论政治化北京奥运会的非法性―――国际人权法视野下的斯皮尔伯格事件

Abstract: 苏丹达尔富尔问题的恶化与北京奥运会并无因果关系,但是在某些政治势力的推动下,二者被荒谬地联系在一起,最终导致了斯皮尔伯格事件。该事件的发生,使得政治化北京奥运会的国际闹剧达到了高潮。在国际人权法上,体育权是一项久已确立的基本人权。各国政府、国际组织以及个人,均有义务保护体育权的行使。政治化北京奥运会的行为,严重侵犯了作为国际人权的体育权,应当受到国际社会的一致谴责。

Abstract: 摘要 清季,外患日迫,革命风潮迭起。在“非速开国会不足以挽回危局”的认知下,国会请愿运动的浪潮一次高过一次。受此影响,原本即主张实行宪政改革的一批中层京官,逐渐从缓进走向急进。汪荣宝是这批京官中有代表性的一员。对于清季国会请愿运动,汪荣宝经历了从冷眼旁观到夤夜奔走,最后又转为消极的过程。汪荣宝的态度与行为变化,实际反映着清政府内部一批中层官员的转变。另外,汪荣宝的活动还体现了清季地方士绅与中层京官的政治互动以及清政府内部中层改革派官员的离心倾向。
Abstract:In the late Qing dynasty, foreign aggressions occurred on the day and revolutionary turmoil arose. Under the recognition that “there is no quick opening of the Congress that could not save China from the dangerous situation”, the wave of parliamentary petition movements was rising constantly to its peak. Affected by this, a group of middle-level Beijing officials, who originally advocated the implementation of constitutional reforms, gradually moved from moderate to radical. Wang Rongbao was a representative figure of the Beijing officials. For the parliamentary petition campaign in the late Qing dynasty, Wang Rongbao’s attitude went from indifferent to active, and finally to passive. The changes in Wang Rongbao’s stance and behavior actually reflected the transformation of that of the middle-level officials within the Qing government. In addition, Wang Rongbao’s activities also reflected the political interaction between local gentry and the officials in the Qing dynasty, as well as the centrifugal tendencies of the middle-level reformist officials within the government.
基于谱估计的三相逆变器故障诊断

Abstract: 逆变器中的开关元件故障是造成变频调速系统可靠性低的主要原因,研究了基于谱估计和神经网络的逆变器故障检测与诊断方法。通过理想无故障逆变器与实际逆变器输出电压信号的比较,得到了谱残差估计方程,利用复参数最小二乘估计方法获得了逆变器电压信号的实时谱残差估计,提出了简单的故障决策机制,实现了逆变器实时故障检测。对谱残差进行适当处理得到了相对谱残差,结合多层感知器神经网络实现了逆变器的故障分离。仿真结果验证了本文方法的有效性。
气体扩散CFD建模敏感性分析

Abstract: 提出气体扩散计算流体力学建模敏感性分析的概念,即从众多影响模拟结果的不确定性因素中找出对建模有重要影响的方面,并监测、分析其对模拟结果的影响程度,进而选定最佳建模参数的一种不确定性分析方法。建议敏感性分析顺序应为网格依赖、边界条件、湍流模型及求解控制参数分析。重点对网格依赖和湍流模型敏感性分析的原理和方法进行了论证,并结合某高含硫集气站气体泄漏扩散建模进行了算例研究。研究结果表明,网格依赖分析可在模型预测精度和计算成本间获取平衡点;通过将各湍流模型预测结果与经验公式模型对比,可选取最适合的湍流描述方法。敏感性分析对构建合适的计算模型,提高计算精度,降低计算成本具有重要意义,是气体泄漏扩散建模中不可或缺的重要环节。
蛋白质组学中磷酸化肽的常用富集方法

Abstract: 磷酸化作用是最重要的蛋白质翻译后修饰方式之一,它是蛋白质组学的一个重要分支,在细胞识别、细胞信息传递、基因表达和新陈代谢等方面发挥着重要作用。采用适当方法对磷酸化肽进行分析有助于我们更好地了解生理病理机制。但是直接进行质谱分析时磷酸化肽的信号强度会受到无机盐以及大量非磷酸化肽的抑制,选择性差。为解决这一难题,在质谱分析前要对磷酸化肽进行选择性富集。本文回顾了几种常用的磷酸化肽富集方法,介绍了每种方法的发展状况和常用材料,其中包括固定金属离子亲和色谱法、金属氧化物富集法、强阴阳离子交换色谱法和MALDI靶板富集法。最后总结了各种富集方法的优缺点,对有效的磷酸化肽富集策略进行了前景展望。
炼油装置有害气体泄漏区域风险等级划分

Abstract: 以典型场景为代表开展的气体泄漏扩散模拟研究未能体现炼油装置的真实泄漏风险。提出一种基于泄漏场景集的炼油装置有害气体泄漏区域风险等级划分方法。融合泄漏源和风场等重要随机因素生成泄漏场景集,定量预测场景发生概率,采用计算流体力学方法(CFD)预测气体泄漏扩散体积分数场。基于场景概率和泄漏后果,得到各场景有害气体泄漏区域风险矩阵。结果表明:构建的有害气体泄漏场景集能够定量预测场景发生概率;建立的炼油装置有害气体泄漏精细CFD模型能够预测有害气体泄漏场景后果;表征各场景有害气体泄漏区域风险的区域风险矩阵可以划分符合真实情况的炼油装置有害气体泄漏区域风险等级。

Study of the influence of different measuring surfaces on the flushing noise measurement of jet siphon toilet

Abstract: 以喷射虹吸式陶瓷坐便器为研究对象,按照国标GB/T 3768—1996《声学声压法测定噪声源声功率级反射面上方采用包络测量表面的简易法》规定的声学通用性导则,依据包络声源测试原理,探索建立了平行六面体和半球测量表面两种声学监测数学模型,制定了测量表面、测点阵列、测试参数、测试环境、测试步骤、安装条件、仪器设备、数据处理和不确定度评定等一系列关键技术内容;并采用单因素方差分析法,考察了在上述两种测量表面条件下同一坐便器声源样品冲洗噪声测量结果之间的离散性差异程度。研究表明,当显著性差异水平为5%时,按照平行六面体及半球测量表面法对5件陶瓷坐便器样品进行连续3次冲洗噪声测定后,每件样品的6个平均声压级及声功率级测量结果间均显著性差异。
In this paper, the ceramic jet siphon toilet is taken as the research object, and based on the Chinese standard-GB/T 3768-1996 《Acoustics-Determination of sound power level of noise sources using sound pressure-Survey method using an enveloping measurement surface over a reflecting plane》, two acoustic monitoring mathematical models for parallelepiped and hemisphere measuring surfaces are established according to the enveloping sound source testing principle, and a series of key technical contents, such as measuring surface, measuring point array, test parameters, test environment, testing procedure, installation conditions, instrumentation, data processing and uncertainty evaluation are specified. The single factor variance analysis method is used to study the uniformity of the test results for the above two different measuring surfaces of the same toilet sample. After 3 times successively measuring flushing noise for 5 ceramic toilet samples with the parallelepiped and hemisphere measuring surface methods, it is verified that when the significant difference level of data analysis is 5%, there are no significant differences between 6 test results of average sound pressure level and sound power level for each sample.

Abstract: 动力荷载作用下,心墙掺砾土的累积塑性变形和孔隙水压力的发展对心墙防渗体的安全至关重要.基于Bouc-Wen光滑滞回模型,考虑滞回圈捏拢效应,结合非关联流动法则,建立本构模型,模拟循环过程中土体产生的累积塑性应变和增长的孔压.通过糯扎渡心墙掺砾土均压固结和偏压固结状态的循环三轴试验,研究其动应力应变关系及孔压响应.将模型曲线与试验曲线进行对比分析,验证模型描述掺砾土动应力应变关系的合理性和有效性.
Cumulative plastic deformation and development of the pore water pressure occurred in core gravelly soil under dynamic loading are of most importance for security of impervious core of dam. Based on Bouc-Wen smooth hysteretic model, considering hysteretic loop pinching effect and non-associative flow rule, a constitutive model is proposed to describe cumulative plastic strain and increasing pore water pressure of soil subjected to cyclic loading. Cyclic triaxial tests for Nuozhadu′s core gravelly soil under isotropic and anisotropic stress conditions have been carried out and dynamic stress-strain relationship and pore water pressure response are analyzed. By comparing the experimental and simulated curves, the presented model is proved to be reasonable and effective for describing dynamic stress-strain relationship of gravelly soil.
含1,2,4-三唑杂环的新型Strobilurins衍生物的合成及杀菌活性有机化学

Abstract: 为了寻找新的高活性先导化合物,设计合成了14个未见文献报道的Strobilurins类衍生物,结构经MS,1HNMR,元素分析确认.并用X-ray单晶衍射测定了(E)-3-甲氧基-2-[(5-甲基-4-邻溴代苯亚甲基亚胺基-1,2,4-三唑)-3-硫亚甲基]-苯基丙烯酸甲酯(5i)的晶体结构,证实了分子中的两个C=C均为E-式构型.初步生物活性测试结果表明,在实验浓度下部分化合物具有一定的杀菌活性.
吹风对大豆幼苗生长和叶片生理特性的影响

Abstract: 研究了光照培养箱内大豆植株在吹风条件下的形态特性和某些生理特性的变化。结果表明:吹风改变了光照培养箱内的微环境,使空气温度下降2℃,相对湿度下降6%,CO2浓度增加5μmol?mol-1;吹风使大豆植株株高和各部分干重下降,根冠比增加,抗倒伏能力增强,与对照植株相比差异均达极显著水平;同时吹风处理的大豆叶片长度、叶片宽度以及小叶面积均减少,使单株叶面积下降,但叶片的叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、比叶重均增加,其差异均达极显著水平,可溶性糖含量显著低于对照植株;叶片MDA含量增加,保护酶活性显著增强。吹风改变了植株的生长微环境,导致大豆植株生长受阻和生理特性发生变化,但茎粗增加,抗倒伏能力增强,表明吹风对矮化生长,培育壮苗有一定的生产实践意义。
