Abstract: 首次以多巴胺一步还原法制备了金纳米溶胶表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)活性基底,实现了水体中多环芳烃(PAHs)的检测.利用紫外可见分光光度计、高分辨透射电子显微镜以及激光粒度仪对金溶胶进行表征,结果表明制备的金溶胶粒径均匀,具有良好的分散性以及稳定性.基于金溶胶表面的多巴胺与PAHs之间的π-π相互作用,完成了对PAHs的定性定量分析,方法检测限为10-5—5×10-7mol·L-1.

Abstract:
近几十年来,儿童的秘密对于儿童成长的影响受到众多研究者的关注。心理学和教育学领域的许多研究者进行了大量有关从学前期儿童到青少年儿童秘密的研究。秘密不仅指那些藏在我们内心深处的,也可指那些我们只愿意与某些人分享的事件和感受,其在儿童成长中具有重要的影响和作用。文章从儿童秘密的产生、发展、研究方法以及研究现状对现有研究进行了综述,并对未来的研究进行了展望。
In recent decades, researchers have been interested in the influence of secret on children’s growth. Researches in areas of psychology and pedagogy have already conducted large amounts of re-searches concerning the influence of secret on preschool children and adolescents. The definition of “secret” does not only refer to things hidden inside but also those they only want to share with a few people. Secret plays an important role in children growth. The article reviewed the origin, de-velopment, and study method, research situation of children’s secret, and prospected the orienta-tion for future research.
短截、拉枝、刻芽对苹果枝条不同部位芽激素含量的影响

Abstract: 为进一步了解修剪反应的生理基础,以‘富士’苹果(malus×domesticaborkh.)3年生幼树为试材,在萌芽期研究不同修剪方式(短截、拉枝、刻芽、环刻)对1年生枝条不同部位芽中内源激素含量的影响。结果表明,未处理对照幼苗下部芽中生长素(iaa)和脱落酸(aba)含量显著高于上部芽,玉米素核苷(zr)和赤霉素(ga3)含量明显低于上部芽。与对照相比,短截处理降低了枝条中部和下部芽中iaa和aba的含量,相反,拉枝处理显著增加了枝条中部和下部芽中iaa和aba的含量。另外,短截处理虽然提高了枝条中部和下部芽中ga3和zr含量,但未能改变枝条中部和下部芽中自身存在的含量分布梯度,而拉枝完全改变了枝条不同部位芽中自身存在的含量分布梯度。刻芽和环刻后芽体组织中ga3、zr、iaa等生长促进激素含量明显提高,而生长抑制激素aba含量下降,刻芽打破了芽体中原有激素之间的平衡。
动物体内植入镁合金的早期实验研究

Abstract: 将不同形态AZ31B镁合金植入实验动物(兔子)体内,并以钛合金作对照组,研究镁合金对实验动物的影响及其在实验动物体内的降解情况。研究结果表明,镁合金植入2周后,植入物周围有骨痂生成,8周时生成成熟的骨组织。镁合金植入并未对机体的循环、免疫、泌尿系统产生影响,体内降解产物主要为钙镁磷灰石,可经肾脏代谢,血液中的镁离子浓度在正常值范围内波动。本文实验研究提示,镁合金植入动物体内早期阶段是安全的,且有诱导机体新骨生成的作用。

Abstract: 将两种形态的AZ31B镁合金(条型内固定板和片状多孔板)植入实验动物(新西兰兔)体内,并以钛合金板作为对照,研究了镁合金在修复实验动物下颌骨表面不同形态骨缺损时的骨诱导作用.结果表明,镁合金条形内固定板植入90和180d后,周围有新骨生成,新骨生成量高于对照组;而片状多孔板植入180d后,其下方出现不同程度的成骨和溶骨.AZ31B镁合金具有明显的诱导动物机体新骨生成的能力;但当镁合金降解产生的局部镁离子浓度过高时,则会引起局部的溶骨反应

Abstract:

基于“公共性”的理论溯源,本文阐释了哈贝马斯“资产阶级公共领域”理论及其局限性,分析了兰茜·弗雷泽建构“多元公共领域”的理论前提以及现实指导意义;由此进一步探讨了当前研究“广播电视公共性”的学术困境,并提炼出“广播电视公共性”的考察逻辑:以历史视角和动态眼光为逻辑起点,将中国广播电视的公共性放置到中国宏观的社会背景和具体历史语境中考察;结合国家结构和政治运作方式,力求避免脱离中国现实的媒介环境、制度环境和历史语境而机械套用哈贝马斯的相关论述对广电公共性进行管窥蠡测,以此探索广电公共性发展的现实路径。
Based on the theoretical origin of the publicity, the paper interprets Habermas’ Bourgeois Public Sphere Theory and its limitations, Nancy Fraser’s Pluralistic Public Sphere Theory and its theoretical premises and practical significance. By studying the current academic predicament of Broadcasting Publicity, the paper proposes the research logic that, with the historical perspective and dynamic vision, the research studies on Broadcasting Publicity in China’s macro social background and specific historical context. It explores the new development of Broadcasting Publicity with the combination of national structure and political op-eration, avoiding the ignorance of media environment, institution and specific context in China’s reality and the limit view of broadcasting publicity by inflexibly applying the theory of Habermas.

Abstract: The novel static polarization wind imaging interferometer adopts four-face pyramid prism and polarization array to obtain four different phase interferograms on four sections of CCD once. It can detect the target in real time and overcome the moving mirror scan detection mode defect that leads to be unable to accurately detect the rapily changing target. For the signal beam that is split into four equal parts, their intensities drop significantly, so whether the signal can be detected is a key problem. In this paper, the target spectral characteristic of the airglow is taken as the starting point of analysis, then the optical transmission properties and response of the NSPWII system and CCD signal-to-noise ratio are analyzed. Finally the conclusion is obtained that weak signal (such as night airglow) cannot be detected in the conventional detecting mode. Some improving measure is presented which extends light integration time, adopts pixel merger technology and select high sensitivity CCD (as electron multiplication CCD), they all can improve the signal-to-noise ratio effectively. After integrated using the these measures, the signal-to-noise ratio and responsiveness of NSPWII system are calculated. In view of the rapid changes of cost and objectives, only pixel binning is adopted, and the simulated curve of signal-to-noise ratio versus digital output is obtained. The result shows that the weak signal as night airglow can be detected.

Abstract:

根据大用户向天然气供应商购买天然气的价格双边谈判的特点,将贝叶斯学习模型引入到谈判的博弈过程中。通过贝叶斯学习,双方能更精确的预测对方的报价,提高博弈的有效性。算例结果表明,供气商和大用户运用贝叶斯学习模型进行博弈可以有效提高谈判效率。
Depending on the characteristic of bilateral negotiations on the price of natural gas between supplier and consumer, the Bayesian learning model was introduced to the negotiation game. By Bayesian learning, both sides can predict each other's offer more accurately and improve the effectiveness of the game. Calculation example proved that the Bayesian learning model can effectively improve the efficiency of negotiations.
