,the observation point is set.The location and form of the damage is qualitatively delimited and the three modal distributions of the Yingxiang Bridge are obtained using microtremors.Comparing the three natural frequencies of the numerical results with the microtremor measurements,the significant weaknesses in the whole structure are determined.There is some damage to the Yingxiang Bridge.According to the measurement results,the bridge pier D is damaged most seriously.This indicates that the concrete curing of the middle bridge pier caused the imbalance of stiffness.The Yingxiang Bridge needs reinforcement
导弹尾焰流场特性建模与仿真

Abstract: 导弹尾焰流场计算为尾焰红外辐射场计算提供基础数据。基于导弹尾焰流场的形成机理研究,根据燃烧理论、流体力学、气体动力学,考虑燃烧室内的燃烧化学反应建立尾焰流场计算的参数模型,结合Gambit和Fluent仿真软件计算获得速度、温度和压力等流场参数。在Fluent中进行了2000次以上的迭代仿真运算得到了迭代残差小于1e-5的计算结果。速度场和压力场经对比分析均符合实际情况,温度场的计算误差为2%。结果表明:该计算方法可以客观描述尾焰流场的主要特征,快速仿真获得特定条件下的流场数据,为导弹尾焰红外特性的计算提供输入参数,提高尾焰的计算精度、节省尾焰的仿真时间。

Abstract: 利用双层解光离子渗金属技术在Ti6A14V合金表面渗Mo,用球—盘磨损试验机对试样的摩擦性能进行了研究.结果表明:Ti6A14V合金表面渗Mo可以形成均匀的表面改性合金层,合金层由沉积层和扩散层构成;合金层的硬度和弹性模量分别为10.86GPa和278.84GPa,较Ti6A14V有较大提高;渗Mo后的试样在干摩擦小滑动距离下表现出一定的减摩作用,耐磨性明显增强;在油润滑条件下,渗Mo改性层具有优异的减摩和耐磨性能.

探测大气气溶胶消光系数的便携式米散射激光雷达

Abstract: ?介绍了一种新型的便携式米散射激光雷达的总体结构及其各部分的功能,分析讨论了该激光雷达在夜晚与白天探测大气气溶胶消光系数垂直廓线的性能。其夜晚的探测高度达到15km左右,白天的探测高度达到10km左右。还可对卷云进行探测,获得卷云的厚度及其峰值消光系数。该激光雷达具有结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、自动化程度高、探测速度快等优点。

Abstract: The Mo surface modified layer on Ti6Al4V substrate is obtained by plasma surface alloying. The structure and composition of the Mo surface modified layer are investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy. The duplex Mo modified layer contains a pure Mo coating on subsurface and diffusion layers between the subsurface and substrate. XRD analysis of the Mo modified layer reveals that a Mo phase exists in the modified layer with <110> and <211> orientations in the subsurface. Corrosion-wear behaviors of Ti6Al4V substrate and Mo modified Ti6Al4V alloy sliding against corundum are investigated with the wear-electrochemical noise technique in a 0.5mol/L NaCl solution. Results indicate that the Mo modified layer improves the antiwear and friction reduction properties of Ti6Al4V. Moreover, the Mo modified layer improves self-corroding electric potentials and decrease the current of Ti6Al4V. The Mo modified layer can improve the corrosion-wear behavior of Ti6Al4V.
