机械系统摩擦动力学研究进展

Abstract: 摩擦环节对机械系统动力学行为有重要、甚至可能是关键的影响.深入研究摩擦及摩擦动力学特点,对于解决机械系统中摩擦带来的不利影响,发挥其有利作用,是非常重要的.本文介绍和评述了机械系统摩擦动力学的研究进展,包括常用的摩擦模型及其特性,摩擦系统自激振动、强迫振动和摩擦振动控制等.除理论研究方法之外,重点讨论了制动噪声振动、摩擦耗能和多领域摩擦振动控制等摩擦动力学的应用研究.
双势垒磁性隧道结中电子的自旋极化输运

Abstract: 采用相干量子输运理论和传递矩阵方法,数值计算了两端具有铁磁接触的双势垒异质结构(F/DB/F)中自旋相关的隧穿几率和自旋极化率。结果表明,隧穿几率和自旋极化率随阱宽的增加发生振荡周期不随垒厚变化的周期性振荡;Rashba自旋轨道耦合强度的增加加大了隧穿几率和自旋极化率的振荡频率;隧穿几率和自旋极化率的振幅和峰谷比强烈依赖于两铁磁电极中磁化方向的夹角。与铁磁/半导体/铁磁(F/S/F)磁性隧道结中的结果相比,发现垒厚的增加增大了隧穿几率和自旋极化率的峰谷比,自旋极化率的取值明显增大,并具有自旋劈裂和自旋翻转现象出现。
长期咸水灌溉对土壤酶活性及反应动力学的影响

Abstract: 为了探讨咸水灌溉导致土壤质量下降的原因,研究了5个含盐量水平(1.25(对照)、2.50、5.00、7.50 dS·m-1和10.00 dS·m-1)的咸水长期田间污染对0~20 cm和20~40 cm土壤水解酶活性及酶促反应动力学性质的影响。结果表明:咸水灌溉导致土壤脲酶、β-葡糖苷酶和碱性磷酸酶活性呈现不同程度的降低,与对照相比,10 dS·m-1咸水灌溉下0~20 cm土壤层三种酶活性分别下降45.5%、50.8%和24.9%,20~40 cm 土壤层三种酶活性分别下降37.44%、32.1%和21.8%;咸水灌溉改变了土壤酶的催化动力学特性,与对照相比,10 dS·m-1咸水灌溉下脲酶、β-葡糖苷酶和碱性磷酸酶的最大反应速度Vmax分别下降47.77%、44.62%和15.01%,Km分别下降57.12%、保持不变和下降14.64%,β-葡糖苷酶Vmax/Km下降39.63%,脲酶和碱性磷酸酶的Vmax/Km没有显著变化。数据表明咸水灌溉对不同的酶抑制机制不尽相同。
In order to explore the reason of the decline of soil quality caused by salt water irrigation, the field experiment with five levels of irrigation water salinity (1.25、 2.50、 5.00、 7.50 dS·m-1 and 10.00 dS·m-1) was conducted. The impact of saline water on soil enzyme activity and soil enzyme kinetics was studied. The results showed that irrigation with saline water reduced the activities of soil urease, β-glucosidase, and alkaline phosphatase. Compared with the control, they were decreased by 45.5%, 50.8% and 24.9% in 0~20 cm, 37.44%、32.1% and 21.8% in 20~40 cm, respectively, by 10 dS·m-1 saline water. Irrigation with 10 dS·m-1 saline water affected kinetic characters of soil enzymes. The maximum reaction rates (Vmax) of urease, β-glucosidase and alkaline phosphatase were decreased by 47.77%, 44.62% and 15.01%, respectively. The Michaelis constant (Km) of urease and alkaline phosphatase decreased by 57.12% and 14.64%, while the Km of β-glucosidase did not vary significantly. Vmax/Km of β-glucosidase was decreased by 39.63%. However, Vmax/Km of alkaline phosphatase and urease did not changed significantly.

Abstract: ?本文研究了番茄酱、花生油及几种金属离子对粘红酵母发酵产类胡萝卜素的影响,实验表明番茄酱和花生油两种添加剂均对类胡萝卜素的产量有较明显的影响,当添加量分别为4.5g/l和1.0ml/100ml时,类胡萝卜素产量分别比对照组提高了24.75%和13.1%。通过均匀设计试验从六种离子中选出最佳的金属离子组合为k2so41%、mgso4?7h2o0.0476%、cuso4?5h2o0.00449%,得到的类胡萝卜素产量比起对照组提高了17.03%。

Abstract:
本文综述了CO2浓度升高条件下,小麦水分利用效率的研究进展,并提出未来研究的重点与方向。CO2浓度升高对未来农业的影响备受人们关注。CO2浓度升高显著提高了小麦在叶片、群体及产量水平下的水分利用效率(WUE)。但叶片水平的WUE提高最为显著。在叶片水平,CO2浓度升高主要是通过提高冬小麦的光合作用、降低气孔导度和蒸腾作用使叶片WUE大幅提高;在群体水平,主要是通过增加生物量,但对耗水量影响不显著;产量水平WUE的提高主要是亩穗数的增加带来的增产效应。此外,CO2浓度升高条件下小麦WUE与温度、水分、养分等环境因子的关系密切。
In this paper, it will review the research progress of wheat water use efficiency under elevated carbon dioxide and point out the current problems and look forward so as to provide new ideas for further study. The effects of carbon dioxide enrichment on future agriculture receive much concern in our society. Wheat water use efficiency (WUE) at leaf level, population level and production level are all improved under elevated CO2 condition. The WUE at leaf level im-proved more and it can be attributed to the increase of photosynthetic rate and the decrease of transpiration rate and stomatal conductance. At population level, there is a substantial increase in the biomass of wheat but little influence on evapotranspiration. At production level, the increase of tiller numbers is the key factors. In addition, the increase of WUE of wheat under elevated CO2 has much relationship with other environmental factors, such as temperature, water and nutrient. In this paper, it will review the research progress of wheat water use efficiency under elevated carbon di-oxide and point out the current problems and look forward so as to provide new ideas for further study.

Abstract:
本文通过对兰陵县城市居民出行情况进行抽样调查,获得居民出行相关数据,在此基础上分析居民出行特征。研究表明:兰陵县居民出行距离不长,以非机动方式出行为主,上学上班出行人口为主,高峰峰值显著等。根据兰陵县居民交通需求的水平,建议优先发展公共交通,进一步提高公共交通系统服务水平,制定公交发展战略、完善公交经营管理体制和运行机制、加强交通基础设施建设、规范公交运行管理,从而构建完善的公共交通体系。
Based on the sampling survey of Lanling county residents trip conditions and the analysis of the residents trip characteristics, we got the following special transportation characteristics: the trip distance of Lanling county residents was not long, thus the non-motor vehicle trip was the main way; moreover, the majority of trip population were students and workers, resulting in an obvious trip peak at the commuter time; etc. According to the traffic demands level of Lanling county residents, it’s suggested to develop the public transport in priority and improve the public transport system service level. Our data showed that a better public transport system could be constructed from a comprehensive management of development, policy, economic and other aspects.

Abstract:
本文以舆论形成的互向模式为框架,探讨媒体、精英、公众三方在互联网技术背景下的传播特征和相互关系的变化。本文认为:互联网技术打破了在媒体、公众和精英之间长期形成的力量均势,是目前网络传播困境的主要原因。抽象的公众在互联网上被还原为具体的个体,并不总是能反映公共利益。精英阶层与普通民众可以在同一个平台上直接面对面,但并没有做好充分的准备,并能在民众议程中保持积极的导向。媒体被网络牵引,而难以有独立客观的报道。改变现状的关键在于重建媒体影响力。
Based on the co-orientation approach to public opinion formation, this paper discusses about the characteristics and changes of the relationship among the media, the elite and the public in Inter-net context. The author argues that the Internet technology has broken the power balance among the media, the public and the elite, and that is the main reason for current Internet communication predicament. Individuals on the Internet do not always reflect the public interest. The elite can communicate with the ordinary people directly on the Internet, but they did not fully prepared and able to maintain a positive orientation in the public agenda. The mass media trapped in the Internet is difficult in reporting independently and objectively. The key to change the status quo is to rebuild the mass media influence.
基于分子导线效应的聚苯乙炔-吡啶荧光共轭聚合物传感信号放大研究

Abstract: 摘要 具有分子导线效应的荧光共轭聚合物,能对响应信号起放大作用,在光化学传感器设计中可用来进行痕量分析.利用Sonogashira偶合反应合成了一系列新的聚苯乙炔一他咬荧光共轭聚合物.考察了结构的改变对它们物理性质和光谱特性的影响,并通过 Pd‘”熄灭这些共轭聚合物荧光的效率不同,讨论了共轭聚合物结构的调整对响应信号的影响.结果表明他埃环含量及位置调整是影响二价把离子熄灭这些共轭聚合物荧光效率的重要因素;具有分子导线效应的PfhvR环嵌段的荧光共轭聚合物PI对Pd’“离子有最大的特异性响应,相对其单体模型分子,其传感响应信号放大近 65倍.
