三丁基锡对蓝子鱼的激素和酶指标及组织显微结构的影响

Abstract: 采用静态暴露方式研究三丁基锡氯化物(TBTCl)对黄斑蓝子鱼(Siganusoramin)的毒性效应.当蓝子鱼暴露于40~4000ng·L-1TBTCl中10d或20d后,雌鱼和雄鱼的肝体指数显著升高,鳃、肝脏、脾脏、心脏、皮肤等组织的显微结构发生明显的病理变化;上述病变随毒物暴露剂量或暴露时间的增加而加剧.与对照组相比,暴露10d后,40ng·L-1组的血浆睾酮水平和400ng·L-1组的血浆皮质醇水平显著升高,4000ng·L-1组的血浆皮质醇水平显著降低、肝脏谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)活性极显著升高;暴露20d后,各处理组的血浆睾酮和皮质醇水平无显著变化,但40、400ng·L-1组的肝脏GST活性显著升高.结果提示,肝体指数、肝脏代谢酶活性、血浆皮质醇水平,以及有关组织的病理变化可以作为评估三丁基锡等环境污染物毒性效应的生物指标.
含蓄还是直白?——隐喻广告效果研究回顾与展望

Abstract: 隐喻广告是一种间接说服方式,它主要借助隐喻含蓄地暗示广告诉求,在广告营销活动中十分常见。那么,含蓄的隐喻广告是否一定比直白的非隐喻广告更有效?本文基于对国内外隐喻广告效果研究的回顾来回答该问题。本文在阐释隐喻广告及其特点的基础上,首先系统梳理了隐喻广告的类别,继而总结了隐喻广告效果的具体表现并解释了其产生原因,然后从广告刺激本身和受众个体差异两个层面归纳了隐喻广告效果的影响因素,最后就未来研究方向进行了总结,旨在为隐喻广告营销实践和本土隐喻广告效果研究提供参考。

Abstract:
本文运用哲学、人文社会科学、管理科学、系统科学等学科集成的基本规律,进一步探索提炼历史、现实和未来协同演进的观点,尤其借鉴了《中泰关系史》,以中国历史为视角,重点搜集了20世纪以来的历史文献和新闻报道,针对有关研究和工作(如国际合作交流工作、研究教学工作等),初步划分了中泰交往事件和历史阶段,努力描述为《中泰国际关系编年史》,并结合中泰物流课题,提出一些设想,由此进一步丰富中泰历史内涵和未来发展的融合度。最后我们注意立足世界现实和未来演进的趋势,强调开创“中泰友谊和中泰一家亲”新形式,提出中泰两国要在ASEAN、CAFTA、亚太、亚欧等平台上进行选择和融合,促进全球的和平和睦相处、和谐协同进步、融合发展演进。
In this paper, we use philosophy, social science, management science, system science and other disciplines to integrate, and further explore the refining history, reality and future perspectives collaborative evolution. In particular we draw lessons from History of Sino-Thai Relations, and focus on collected historical documents and news reports since the 20th century from the pers- pective of Chinese history. Aiming at the research and work (such as international cooperation and exchange of work, research teaching, etc.), the events and exchanges between Chinese and Thai historical stage are divided initially. Efforts are described as Thailand International Relations Code in History, and combining with the Sino-Thai logistics transportation, some ideas are pre- sented. Thereby the connotation of integration of the Sino-Thai history and future development is further enriched. Finally, we note that based on the present and future trends in the evolution of the world, we should emphasize creating a new form of “Sino-Thai friendship and Sino-Thai family”, and propose that China and Thailand can make selections and integration in platforms of ASEAN, CAFTA, Pacific, Asia, Europe, etc., promoting global harmony peace, progress and harmonious collaboration, and convergence evolution.

Abstract: 视觉营销的关键是吸引并保持消费者的视觉注意,而眼动技术能够有效地测量消费者的视觉注意情况,从而揭示视觉营销的效果。本文首先介绍了眼动与视觉注意的关系以及视觉注意的影响因素,然后对视觉营销眼动研究近年来所涉及的非平面广告设计、食品包装设计、网站/网页设计、产品/服务设计和超市货架管理这五个主要领域的新动态进行了回顾和梳理,重点说明了视觉营销眼动研究中的热点问题和研究发现,最后在总结现有研究的基础上探讨了该领域未来可能的研究方向。

Abstract:
本文利用经典分子动力学方法研究了在高温高压条件下Fe,Mo,Ta,W,Ni和Cu六种金属熔体的自扩散系数、粘度系数以及对关联熵随温度和压强的变化,验证了Rosenfeld提出的输运系数熵标度关系在高压条件下对金属熔体的适用性。研究结果表明金属熔体的自扩散系数(粘度系数)在给定的压强下满足Arrhenius关系,并且扩散激活能和粘度激活能随压强的增大而增大;Rosenfeld提出的输运系数熵标度关系在高温高压条件下对金属熔体依然使用。为此,在高温高压条件下实验中很难测量得到的金属熔体的输运性质(自扩散系数和粘度)可以通过较容易测量得到的结构性质(对分布函数或结构因子)利用输运系数熵标度关系计算得到。
Molecular dynamic simulations are applied to study the temperature and pressure dependences of self-diffusion coefficient, viscosity and pair correlation entropy of the liquid Fe, Mo, Ta, W, Ni and Cu under high temperature and high pressure conditions. Our results suggest that the tem-perature dependences of self-diffusion coefficients and viscosity are well described by the Arrhenius law at given pressure and that the activation energy increases with increasing pressure. In particular, we find that the entropy-scaling laws proposed by Rosenfeld for self-diffusion coefficients and viscosity still hold well for the liquid metals under high temperature and pressure conditions. Using the entropy-scaling laws, we can obtain transport properties that are difficult to measure from the structural properties (the pair distribution functions or structural factor) which are easier to measure.

Abstract: Toxic effects of tributyltin chloride (TBTCl) on the rabbitifish Siganus oramin were tested via a static exposure experiment. After fish were exposed to TBTCl at doses of 40, 400 or 4000 ng·L-1 for 10 or 20 days, the hepatosomatic indexes (HSI) were increased, and histopathological changes were observed in liver, spleen, gill, heart and skin. These toxic symptoms increased with exposure dose and/or duration. Compared with the control group, after TBTCl exposure for 10 days, the plasma level of testosterone in the 40 ng·L-1 group and that of cortisol in the 400 ng·L-1 group were significantly increased, whereas the plasma cortisol level was significantly decreased and hepatic glutathione-s-transferase (GST) activity was remarkably increased in the 4000 ng·L-1 group. After 20 days, no obvious difference in plasma testosterone or cortisol level was observed between the control and TBTCl exposed groups; however, the hepatic GST activity in the 40 or 400 ng·L-1 group was significantly increased. The results suggest that HSI, histopathological changes of organs, hepatic GST activity and plasma cortisol level may be used as biological indexes for evaluating the toxic effects of environmental pollutants such as tributyltin.

Abstract:
基于页岩气藏复杂孔隙结构以及由基质系统向裂缝系统扩散现象,基于物理学理论,通过建立天然气单相流动模型,更加详细分析了页岩气从基质到裂缝的流动机理及扩散对页岩气流动的影响规律。分析表明:达西流动产生气体流量与压力梯度和渗透率成正比;高压条件下,渗流以达西流为主。在低压条件下,扩散产生气体流量所占比例较大;随着地层压力的增大,扩散作用明显减弱。扩散产生体积流量与渗透率大小无关
Considering the complex pore structure and the diffusion from the matrix system to the fracture system, the single phase flow model of natural gas is established, and one new diffusion coefficient formula is given in the paper. Finally the flow mechanism from the matrix to the fracture and the shale gas flow characteristics affected by the diffusion are analyzed. The results show that: the Darcy flow rate is proportional to the pressure gradient and permeability; and the Darcy flow mainly influences the flow in high pressure, but the diffusion obviously influences the gas flow in low pressure, the proportion of the diffusion flow rate is larger. With the increase of formation pressure, the diffusion flow rate decreases significantly. The diffusion flow rate has nothing to do with the permeability.
