Abstract: 空袭目标威胁评估是提高防空武器系统应对多目标的基础.针对威胁评估的实时性、多因素和信息不确定性问题,构建一种基于群广义直觉模糊软集的多属性威胁评估模型.在选择合适的威胁评估指标和量化方法的基础上,引入多专家参量集来弥补传统广义直觉模糊软集中单个专家的评估不准确性和知识局限性等缺陷.通过应用实例分析并与其他最新决策评估方法进行比较,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.

Abstract: 针对光电经纬仪上的跟踪器,提出了一种基于合成角数据的预测跟踪技术.利用目标的前几帧脱靶量和对应的经纬仪角度信息计算合成角,再以前几帧合成角数据为依据,利用线性动态模型推导出下一帧的合成角信息,计算出目标在图像中的位置,从而实现了对目标的预测跟踪.实验证明,该方法可以实现预测跟踪,减小处理区域,提高跟踪器的处理速度,有效地避免波门外虚假目标的干扰.

Abstract: The dynamic thresholding based on region combining is proposed. The conception of region combination is introduced, the threshold of adjacent region is taken as the rule of judging region combining, and the gray level of object that depend on IIPS(Interactive Information Process Systems) is weighed with the threshold of each region. The discontinuity of gray is decreased; the performance of the object recognition is improved. The operation of thresholding is decreased and the precision of object recognition is enhanced. The verification testing shows that the method is simple and valid.
Image Matching Based on Local Projection Entropy

Abstract: The information entropy that has been introduced to image matching is combined with the projection features and a image local projection entropy is defined. An image matching method based on the local projection entropy is proposed. This image matching method has very good anti-geometrical distortion properties, and the anti-noise capability is raised and good matching result can be got in high light conditions. In additional, some techniques are adopted: dividing image to some blocks, series testing and multi-resolution searching techniques. These techniques have led to the raising computing effect. Experimental results show that this algorithm can work effectively.

Abstract: In order to improve the recording speed and satisfy the requirement of shooting range, in this paper the bottleneck was found by analyzing the data channels of whole system; through studying the relation of file size and storage rate and adopting the technology of map file composing and segmentation, RAID 0,make the storage rate of disk improved and the data channels of system ameliorated. Finally the speed of the whole system has been improved, the integration and real-time requirement of recording data are ensured.

微好氧与厌氧水解酸化对明胶废水的预处理效果
Quality improvement of gelatin wastewater by micro aerobic and anaerobic hydrolysis acidification

Abstract: 以明胶废水为研究对象,采用微好氧与厌氧水解酸化工艺进行对比处理实验,探讨了不同水力停留时间下微好氧与厌氧水解酸化对明胶废水水质改善的效果。实验结果表明,在水力停留时间达到72 h的时候,溶解氧为1.3~1.6 mg/L的微好氧反应器的COD去除率最大可达25%,溶解氧为0.3~0.5 mg/L的厌氧反应器的COD去除率最大可达22%;微好氧反应器的VFA的含量达到12 mg/L左右,厌氧反应器只有8 mg/L左右;微好氧反应器的pH值可由最初的12.5降至7.5左右,而厌氧反应器只能降至8.0左右;两个反应器对蛋白质去除效果的差别并不明显,都可以达到90%以上,但是微好氧反应器的氨氮浓度只有22 mg/L,小于厌氧反应器中的氨氮浓度,说明微氧条件有利于氨氮的扩散挥发,低浓度的氨氮对微生物的危害较小。对比得出微好氧反应器的出水水质较好,更适合明胶废水水解酸化的预处理。
The micro aerobic and anaerobic hydrolysis acidification were used to improve the quality of gelatin wastewater. The effects of hydraulic retention time were explored. The experimental results showed that when the hydraulic retention time was 72 h, the COD removal rate of micro aerobic reactor could reach up to 25% when dissolved oxygen was 1.3~1.6 mg/L, and that of anaerobic reactor up to 22% when dissolved oxygen was 0.3~0.5 mg/L. The content of VFA of micro aerobic reactor was 12 mg/L, and that of the anaerobic reactor was lower to 8 mg/L. The pH of aerobic reactor was reduced to 7.5 from original 12.5, and that of the anaerobic reactor was reduced to 8.0. The removal rate of protein for both reactors was more than 90%. However, the ammonia nitrogen of micro aerobic reactor was only 22 mg/L, less than that of the anaerobic reactor, which indicated that anaerobic conditions was beneficial for spread and volatile of ammonia nitrogen. All the data suggested that hydrolytic acidification of micro aerobic reactor was better than anaerobic reactor for the pretreatment of gelatin wastewater.

Abstract: An image de-noising algorithm based on adaptive-lifting laplacian pyramid transform and mathematical morphology was proposed.The source image was decomposed by the adaptive lifting Laplacian Pyramid.According to the statistics of the transform coefficients of natural image,the morphological dilation operator was applied to extract the clustered significant coefficients in each subband resulting in the partitioning of each subband into significance clusters and insignificance space.The smoothing image of the input image was obtained using the wavelet threshold-denoising method whose threshhold was different in different subsets.Two subsets,and reconstruction image were combined.The experiment results demonstrate that the algorithm can denoise effectively,and keep the detail information.The method can improve the signal-to-noise ratio.

Abstract: 针对高灰度等级红外数字图像提出了一种基于灰度变换的实时分割算法.通过实时分析原始图像中几个小区域的灰度直方图,自动确定分割阈值,将原始图像通过灰度变换实时转换为低灰度等级图像.该算法能够将高灰度等级的红外数字图像实时显示在普通显示器上,并且能够有效抑制背景并保留目标灰度信息.由于变换后的图像灰度等级较低而且背景及噪音信息较弱,极大地提高了红外跟踪器的性能.
