自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者cd4+cd25+调节性t细胞变化特点与意义

Abstract: 目的探讨cd4+cd25+调节性t细胞(treg)在自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(sah)发病的作用。方法收集自发性(a组)及外伤性(b组)sah患者各15例,并选取15例头痛查因而行腰穿最后被证实为非器质性神经系统病变的患者作为对照(c组)。使用流式细胞术检测以上3组外周血及脑脊液内treg及其胞内细胞因子白介素-10(il-10)及转化生长因子β1(tgf-β1)的百分含量。比较自发性及外伤性sah患者格拉斯哥评分(gcs)、神经功能缺损评分(nihss)、头痛视觉评分(vas)及住院时间的差异,并进行相关性分析。结果(1)自发性sah患者外周血及脑脊液内treg、il-10及tgf-β1的含量均明显低于外伤性sah组及头痛对照组(p<0.05),但外伤性sah组以上三者却与头痛对照组无统计学差异(p<0.05);(2)随着治疗的进展,sah患者的treg含量呈进行性上升趋势,前2次腰穿两组患者脑脊液treg含量存在统计学差异,以自发性sah偏低(p<0.05),但第3及第4次腰穿脑脊液的treg含量无组间差异,且第3及第4次腰穿的脑脊液treg含量明显高于第一及第二次(p<0.05);(3)自发性sah组的gcs、nihss、vas及住院时间均显著少于(短于)外伤组;(4)相关性分析显示treg、il-10及tgf-β1三者当中的任意一者与nihss、vas及住院时间之间四者当中的任意一者呈负相关性,但与gcs呈显著正相关性(r绝对值均大于0.6,p均小于0.05)。结论cd4+cd25+调节性t细胞数量的减少可能是自发性sah的一个重要机制;该细胞含量越高,自发性sah患者预后越好。
非离子型UV固化聚氨酯水凝胶的合成与性能研究

Abstract: 以聚乙二醇2000(PEG2000)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、丙三醇(GLY)、丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯(HEA)为主要原料,采用丙酮预聚体法合成了一系列透明的、非离子型UV固化聚氨酯水凝胶.研究了BDO/GLY的配比对水凝胶溶胀性能、拉伸性能的影响;探讨了温度、离子强度对水凝胶溶胀性能的影响;并以硫酸庆大霉素作为模拟药物,对其在模拟体液PBS缓冲溶液中的释放进行了初步探讨.当nBDO/nGLY为1时,水凝胶干膜拉伸强度达到1.46 MPa,伸长率为87%,20 ℃去离子水中溶胀比达到370%,且表现出显著的温度敏感性和较好的离子强度稳定性,并具有载药和释放药物的能力.
A series of transparent UV-curable nonionic polyurethane (PU) hydrogel were prepared by the prepolymerization of polyethylene glycol 2000(PEG-2000), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA), 1,4-butanediol (BDO) and glycerol (GLY). The influence of the proportion of BDO to GLY on swelling properties and tensile properties of PU hydrogel was studied. The effects of temperature and ionic strength on the swelling ratio (SR) of PU hydrogel were also investigated. The results indicated that when nBDO/nGLY=1, the tensile strength of PU hydrogel dry film reached 1.46 MPa, elongation was 87%, and SR was 370% in the deionized water at 20 ℃. Meanwhile, PU hydrogel showed strong temperature sensitivity and good stability to ionic strength. The release of the gentamycin sulfate from the swelling hydrogel in PBS buffer solution was eventually investigated to verify whether the obtained hydrogel can be used in drug delivery.

Abstract:
客车在客运交通中是基础式的存在。在国家汽车产业大规模增长和私家车大潮下,客车产业在汽车领域的“羹”越分越少。但客车行业发展的背景环境中,来自其他交通手段的外部环境给予客车行业的竞争是良性互补和促进式的,基于客车的客运业市场没有被过于压制。相比竞争,市场环境给客车行业的机遇更多。在当今市场需求和技术背景下,客车行业要升级,就要在技术上提升其原有的“车性”,在乘用上强化其“客性”,同时增加客车的智能化和商业服务附加值,争取通过新能源实现更经济更环保的交通。
Bus is a basic road traffic tool. These years, in China, the large-scale growth of automobile industry especially the increase of private cars brings nothing profit to bus companies but makes pressure instead. But rationally, competitors from other fields in the market also provide complementary furtherance to the bus industry, and the market share of buses is not being over-suppressed by them. Compared with the competitions, the marketing environment gives more opportunities to the bus industry. So, to accommodate the market demands, bus industry needs to self-upgrade. That means that bus must be turned to be a high additional value product which is more technical for driving, more commercial for various uses, more intelligent to drivers and passengers and more friendly to the nature. And, industry enterprises should try to use the new energy to realize a high cost performance and reliable new traffic base on bus.

Abstract: 针对当前可重构计算技术在加密领域的应用中存在性能和资源占用量等方面的缺陷,提出了一种基于部分重构技术的加密算法实现方法.该方法利用XilinxFPGA具有的基于模块的部分重构能力实现具有对合结构的块加密算法,有效解决了模块间的协同机制、通讯通道设计以及执行时序调整等关键问题.加密算法实现的对比实验验证了该方法的有效性.

Abstract: 可重构计算以其优异的性能和高度的灵活性,在国际国内研究领域逐渐引起广泛的关注.然而,在研的可重构计算系统架构多种多样,编程模型多与体系结构相关,使用和移植都非常困难.本文为解决编程通用性问题,从可重构计算的基本特征出发,提出数据驱动的,支持异构任务并行计算的统一编程模型,并讨论其实现方法.该模型基于生产者-消费者通讯机制,支持多种类型的计算结点和通讯网络,具有高度的抽象性.实验结果显示,使用统一编程模型进行应用设计,在不同的架构上能够使用同样的用户程序,并且获得比纯硬件加速方式更高的加速比.
扩链剂对UV固化聚氨酯性能的影响

Abstract: 以聚己二酸一缩二乙二醇酯 2000为软段,不同二元醇扩链剂和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段,丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)封端,采用预聚体法合成UV固化聚氨酯.分析了不同二元醇扩链剂的相对动力学活性;通过红外光谱表征了光固化聚氨酯树脂的结构,研究了不同的二元醇扩链剂对光固化膜力学性能、耐热性能和使用性能的影响.结果表明,反应温度80 ℃,乙二醇(EG)与苯基异氰酸酯(PI)的反应速率最快,1,2 丙二醇(1,2 PEG)与PI的反应速率最慢;以1,4 环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)为扩链剂的聚氨酯膜力学性能和耐热性最好.
A series of UV curable polyurethanes that were compounded based on polydiethylene glycol 2000 as soft segments,different glycol chain extenders and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as hard segments,and 2 Hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) as blocking agent were synthesized by prepolymer method. The relative activities of different glycol chain extenders as chain extenders were analyzed: the structure of UV curable polyurethane was characterized by infrared spectral,and the influences of different glycol chain extenders on the mechanical performance,heat resistance performance and usability of cured film were studied. The results show that under 80 ℃,the reaction speed of ethylene glycol and phenyl isocyanate(PI) is the fastest,the speed of 1,2 propylene diatomic alcohol and PI is the slowest,and 1,4 cyclohexane dimethanol(CHDM) as chain extender of PU has the best mechanical properties and heat resistance.
基于一种新型磁场-电路耦合法的多绕组变压器复合短路阻抗及短路环流计算

Abstract: 多绕组变压器在不同短路工况下存在不同的短路阻抗,称为复合短路阻抗;不同短路工况下的各绕组电流均不相同.针对复合短路阻抗与短路环流存在的计算困难和计算时间长等问题,给出一种基于新型磁场-电路耦合方法的多绕组变压器复合短路阻抗及短路环流计算方法.在建立简化变压器磁场模型,得到绕组的电感矩阵后,将电感矩阵与外围电路结合,可以很快得到多绕组变压器复合短路阻抗与相应的短路环流.以某8绕组变压器为例验证,实测值表明该计算方法计算精度高,耗时较少,具有良好的工程应用价值.
The short-circuit impedances of multi-winding transformers vary in different short-circuit states, which are called composite short-circuit impedances. With different short-circuit states, the circulating currents of the windings are different. It takes a long time to solve the composite short-circuit impedance and the circulating current, and there are some difficulties in solving the formulas of the transformer. Aiming at the problems above, a new calculation based on a new field-circuit coupling method was provided. By building the simplified magnetic field model, the inductance matrix of all the transformer windings was obtained. The external circuit and the inductance matrix were combined, and the composite short-circuit impedances and the circulating currents of the multi-winding transformer can be obtained quickly. Taking a 8-winding transformer for instance, the measurement results show that this new calculation method is of high accuracy, low consuming time and high engineering value.

Abstract:
为了实现各种有趣的应用,获得由微结构组成的超材料的有效参数是十分必要的。这个工作提出了一个双各向异性超材料16个有效参数反演的实验方法。我们从理论上提出了有效参数和散射矩阵之间的联系,并完成了散射矩阵的实验测量。我们也通过十字形结构和万字形结构证明了这种反演方法的有效性。相比之前的实验反演方法,我们所提出的方法更具普适性,可以用于任何平面结构。
In order to realize various intriguing applications by metamaterials, it is essential to obtain the effective parameters of the micro-structures composing metamaterials. In this paper, we propose an experimental method to retrieve all of the 16 effective parameters of planar bi-anisotropic metamaterials. The relationship between the scattering matrix and the effective parameters is theoretically proposed and the experimental measurement for the scattering matrix is accomplished. We also show the validity of our retrieval method using two microstructures: the cross and the “wan” shaped microstructures. Compared with previous proposed experimental retrieval methods, our experimental method is more universal and can be applicable to any planar structures.

Abstract: 随着社会的发展,人们对生活质量关注度越来越高,特别是对环境的关注。针对环境监测问题,结合ZigBee术,本文进行了基于ZigBee的环境监测的物联网的设计与研究。文章从技术研究与实际应用的角度出发,在深入分析了Z-Stack协议的基础上,详细阐述了基于TI公司提供的CC2530的开发平台应用层的设计与实现,并给出了一个基于ZigBee环境监测的实现方案,整套方案实现了使用传感器进行数据采集,节点传输,数据处理,以及智能终端查看的功能。本文设计的环境监测系统具有低复杂度、低功耗、易于部署等特点,对基于ZigBee的环境监测的普及具有一定的应用价值。
 With the development of society, people pay more attention to the quality of lives, especially the environmental conditions. The ZigBee-based Internet of Things in environmental monitoring is designed and discussed in this paper. From the perspectives of technical research and practical application, the paper elaborates the design and realization of the application layer on the TI’s CC2530 by exploring Z-Stack protocol. Furthermore, this paper describes the solution for environmental monitoring based on ZigBee, which implements a variety of functions including data collec- tion, data transmission, data processing, intelligent terminal view. The designed system has the following features: low complexity, low power consumption and ease of deployment which have some application values in prevalence of ZigBee-based environmental monitoring.
