Abstract:
康德根据人之有限性提出人没有“智性直观”,牟宗三则以“人虽有限而无限”为依据,提出人有“智的直觉”;康德的理论立场是认识论的,牟宗三则是存有论的。在这种理论立场的转化中,牟宗三对康德的理论产生了一定误解,从牟宗三的视角来看,这同时也是一种立足于中国哲学传统,并借鉴康德哲学理论的再创造:将理论根基由“理性”转为“生命”;将建构方法由“逻辑分析”转为“践仁尽性”。
Kant puts forward that human beings don’t have “die intellektuelle Anschauung”, according to the limitations of humans. While Mou Zongsan holds that human beings have “the intellectual intuition”, according to that humans can be unlimited in a sense despite their limitations. The theoretical standpoint of Kant is epistemology, and that of Mou Zongsan is ontology. In the transformation of theoretical standpoint, there are misunderstandings in Mou Zongsan’s interpretations of Kant’s “die intellektuelle Anschauung”. However, we can also say that Mou Zongsan has made a philosophical creation based on the Chinese philosophical tradition and, at the same time, he drew lessons from Kant’s philosophical theory: as to the theoretical foundation, transforming “Reason” to “Life”, and as to the way to present his theory, transforming “logic analysis” to “Jianren-Jinxing”.

Abstract:
对水电站机组导叶启闭规律进行系统的研究,对应不同的启闭规律进行调保计算并进行分析比较,证实分段关闭规律优于直线关闭规律,采用分段关闭时蜗壳末端压力和机组转速上升有相应的减小,有利于水电站安全经济运行,由此提出在设计过程和对电站改造过程中对直线关闭就能满足规范要求的坝后式电站应优先考虑采用导叶分段关闭。
Attention is concentrated on law of guide vane opened or closed. Analysis and computation for regulating guarantee of dam-rear power station at different law of guide vane were made to enable result to be compared. It’s confirmed that the broken-line shut mode of guide blade is better than the closure of straight line to low maximum pressure at the end of spiral housing and maximum momentary overspeed of unit when unit is closed. So broken-line open or shut mode of guide blade should be give priority than the closure of straight line in the process of the designing and transforming for dam-rear power station.

Abstract:
选取1961~2010年新疆阿勒泰地区阿勒泰市、哈巴河、吉木乃、布尔津、福海、富蕴和青河7个国家级基准、基本气象站月平均低云量、温度、日照时数、相对湿度、水汽压、蒸发、平均风速、积雪深度等相关气象要素。利用线性趋势法、Cubic函数、经验正交函数分解(EOF),相关分析等方法对阿勒泰近50a低云量气候变化特征及与气象因子的关系进行了分析。结果表明:低云量的季节分布最多的是夏季,其次是春、秋季,最少的是冬季。阿勒泰各站低云量的均值为10.0%~17.4%,其分布自西向东呈低-高-低分布,即低云量呈山麓丘陵向河谷平原增大的趋势。阿勒泰地区大部分站60~70年代低云量以负距平为主,80~21世纪00年代低云量增多,以正距平为主。大部分站低云量的变化趋势呈明显增多趋势,倾向率为0.82%~2.32%/10a,通过了显著水平检验。通过FOF分析可知,阿勒泰地区尽管地形复杂,气候差异大,但低云量的空间分布受大尺度气候的影响是一致的,其次还受明显的地理差异影响。降水、气温、蒸发、日照、平均风速是影响阿勒泰地区低云量长期变化的主要因素,而相对湿度、水汽压的影响较小。
The paper selected the average monthly amount of low clouds, temperature, sunshine hours, rela-tive humidity, meteorological elements relevant vapor pressure, evaporation, the average wind speed, snow depth of Habahe, Jimunai, Burqin, Fuhai, Fuyun, Qinghe and Aletai seven national bench- marks from 1961 to 2010 in Aletai region. Using the linear trend method, Cubic function, the empirical orthogonal function (EOF), correlation analysis and other methods to analyze the Aletai near 50A low cloud cover the characteristics of climate change and the relationship with meteorological factors. The results show that: the seasonal distribution of low cloud amount is the largest in summer, followed by spring, autumn, and winter is the least. Mean Aletai station of low cloud amount is 10% - 17.4%, its distribution from West to East is low-high-low, namely a foothills to the valley plain with increasing trend. Most areas of Aletai station 60 - 70 in the low cloud cover were dominated by a negative anomaly, 80 - 21 century 00’s low cloud amount increased, but by a positive anomaly. Most of the station of low cloud amount change trend was significantly increased, the tendency rate was 0.82% - 2.32%/10a, passed the significant test. Through the FOF analysis, despite the complex terrain and climate variations, the effect of low cloud cover and the spatial distribution of the large scale climate are consistent in Aletai area, and then are also affected by the geographical differences. Precipitation, temperature, evaporation, sunshine, wind are the main factors of long-term change of low cloud amount in Aletai region, while less effect on relative humidity, vapor pressure.

Abstract:
本文提出了一种基于时空可信度的AS商业关系推断方法,该方法选取多个时间点的不同监测点路由表,基于路由策略和层次结构初步推断每个时刻不同监测点的AS商业关系,并基于空间一致性和时间稳定性计算其可信度值,根据给定阈值选取可信的AS商业关系。同时,本文还分析了路由监测点数量与阈值对有效AS商业关系推断的影响。实验结果表明,选取恰当数量的路由监测点与阈值可以有效提高AS商业关系的精准度。
In this paper, a new method of inferring AS relationship by analyzing the temporal and spatial reliability is proposed. Firstly, the method selects the routing tables which originate from different monitored points in different intervals. Based on the routing strategy and the hierarchical structure, the AS relationship of different monitored points is inferred in every time window. Moreover, we define and calculate the value of the temporal and spatial reliability by analyzing the spatial consistency and time stability. Furthermore, we set a threshold and regard any AS relationship with reliability value greater than the threshold as trusted relationship. In the meanwhile, we analyze the number of monitored points and the threshold to infer the influence on AS relationship’s validity. Experiment result shows that the accuracy of AS relationship deduction can be largely improved by selecting appropriate number of routing monitored points and the threshold value through our proposed methods.
