Abstract:
在群组评价问题中,称评价参与者(即节点集)及参与者之间的评价关系构成群组评价局部环境,即评价群体的网络结构。区别将权力视为个体属性的评价方法研究,将结构权力作为关系属性即作为评价关系的一种表现形式与参与者节点信息共同构建局部评价环境。讨论了具有结构权力导向的局部评价环境构建及群组评价方法,按照群组评价中可能的结构权力来源,将结构权力量化为能够通过评价参与者之间主观判断和根据群组评价网络结构表示的权力关系。具有结构权力导向的局部评价环境群组评价方法将结构权力信息引入评价问题,量化了权力关系,在确保群组评价方法柔性的同时提高了结构权力因素参与的评价方法的客观性。
Traditional research in authority shows that the power is a kind of individual properties. This paper, based on the opinion of authority is a kind of relational properties, presents a group evaluation method which the partial evaluation environment is built by both authority, as a form of evaluation relations, and the experts information. We discuss the evaluation method, according to possible sources of authority, with authority- oriented in partial evaluation environment. The authority is quantified as the power relation by both the group subjective judgments and the group network structure. The group evaluation method with authority-oriented in partial evaluation environment introduces the authority information, and quantified the power relation. The method improves the flexibility and the objectivity of the comprehensive evaluation problem.

Considering the complexity of computing the multidimensional hyper geometric distribution of high order mixed moments with definition directly, we use the relationship between marginal distribution and joint distribution in multidimensional marginal distribution, to give the simple algorithm and recursive formulas for multi-dimensional hypergeometric distribution of high order mixed moment.

Abstract:
利用日本气象厅的热带气旋最优路径数据和多种卫星再分析资料,本文对1215号台风“布拉万”移动路径和强度变化的主要影响因素进行了天气学诊断分析。在台风生命史内,“布拉万”呈反气旋式移动,其方向与500 hPa流场的引导气流方向基本一致,是副热带高压、西风槽及双台风共同作用的结果。在“布拉万”发展初期,高海温、弱的水平风垂直切变以及对流层中低层强烈的辐合上升运动使其逐渐达到了生命史中最大强度。随后,低海温和较强的垂直切变使台风结构遭到破坏,低层台风中心的辐合上升运动减弱。同时,“布拉万”移入西风槽,强冷空气入侵,台风逐渐减弱衰退。
Best-track data from the Japan Meteorological Agency and reanalysis datasets from the multi sa-tellite altimeters are analyzed during the lifetime of the No. 1215 typhoon “Bolaven”, using the synoptic analysis. Main influence factors for the variations of typhoon’s path and intensity are diagnosed in this paper. During the whole lifetime, typhoon “Bolaven” gradually changes its direction. This movement is mainly guided by the subtropical high, westerlies as well as the typhoon “Tembin”. The strengthening of typhoon “Bolaven” is consistent with the higher sea surface temperature and lower vertical wind shear. Besides, typhoon’s convergence and upward motions in the middle and lower troposphere also can promote this enhancement. As a result, “Bolaven” reaches its maximum intensity. Subsequently, due to the decrease of the sea surface temperature and the increase of the vertical wind shear, typhoon’s structure is destroyed. Meanwhile, the corresponding convergence and upward motions are weakened at low levels. Coupled with the strong cold air advection by the westerly trough, all these adverse factors lead to the “Bolaven” weakened.

Abstract:
批评语言学作为重要的语篇分析方法,以Halliday的系统功能语法为理论基础,旨在研究语言、权力和意识之间的关系,透过表面的语言形式或结构揭示意识形态和话语如何源于社会结构和权势关系又是如何为之服务的。本文以《纽约时报》和《中国日报》对中美关系报道的4个新闻语篇作为语料,从批评语言学角度对其进行历时和共时对比分析,阐明意识形态、权势和语篇之间的关系,揭示批评话语分析在分析新闻语篇的价值并且探索《纽约时报》和《中国日报》不同时期报道中所隐含的意识形态和权势。
Critical Linguistics (CL) as an important approach to discourse analysis is based on Halliday’s Sys-temic Functional Grammar (SFG). It aims at investigating the relationship between language, power and ideology, and demonstrating how ideologies and discourses serve the social structures and power relationships through language structures or linguistic forms. This paper takes four news reports from The New York Times and China Daily in different periods as data, adopts CL as the main theoretical assumptions and methodology, and conducts diachronic and synchronic analyses to illustrate the relations between ideologies, power and discourses. It also demonstrates the value of CL in the analysis of news reports and explores the hidden ideologies and power in the language of news reports from The New York Times and China Daily in different periods.

Abstract:
为了适应现代工程技术的发展,学生需要具备比较扎实的工程技术应用能力。技术人才的培养是高校,尤其是技术应用型高校的重要任务。本文将目前工程项目中重要的分析招标书及书写投标书的工作溶入到人才的培养中,分析了工科学生工程技术应用能力培养的研究目的和培养思路,介绍了一份详细的实施方案,并给出了教学效果的反馈情况分析。通过具体分析发现该方案可使学生大致了解工程项目的分析、设计、实施与管理的基本内容,初步运用所学专业知识,在分析典型工程案例的同时掌握工程技术方案的设计、询价、绘图及文字整理方法,并且加深了学生对工程项目的认知,培养了学生的团队协作能力,这为技术应用型人才的培养提供了保障。
In order to adapt to the development of modern engineering, students need to have more solid engineering application ability. Training of technical personnel is an important task of colleges and universities, especially the technology applied universities. This paper integrates two very important parts of the engineering projects into the talent development, which are the analysis of bid document and the tender’s writing. This paper also analyzes the objectives and the ways of developing college students’ ability in engineering technology application programs. A detailed implementation plan is introduced; the effect on the teaching of feedback is analyzed. Through detailed analysis, we find that the program allows students to have an overview of the basic content of analysis, design, implementation and management of the project. Meanwhile, they master the methods of how to design engineering solution, ask price, draw graphics and sort out text by their specialized knowledge preliminarily, and the students’ awareness of engineering project is deepened, which trains students’ teamwork capabilities and provides a guarantee to cultivate technical talents.

Abstract: 本文主要采用动力系统方法对(2 + 1)维Kadmotsev and Petviashvili (KP)方程进行研究,通过引入行波变换,将原(2 + 1)维K-P方程转化为常微分方程组。之后,对这个方程组的奇点,对应的分支和相图进行分析。最后,运用Maple软件求得用原方程的解,包括尖波解,周期波解。
In this paper, we mainly use the dynamical systems method to solve the (2 + 1) dimensional KP equation. By introducing the traveling wave transformation, the original (2 + 1) dimensional KP equation is transformed into ordinary differential equations. After that, we analyze the singular points, the corresponding bifurcation and phase diagram of the system. Finally, the solution of the original equation is obtained by using the Maple software, including the sharp wave solutions and periodic wave solutions.

Abstract: 大型装备维修集很多工序于一体,调度计划相对复杂,难以选择出最佳计划。针对该问题,提出了一种基于证据理论、层次分析法和模糊综合评判的维修计划综合评估方法。该方法采用证据理论融合多专家意见,层次分析法得到各指标权重,模糊综合评判进行综合评价得到最优计划,这样避免了主观因素对决策结果的影响,并建立了维修计划综合评估模型,通过对维修计划的评价,验证了该模型的合理性。
Large equipment maintenance has many process, its scheduling is relatively complex. It is difficult to choose the best plan. To solve this problem, is proposed based on DS evidence theory, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of a comprehensive assessment of the large equipment maintenance project. Fusion using DS evidence theory more than expert opinion, the level of analysis to get the weight of each index, a comprehen-sive evaluation of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to obtain the optimal plan, so to avoid subjective factors influence the decision-making results, and the establishment of an integrated assessment model for large equipment maintenance plan, through the large equipment maintenance program evaluation, validation of the model is reasonable.

Abstract:

科学合理的评价指标体系是土地集约评价的核心,目前的研究多是关于区域建设用地、城市用地、开发区用地等方面的单体评价指标体系,这些指标体系之间的异同需要进行研究。本文采用文献资料归纳和比较分析法,探讨单体评价指标体系间的一致性与差异性,构建了区域–城市–开发区–高校教育用地–农村居民点的多层次建设用地集约评价指标体系,完善了集约用地评价指标结构层。结果表明,各单体评价指标体系在内涵表达、评价指标的设定和指标体系的设计上存有共性因素;并创新性地提出了多层次评价指标体系的构建思路及核心指标体系。
The science-reasonable evaluation index system has been regarded as the core of land intensive assessment, and the relative studies mainly focused on monomer evaluation index system, including region-based construction land, urban construction land and development zones and so on. Differences between them needed to be studied. Methods employed included documentation and comparative analysis. By analyzing and comparing similarities and the differences between the monomer evaluation index systems, the paper put forward the ideas of constructing multi- level evaluation index system, including region, urban, development zones, education land of colleges and rural housing, which could improve the evaluation index structure layer. The conclusions had two aspects: firstly, significant similarities were presented in the aspect of connotation expression, selection of evaluation index and design of index system; secondly, the paper innovatively put forward the ideas for construction of multi-level evaluation index system and the core indicators system.

Abstract:
采用ANSYS有限元方法模拟带钢轧制过程,获得轧辊受力工况,对轧辊表面的半球形结构与复合镀层中材料的变形情况进行评估。分析了带钢牵引速度对带钢表面形貌形成及成形质量的影响规律,轧辊过渡层厚度、轧辊表面形貌对毛化球应力的影响规律。研究结果将为研究毛化轧辊表面特性提供理论依据。
The band steel rolling process was simulated with ANSYS finite element simulation method. The rolling force working conditions were obtained and the hemispherical structure and the composite coating material deformation on the surface of rolling were evaluated. Further, the influence of band steel drawing velocity on the formation of the band steel surface morphology and forming quality was analyzed. The influences of transition story thickness and rolling surface morphology on the texturing ball stress were analyzed. Research results would provide theoretical basis for studying the characteristics of the textured rolls surface.
