Abstract: 在日本静冈果伊东市宇佐美车站正西的天气山半山腰,建造完成了一尊高34米的全玻璃钢(FRP)“世界和平观音像”,今年7月5日11时,本部昭元建设大臣等800名有关人员参加了揭幕仪式。在钢筋混凝土基座上,从莲花座往上包括佛像全部用FRP制造(光背是金属的),FRP部分的高度是34米,正面的最大宽度为14米,前后为15米,正面高度为8米的面部向前倾约30度,以便参拜者看清。

Abstract: 中华人民共和国硅酸盐学会正在筹备国际FRP/CM讲演会及展览会。这次国际会议计划于1988年4月15~18日在南京召开。根据中方希望日本积极参加的愿望,日本FRP协会发出通知,号召会员积极参加,并在办理参加手续方面提供方便。关于注册费,通知中规定:1987年12月31日以前申请的为200美元,以后注册的为225美元。
基于可靠度的土坡最危险滑面分析

Abstract: ?用算例证明了概率危险面与定值危险面并不一致。提出了2种方便实用的概率分析方法,即基于定值安全系数程序的组合参数搜索法和在excel中运用的矩阵公式法。经过比较认为组合参数搜索法虽是近似的,但比传统的定值法更接近矩阵公式法得到的概率危险面,2种方法均可用于工程实践中土坡稳定性的概率分析与评价。

Abstract:
本文通过对于一座大跨度连续梁桥地震碰撞过程的模拟分析和数据显微处理,首次发现并提出了碰撞群的概念,认为碰撞群中高频高强的加载卸载过程(可称之为冲击钻效应)是导致碰撞破坏的原因。在此基础上,本文提出了一种梁端碰撞损伤度评估方法,并针对本文的研究对象给出了碰撞损伤度评估结果。本文还通过对比大桥不同模型(不同墩高、不同基础类型)中所发生的地震碰撞,提出:1) 为减轻多跨连续梁桥地震碰撞、降低边跨落梁概率,应合理设置和设计制动墩;2) 在建模时,梁墩基础的模拟方式应谨慎、合理;3) 在高烈度区进行高墩大跨度连续梁的桥台设计时,应考虑碰撞中的冲击钻效应所。
In this paper, with a large span continuous girder bridge as the research object, the simulation analysis of seismic collision and the data microprocessing is carried out. based on this, a new the concept of the collision group was first discovered and put forward. Just because of the loading and unloading process in high-frequency and high-strength happened in a collision group (can also called impact drill effect), the collision damage is resulted. On this basis, we propose a beam end collision damage evaluation method and by applying the evaluation method on to the large span continuous girder bridge, the results of the assessment of the degree of collision damage is given. In this paper, by contrast seismic collision occurred in different models of bridge (with different pier, different base types) , the following suggestions should be pay attention: 1) To mitigate multi-span continuous girder bridge seismic collision, reducing side span girder falling probability, the setting and the design of a brake pier should be reasonable; 2) When set up the model of a bridge, how to simulating the base of pier should be cautious and reasonable; 3) When designing a long span continuous beam bridge with high pier in the high-intensity area, the impact drill effect should be considered.

合武高速铁路红石岩隧道位于大别山深处,开挖长度7857 m,隧道通过区域主要为片麻岩,但在开挖期间出现可燃气体燃烧现象,这种状况极为罕见,本文综合各类资料对此进行了全面研究,得出了个人的见解。
Hongshiyan Tunnel of Hewu high-speed rail is located in the depths of the Dabie Mountains, its excavation length is 7857mand passing through regional gneiss, but during excavation, a burning pheno- menon of combustible gas appeared. This situation is extremely rare, by combining with rich information, a comprehensive study is made in this paper and a series of personal opinion is resulted.

Abstract: 已有研究表明,对失业人员的情绪智力进行培训,结果发现情绪智力可以提高自我领导能力,从而提高自我效能感。大学生潜质的开发与其自我领导和情绪智力的关系密不可分。因此,我们认为通过对大学生的情绪智力进行培养,可以提高其自我领导能力,进而提高其个人潜质,从而更好地实现个人成长。为了验证我们的假设,我们采用大学生自我领导力问卷和情绪智力问卷(EIS)对400名大学生进行测试。研究结果表明:1) 自我领导力与情绪知觉、自身情绪管理、他人情绪管理以及情绪表达显著正相关,并且自我领导力的三个维度与情绪知觉、自身情绪管理、他人情绪管理以及情绪表达显著正相关。2) 情绪智力的两个因子——他人情绪管理与情绪知觉对自我领导力及其三个维度均具有较强的预测能力。
Existing research found that after training the emotional intelligence of the unemployed, the results show that emotional intelligence can improve self-leadership, so as to improve self-efficacy. The development of college students’ potential is closely related to self-leadership and emotional intelligence. Therefore, we believe that through the cultivation of emotional intelligence, college students can improve their self-leadership, and thus improve their personal potential and better achieve personal growth. To test our hypotheses, the College Students’ Self-Leadership Question-naire and Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EIS) were used to investigate 400 college students. Results show that: 1) self-leadership is significantly related to emotional perception, emotional management, emotional management of others and emotional expression. And the three dimensions of leadership are significantly related to emotional perception, emotional management, emotional management of others and emotional expression; 2) two factors of emotional in-telligence—emotional management and emotional perception of others have a strong predictive ability to self-leadership and its three dimensions.

Abstract:
本文通过分析车体各个自由度与车体质心横向振动之间的关系,建立了车体质心横向振动分析的简化模型,在此基础上,运用稳定平衡体系的振动条件,证明重力和轨面支撑力是导致车体质心在轨面上发生横向振动的根本原因,并由此推导出车体质心横向振动频率与车轮踏面锥度之间的关系,发现当车轮踏面锥度 ≥ 1/40时,车体质心的横向振动是稳定的。在此基础上,讨论了车体在不同横向振动频率和不同行驶速度情况下的蛇形运动波长以及因蛇形运动而作用于轨道上的横向作用力。而有关横向作用力的计算表明,车体对轨道的横向作用力在车体重量的5%~2%之间,而规范给出的数据敲好处于这个范围内。
By analyzing the relationship between the various degrees of freedom of the body and the car body mass center transverse vibration, the establishment of a simplified model of the vehicle center of mass lateral vibration analysis, and on this basis, the use of the vibration condition of stable equilibrium system to prove that the support of gravity and track surface power is the root cause of the car center of mass in the lateral vibration of rail surface, and thus derive the relationship between the turnout center of mass transverse vibration frequency of the wheel tread taper, found that when the wheel tread taper ≥ 1/40, vehicle physical the lateral vibration of the heart is stable. Based above and combined with different speed and different lateral vibration frequency, the snake-like movement wavelength of the train vehicle was discussed, as the further step, the lateral force induced by snake-like movement and effected on the orbit was discussed deeply, it is found that the value of the force is in the range of 5% to 20% of the vehicle weight, the given specification (10% of the vehicle weight) is just located in this range.

Abstract: 随着社会的发展,人们对生活质量关注度越来越高,特别是对环境的关注。针对环境监测问题,结合ZigBee术,本文进行了基于ZigBee的环境监测的物联网的设计与研究。文章从技术研究与实际应用的角度出发,在深入分析了Z-Stack协议的基础上,详细阐述了基于TI公司提供的CC2530的开发平台应用层的设计与实现,并给出了一个基于ZigBee环境监测的实现方案,整套方案实现了使用传感器进行数据采集,节点传输,数据处理,以及智能终端查看的功能。本文设计的环境监测系统具有低复杂度、低功耗、易于部署等特点,对基于ZigBee的环境监测的普及具有一定的应用价值。
 With the development of society, people pay more attention to the quality of lives, especially the environmental conditions. The ZigBee-based Internet of Things in environmental monitoring is designed and discussed in this paper. From the perspectives of technical research and practical application, the paper elaborates the design and realization of the application layer on the TI’s CC2530 by exploring Z-Stack protocol. Furthermore, this paper describes the solution for environmental monitoring based on ZigBee, which implements a variety of functions including data collec- tion, data transmission, data processing, intelligent terminal view. The designed system has the following features: low complexity, low power consumption and ease of deployment which have some application values in prevalence of ZigBee-based environmental monitoring.

Hierarchy and development of autonomy in learning play an essential role in fostering the com- prehensive quality as well as cultivating professional talents. Taking an example of the process of writing a graduation thesis for a bachelor degree in English, this paper proposed four Hierarchies of autonomy in learning: language acquisition, consciousness tendency, proactive participation, spontaneous automation. And analyzes multidimensional development in affection, metacognition, critical thinking and creative thinking in order to make the quality of writing a graduation thesis higher, build the framework of autonomy in learning and develop the high-quality talents.
