Abstract: The photosynthetic acclimation mechanism to elevated atmospheric carbon dioxide has been explained by several hypotheses: the feedback restraint on photosynthesis caused by carbohydrate deposits and redox signals arising from the plastoquinone pool and the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide; decreased rubisco content and activity induced by levels of rubisco subunit mRNA; and changes in stomatal states. In addition, the level of photosynthesis gene expression induced by C/N balance, plant growth regulators and hexoses might also result in photosynthetic acclimation.

Abstract: ?光合作用对大气中CO2浓度升高适应的可能原因主要表现在以下几个方面:由于CO2浓度升高,碳水化合物过量积累,光合电子传递链中质体醌与过氧化氢(H2O2)的氧化还原信号对光合作用发生反馈抑制;核酮糖1,5-二磷酸羧化/加氧酶(Rubisco)的含量及其活性下降;气孔状态发生变化。此外,植物体内C/N平衡、生长调节物质和己糖激酶对光合基因表达水平的调控等多个方面会对光合适应产生影响。
外源CO对筋骨草β-蜕皮甾酮积累的影响

Abstract: ?为了明确一氧化碳(CO)对植物次生代谢物的调控作用,本研究分析了多花筋骨草(Ajugamultiflora)和匐枝筋骨草(A.lobata)根和叶诱导愈伤组织中β蜕皮甾酮的含量,并将β-蜕皮甾酮含量高的匐枝筋骨草根诱导的愈伤组织进行悬浮培养。将不同浓度的CO供体氯高铁血红素添加到筋骨草悬浮培养体系中发现,CO促进了悬浮细胞中β-蜕皮甾酮的合成。同时发现,当处理8d时,低浓度的CO处理(8μmol·L-1)使β蜕皮甾酮的积累量提高了80.82%,但高浓度处理(12、16、20μmol·L-1)的悬浮细胞中β-蜕皮甾酮含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。上述结果初步证实了低浓度CO(8μmol·L-1)处理对匐枝筋骨草悬浮细胞中β-蜕皮甾酮的积累具有促进作用。

硫化氢对白桦悬浮细胞中多胺和次生代谢物积累的影响

Abstract: 【目的】分析硫化氢(H2S)对白桦悬浮细胞中多胺含量和次生代谢物积累的影响。【方法】将不同浓度的H2S供体硫氢化钠(NaHS)添加到白桦悬浮培养体系中,采用高效液相色谱法和比色法分析不同形态的多胺含量、多胺合成酶和分解酶活性以及黄酮、多酚和三萜等次生代谢物含量。【结果】 NaHS处理后白桦悬浮细胞中总多胺含量呈先增加后降低趋势,其中1 mmol/L NaHS处理24 h时腐胺和亚精胺总含量达最高值,分别比对照增加了30.51%和12.37%; 除高氯酸不溶性结合态亚精胺外,NaHS处理后白桦悬浮细胞中游离态、高氯酸可溶性结合态和不溶性结合态腐胺和亚精胺含量均有不同程度的增加; 同样,NaHS处理后多胺合成酶(ADC)和多胺分解酶(PAO)活性基本呈增加趋势,增加幅度分别为15.91%~26.33%和137.50%~250.12%; 1 mmol/L NaHS与不同浓度的腐胺、亚精胺和精胺分别处理悬浮细胞,不同程度地提高了白桦悬浮细胞中多酚、黄酮和三萜含量。其中,5 mmol/L 腐胺与NaHS共同处理后白桦悬浮细胞中多酚、黄酮和三萜含量达最大值,分别比NaHS单独处理增加了26.69%、13.22%和 4.55%。【结论】H2S处理提高了白桦悬浮细胞中多胺和次生代谢物含量,H2S与多胺共同处理可进一步促进次生代谢物的累积。
【Objective】The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of hydrogen sulfide(H2S)on the accumulation of polyamines and secondary metabolites in birch suspension cultures. 【Methods】Different concentrations of H2S donor sodium hydrosulfide(NaHS)were added to a birch suspension culture. High performance liquid chromatography and colorimetric assays were used to analyze the levels of different forms of polyamines, enzyme activity of arginine decarboxylase(ADC)and polyamine oxidase(PAO), and the levels of flavonoids, polyphenols and triterpenoids. 【Result】 The total polyamine content of birch suspension cultures increased initially and then decreased after NaHS treatment. Among the cells, the highest level of putrescine and spermidine was at 1 mmol/L NaHS after 24 h treatment, with increasing rates of 30.51% and 12.37% compared to the control, respectively. With the exception of perchloric acid(PCA)-insoluble spermidine conjugate, the content of free-, PCA-soluble and PCA-insoluble putrescines and conjugates increased after NaHS treatment. Similarly, NaHS treatment enhanced the activity of ADC and PAO, with increasing ranges of 15.91%-26.33% and 137.5%-250.12%, respectively. Treatment on birch suspension cell with 1 mmol/L NaHS and different concentrations of putrescine, spermidine, and spermine increased the polyphenol, flavonoid and triterpenoid levels, respectively. Polyphenol, flavonoid and triterpenoid reached maximum levels after combined treatment with 5 mmol/L putrescine and NaHS; the levels increased by 26.69%, 13.22% and 4.55%, compared to NaHS treatment, respectively. 【Conclusion】 These results indicate that H2S treatment increased the levels of polyamines and secondary metabolites, and the combined treatment with H2S and polyamines further enhanced the accumulation of secondary metabolites in birch suspension cultures
抗褐斑病苜蓿RAPD多态性研究

Abstract: 运用RAPD技术,采用集群分离分析法对5个苜蓿品种进行抗褐斑病基因连锁的分子标记研究。结果表明,在160个随机引物中有107个有扩增产物,其中54个扩增出的产物的电泳图谱较稳定、清晰,再从中筛选出8个能够同时在3个以上苜蓿品种内的抗、感材料间显示多态性的随机引物,其RAPD标记的大小为600~1400bp。

Effect of Mixed Culture Fermentation of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine Mixtures on the Immune Function of Erythrocyte in AA Broilers

Abstract: 为考察复方中药混菌发酵制剂对肉鸡红细胞免疫功能的影响,选取160只健康AA肉鸡,随机分成4组,A组为空白对照组,B组为免疫对照组,C组为复方中药制剂组,D组为复方中药混菌发酵剂组,B、C、D 3组 均在7日龄2倍量点眼滴鼻接种新城疫Lasota株Ⅳ活疫苗。分别在14、21、28和35日龄时采集血样,测定红细胞C3b受体花环率和红细胞免疫复合物花环率。结果表明:复方中药混菌发酵制剂在不同日龄均能提高红细胞C3b受体花环率和红细胞免疫复合物花环率,与空白对照组、疫苗对照组和复方中药制剂组相比存在显著或极显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。说明复方中药混菌发酵制剂能显著提高红细胞的免疫功能,并能克服因接种疫苗引起红细胞免疫功能短暂下降的不良反应。
In order to study the effects of the mixed culture fermentation of compound Chinese herbal medicine mixtures on the immune function of erythrocyte in broilers.160 healthy chicken broilers at the age of 7 day old were selected,randomly divided into 4 groups:normal control group(A),infected control group(B),compound Chinese herbal medicine mixtures group(C) and mixed culture fermentation of compound Chinese herbal medicine mixtures(D).B,D and C groups were inoculated with 2 times ND Lasota Ⅳ vaccine by means of eye and intranasal at the age of 7 days,and blood specimen was collected at the 14th,21st,28 th and 35th days respectively to detect the broilers’ rosette formation rates of RBC-C3bR and RBC-IC. The results showed that the mixed culture fermentation of compound Chinese herbal medicine mixtures could increase the broilers’ rosette formation rates of RBC-C3bR and RBC-IC at different ages.The rates were significantly higher than the normal control group,infected control group and compound Chinese herbal medicine mixtures group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The experiment indicated that the mixed culture fermentation of compound Chinese herbal medicine mixtures can improve the immune function of erythrocyte in broilers and overcome the erythrocyte immune function of falling short due to the vaccination by-effects.
