孤东油田二区新近系馆陶组边底水油藏提高采收率技术研究

Abstract:
孤东油田二区新近系馆陶组上段第6沉积结构单元层经过水驱开发后,综合含水率已达96.3%,采出程度44.8%,进入近极限含水开发阶段,为进一步提高油藏采收率,精细描述了储层物性在层内、层间、平面的变化及隔层的分布情况,分析了剩余油普遍分布、差异富集的分布规律。在此基础上,研究了提高采收率开发调整技术,层内上利用水平井技术挖掘厚油层顶部剩余油,平面上利用边外注水强化注入提高储量动用程度,注采参数上利用数模技术优化配置。编制了调整方案,实施后单元综合含水率比老井低了49%,增加可采储量7.6×104t,提高采收率2.1%。

Abstract:

本文提出了一种热力学函数图式运算方法,这种方法把函数和变量的关系按照三种运算规则排列成图形:1) 相邻两函数之差等于连接这两个函数的共轭变量之积;2) 一个函数的微分等于它的两个特征变量的微分乘其共轭系数之和;3) 函数图内圈上每三个变量组成的偏导数等于按反转规则运行的另外三个变量组成的偏导数。运算规则安排巧妙,操作方便,容易掌握。可供教学和科研工作者使用。
 A graphic algorithm for the derivation of the characteristic thermodynamic functions has been presented. The relation between the functions and variables are arranged in graphics according to the following three rules. 1) The dif- ference of two neighboring functions is equal to the product of the two conjugate variables which link the two functions; 2) The differential of a function is equal to its characteristic variable differential multiplied by its conjugate coefficient; 3) The partial derivative formed by three variables arranged sequentially along the inner circle is equal to its counterpart formed by another three variables by using reverse arrangement rule. This algorithm is intelligible, operation convenient and easy to grasp, which proves to be beneficial for the teaching and studying.

The network public opinion has important influence on the occurrence of environmental mass in-cidents. The network public opinion in environmental mass incidents mainly has the characteristics of fast speed, wide range, large influence, and presents the non-rational and emotional tendencies, accompanied by the spread of rumors and at the same time dynamic and superficial characteristics. Online public opinion control work, should pay attention to methods, in accordance with the “active intervention, prudent operation, seriously treat” strategy, to take public and hidden strategy and combination of the technology and strategy, dissolving and transferring online hot and sensitive issues. Then we can interfere, prevent, suppress and counter online malicious hype effectively, maintaining a healthy network public opinion environment.

Influence of Calcium Cyanamide Application on the Pathogens and Traits of Lei Bamboo Forest Soil

Abstract: 为了控制临安雷竹林土壤病原菌的发生及提高雷笋的产量,采取氰氨化钙600 kg/hm2对雷竹林种植5年以上土壤进行处理对比试验。通过研究雷竹林典型土壤表土(0~20 cm)病原菌、性状的变化,以探明临安雷竹林衰退的可能因素。结果表明,种植5年以上雷竹林表土(0~20 cm)未经氰氨化钙处理,病原菌测定共有18种细菌,土壤酸度最低pH值达到了3.91,表土的有机质和速效磷含量明显提高,速效磷含量最高可达1272.03 mg/kg。与此相反,经氰氨化钙处理之后土壤中未鉴定出细菌,土壤酸度pH值达到了4.98,提高土壤酸度pH值1.07,达到极显著性差异水平(P < 0.05)。
 

The comparative experiment was carried out by the application of calcium cyanamide in the amount of 600 kg/hm2 to the soil where the Lei bamboo plantation had been more than 5 years so as to control the soil pathogens and improve the yield of bamboo shoot in Ling’an Lei bamboo forestry. To verify the main factors affecting the recession of Ling’an Lei bamboo forestry, investigation on the changes of soil traits and soil pathogens in the typical surface soil (0 - 20 cm) of Lei bamboo forestry was carried out in the present study. The results showed that 18 types of pathogenic bacteria were detected; the soil acidity was decreased dramatically, the lowest soil pH value reached 3.91; organic matter and available phosphorus content of soil increased significantly, the highest available phosphorus content reached 1272.03 mg/kg in the typical surface soil (0 - 20 cm) of Lei bamboo plantation more than five years without calcium cyanamide treatment. In contrast, in the soil with the supply of calcium cyanamide, no pathogenic bacteria was identified; soil acidity pH value reached 4.98, pH value increased by 1.07, showed statistical significant difference (P < 0.05).

After introducing the background and main content of “Carbon Household” theory, this paper dis-cusses the application of this theory in urban road traffic management. Through theoretical study, we found the existing urban road traffic system defects can be remedied by the institution and policies innovation based on the “Carbon Household” theory, and this new system is a win-win system arrangement. At last, this paper presents the further research points to be solved in the future.

利用MIDAS结构计算软件,计算了跨径108 m的原油码头钢拱引桥在矢高12 m、15 m、18 m、21 m、24 m、27 m下的吊索、拱肋、纵梁、横梁等主要受力构件的轴向拉压应力、竖向剪应力及弯矩变化规律,并通过分析不同矢高下各应力变化规律,提出钢拱引桥矢跨比的设计范围及引桥设计时应注意的事项。

By using the MIDAS structure calculating software, the axial forces, shear force, bending moments of the cross beam, longitudinal beam, arch rib, suspender cable are calculated, which are the main stressed members of the 108-m span length steel arch approach bridge in crude oil terminal when the vector height is 12 m,15 m,18 m,21 m,24 m,27 m. By analyzing the variation of the stresses, the range of the rise-span ratio and points for attention in the design of steel arch approach bridge are put forward.

Abstract:
埃博拉病毒是世界上最具威胁的病原体之一,2013年9月13日始于西非几内亚的埃博拉病(Ebola virus diseases, EVD),是记载以来最严重的一次爆发。目前缺乏有效的治疗药物,研究发现埃博拉病毒通过胞内钙双孔通道(TPCs)释放基因组来完成病毒复制,汉防己甲素通过阻断胞内钙双孔通道(TPCs)来阻止埃博拉病毒基因组的释放从而阻止了病毒的复制。本文综述汉防己甲素(Tet)的抗埃博拉病毒的药理作用和作用机制及其它方面的药理活性;汉防己碱(Tet)肌松药中的苄基异奎琳的结构改造合成。同时展望了目前几种待进一步研究的钙离子拮抗剂包括钙双孔通道(TPCs)阻断剂如维拉帕米等应用于抗埃博拉病毒药物的可能性,为进一步推进汉肌松类药物深入研究提供重要参考。
The Ebola virus is one of the world’s most threatening pathogens. Ebola virus disease (EVD) which began in 13 September 2013 in Guinea, West Africa was the worst breakout since its first outbreak. Up till now we lack effective drugs. Some studies have found the Ebola virus completed virus rep-lication by endosomal calcium channels called two-pore channels (TPCs) release genome, and by blocking endosomal calcium channels TPCs, tetrandrine (Tet) prevented the release of the Ebola virus genome in order to stop the replication of the virus. Pharmacological effect and mechanism of action and other pharmacological activities of Tet in anti-Ebola virus in this review were sum-marized in detail; Tet as muscle loose medicine of the structure of benzylisonicotinamide was transformed and synthesized. At the same time, the prospects of several pending further study of calcium antagonists including blocking calcium TPCs such as verapamil applied for the possibility of anti-Ebola virus drugs were discussed, which provided important references for promoting the in-depth study of those muscle relaxant drugs.

皮卡是人用安全的疫苗佐剂,是双链聚肌苷酸聚胞苷酸及微量卡那霉素和氯化钙的复合物。该佐剂是三种模式识别受体TLR3、NOD和RIG-1的配体。皮卡佐剂疫苗与受体结合后在体内活化非特异免疫,包括巨噬细胞吞噬功能,促进干扰素(IFN)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、-6、-12、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)等细胞因子的产生,促进产生共刺激因子CD40、CD80、CD86,促进抗原呈递细胞的提呈、活化T淋巴细胞,促进特异性的细胞免疫和体液免疫应答,促进免疫细胞的增殖。皮卡佐剂不仅提高疫苗的免疫原性,更由于促进干扰素、白细胞介素-2、-12的产生,使从主要产生体液免疫的预防性疫苗转变成具有强烈细胞免疫的治疗性疫苗。在三次独立的先感染后免疫的暴露后小白鼠和比格犬的试验中,在没有接种抗血清情况下,国内外市售人用狂犬病疫苗保护率仅为20%~30%,而皮卡狂犬病疫苗可高达70%~100%,统计学分析具有显著的差异(P < 0.05~0.01)。皮卡狂犬病治疗性疫苗和皮卡乙肝治疗性疫苗正在新加坡进行1期临床研究。
PICKCa, a safe vaccine adjuvant for human use, is a complex of poly IC-kanamycin-Cacl2. It is the ligand of pattern recognition receptors of TLR3, NOD and RIG-1. PICKCa vaccines can activate innate pathways in vivo to produce cytokines including IFN-α, IFN-β, IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-12p40, IL-6, TNF-α, promote macrophage function, stimulate antigen-presenting cells to produce co-stimulators of CD40, CD80, CD86, activate cell-mediated immunity and humoral immunity. Due to PICKCa adjuvant enhancing productions of IFN, IL-2, IL-12, the adjuvant may make prophylactic vaccines from main humoral immunity to possess strong cell-mediated immunity as therapeutic vaccines. In 3 independent assays of post-explosure immunizations of mice and beagle dogs, PICKCa rabies vaccine was much better than commercial adjuvant-free rabies vaccines, the protective rate was 70% - 100% and 20% - 30% respectively, and the statistical analyses were significantly different (P < 0.05 - 0.01). PICKCa rabies vaccine and PICKCa hepatitis B vaccine are ongoing in phase-1 clinical trials in Singapore.

本文提出带状疱疹前神经痛一词和治疗这种神经痛的建议。指出带状疱疹前和后的这两种神经痛之间存在本质区别。带状疱疹发展过程可分成3个阶段。提出在潜伏的水痘–带状疱疹病毒不时活动引起神经痛阶段,给药,清除病毒,遏止带状疱疹发生或降低带状疱疹和带状疱疹后神经痛发生率的一种方案。存在水痘–带状疱疹病毒激活未遂过程和激活发病过程。
The term “neuralgia before herpes zoster” and a proposal of the treatment of the neuralgia are proposed. It is pointed out that there is an essential difference between the neuralgia before and after herpes zoster. The development process of herpes zoster can be divided into 3 stages. A scheme to prevent the occurrence of herpes zoster or to reduce the incidence rate of herpes zoster and neuralgia after herpes zoster is proposed. In an initial activity stage of latent vericella-zoster viruses causing neuralgia, medication is given to suppress viruses. There are an attempted pro- cess of varicella-zoster-virus activation and a morbidity process of varicella-zoster virus activation.
