Abstract:
目的:探讨高攻击性人群的生物学特征,为用生物学指标判别攻击性行为人群提供依据,同时对Buss- Perry攻击性修订问卷提供了生理生化指标的验证。方法:发放倪林英修订的Buss-Perry攻击性问卷1160份,根据问卷攻击性分数的不同,在高攻击人群组中选择16名男性为高攻击倾向组,在低攻击人群组中选拔出12名男性为低攻击倾向组。分别对两组人员取肘静脉血3ml并进行离心,对血清中5羟色胺、睾酮、总胆固醇及心率、血压行进测定。结果:1) 高攻击倾向组血清中5-HT和T浓度明显高于低攻击倾向组(P < 0.01),其中高攻击倾向组5-HT、T的浓度分别是低攻击倾向组的1.31倍和1.51倍。2) 高攻击倾向组血清TCH浓度明显低于低攻击倾向组(P < 0.05),低攻击倾向组TCH的浓度是高攻击倾向组的1.16倍。3) 高攻击倾向组心率和血压低于低攻击倾向组(P > 0.05)。结论:高攻击性男性血清中5-HT、T的浓度明显高于正常男性,血清中的TCH浓度明显低于正常男性。通过倪林英修订的Buss-Perry攻击性问卷所区分的不同攻击性群体在生化指标上有显著性差异。
Objective: To investigate biological characteristics of high aggressive crowd, to provide the basis for the biological index to distinguish the aggressive behavior group, meanwhile to verify the Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire in physiological and biochemical index. Methods: issuing 1160 Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaires revised by Ni Linying. Accronding to the Aggression Questionnaire scores of different subjects, we choose 16 men in the high aggressive population group as high aggressive tendency group, and choose 12 men in the low aggressive population group as low aggressive tendency group. We gather 3 ml of two groups’ blood with centrifugation, and test the TCH、5-HT, T of the serum and heart rate, blood respectively. Results: 1) The 5-HT and T of high aggressive tendency group serum are significantly higher than that of the low aggression tendency group (P < 0.01). The 5-HT and T of high tendency aggressive group serum are respec-tively 1.31 times and 1.51 times to the low aggression tendency group. 2) The TCH of high aggres-sive tendency group serum are significantly lower than that of low aggression tendency group (P < 0.05). The TCH of high tendency aggressive group serum are 1.16 times to the low aggression ten-dency group. 3) The heart rate and blood pressure of high aggressive tendency group are lower than that of the low aggression tendency group (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The 5-HT and T of the high aggressive men serum are higher than those of normal men obviously; the TCH is significantly lower than that in normal men. The different aggressive groups that are distinguished by the Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire revised by Ni Linying are significantly different in the biochemical in-dexes. 5-HT, T and TCH can be used as an important index to judge the aggressive of people.

红米多酚对体外碳水化合物消化和吸收的影响

Abstract: 本研究对红米麸皮中多酚进行了提取,并通过筛选大孔树脂及对应洗脱剂浓度确定了纯化红米多酚的条件,鉴定了红米多酚的主要成分,探究了红米多酚对碳水化合物在小肠消化吸收过程中涉及的消化酶活性以及葡萄糖吸收的影响。结果表明,大孔树脂HPD400A对红米多酚具有较高的吸附率与解吸率,乙醇浓度70%可达到红米多酚解吸率0.97。红米多酚的主要成分为原花青素。红米多酚对α-淀粉酶、α-葡萄糖苷酶、麦芽糖酶、蔗糖酶活性均有抑制作用,红米多酚浓度越高,抑制作用越强。红米多酚对α-淀粉酶、α-葡萄糖苷酶、蔗糖酶、乳糖酶活性抑制的IC50分别为3.61 μg/mL、2.81 mg/mL、5.48 mg/mL、6.55 mg/mL。红米多酚对离体小肠葡萄糖吸收同样存在抑制作用,红米多酚浓度越高,抑制作用越强,浓度为2.01 mg/mL时红米多酚对葡萄糖吸收的抑制率达72.32%。
The extraction of polyphenols from red rice bran was investigated and the purification conditions of red rice polyphenols were established by selecting macroporous resin and eluent concentration. Additionally, the major components of red rice polyphenols were identified, and the effect of red rice polyphenol on the related digestive enzyme activities and glucose adsorption during in vitro small intestinal digestionas well as adsorption of carbohydrate was evaluated. The results showed that the adsorption and desorption rates of red rice polyphenol were relatively high when using macroporous resin HPD400A, and the desorption rate of red rice polyphenol could reach 0.97 with ethanol at a concentration of 70%. The main contents of red rice polyphenol are proanthocyanidins. Red rice polyphenol could inhibit the activities of α-amylases, α-glucosidase, maltase, and sucrase, with 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) values of 3.61 μg/mL, 2.81 mg/mL, 5.48 mg/mL, and 6.55 mg/mL, respectively. Furthermore, the higher the concentration of red rice polyphenols was, the stronger the inhibitory effect became. Additionally, red rice polyphenols could inhibit in vitro intestinal glucose uptake; the higher the concentration of red rice polyphenols was, the stronger the inhibitory effect became. At the concentration of 2.01 mg/mL, the inhibition rate of red rice polyphenols against glucose uptake was 72.32%.

Abstract: 我队在五八年以前,湿式凿岩都是利用小水桶分散供水,小水桶直径为0.4米,长1米,其容积为125公升,一班灌水5~6次,大大增长了?助时?。由于小水桶容量小,供水量有限,对坑内通风防尘不能起到应有的作用,为了改善坑内作业条件,我队根据不同的情况,分别采用了不同的集中供水方法,因而在提高坑探效率方面,降低坑?矽尘方面均获得显著效果。

Abstract: 摘要:目的:探讨游泳运动对攻击行为大鼠海马神经元5-HT1A-R、5-HT1B-R蛋白水平的表达变化,为运动改善大鼠攻击行为发生机制的阐明提供实验依据。方法:成年健康雄性SD大鼠36只,适应1周后随机分为:安静对照组、攻击模型组、攻击模型游泳组、入侵组。通过旷场实验检测大鼠的行为活动,采用Western-blot法及免疫组织化学法检测大鼠海马神经元5-HT1A受体、5-HT1B受体蛋白表达变化。结果:攻击模型建立成功后大鼠的总路程、平均速度、中央活动时间均较高,经过8周游泳运动干预后攻击模型大鼠的总路程、平均速度、中央活动时间均下降P<0.05;攻击模型组大鼠海马神经元5-HT1A受体、5-HT1B受体蛋白表达明显下降(P<0.05),经过8周游泳运动干预后大鼠海马5-HT1A受体、5-HT1B受体蛋白表达明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:游泳运动对攻击模型大鼠攻击行为具有改善作用,其作用机制可能与海马神经元5-HT1A受体、5-HT1B受体表达增强,使5-HT能系统功能提高,从而增强了中枢神经抑制作用有关。
Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this study was to test the effect of swimming on hippocampus neurons 5-HT1A-R and 5-HT1B-R protein levels in rats with aggressive behavior, for providing references to explain the mechanism of exercise alleviating aggressive behavior. Methods: Thirty-six SD male rats were divided into following four groups after one-week adapted training, groups are: control group (C), aggressive behavior group (A), aggressive behavior and swimming group (AS), and invasion group (I). Rats’ activity was tested by field experiment, hippocampus neurons 5-HT1A-R and 5-HT1B-R protein levels were measured by Western blotting and Immunohistochemistry. Results: The total distance, mean speed and central activity time in A group were higher than those in C group, but they were decreased in AS group (P < 0.05) compared to A group. 5-HT1A-R and 5-HT1B-R protein levels were lower in A group than those in C group (P < 0.05), but they were increased in AS group compared to A group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Swimming can alleviate rats’ aggressive behavior that is related to the increase of 5-HT1A-R and 5-HT1B-R after swimming that improves 5-HT system and enhances the inhibition effect of central nervous
