高强度铸铁基cBN砂轮修整实验研究

Abstract: 消失模铸造制备的奥-贝球墨铸铁基cBN砂轮具有胎体强度高、胎体对磨粒把持力大等优点, 但也存在着铸造砂轮毛坯尺寸精度不高、磨削层修整余量大、修整较为困难等不足之处.本文针对铸造铸铁基大粒度cBN砂轮毛坯, 分别进行机械修整、电解修整和电解-机械-电解复合修整试验, 探究不同修整方式下的最优工艺参数和修整效率, 以及修整后磨粒的破碎和出刃情况.研究结果表明:采用SiC修整轮修整, 当转速比为+0.3时修整效率最高, 但修整效率随着时间的增加逐渐减小, 修整至120 min才能够达到砂轮的目标精度; 采用电解修整, 砂轮在最优工艺参数下修整30 min后将产生钝化, 电解修整难以继续进行; 采用电解-机械-电解复合修整, 不仅其修整效率比机械修整有所提高, 而且砂轮表面磨粒破碎较少, 磨粒出刃高度较大.
Austenite-bainite ductile iron based cBN grinding wheels fabricated by Lost Foam Casting (LFC) had advantages of high strength and good grain retention.However, this kind of cBN grinding wheels was difficult to be dressed due totheir large grinding allowance and low dimensional accury.In this paper, different dressing experiments, including mechanical dressing, electrolytic dressing and electrolytic-mechanical-electrolytic dressing, were carried on the ductile iron based cBN grinding wheels with large grain size.The dressing process parameters were optimized.The dressing efficiency, the damage and the protrusion of the cBN grains were also studied.The experiment results indicated that by using SiC roller to dress the wheel, the highest dressing efficiency was obtained for a speed ratio q of +0.3.The dressing efficiency decreased with increase the dressing time.The desired accuracy of the wheel can be achieved after 120 min mechanical dressing.The electrolytic dressing process can be hardly continued when conducted at the optimum process parameters for 30 min due to the inactivating.Compared with mechanical dressing, electrolytic-mechanical-electrolytic dressing method causes a pronounced dressing efficiency, higher protrusion and less damage of cBN grains.
农村居民高血压、糖尿病相关知识及行为调查

Abstract: ?目的了解山东省农村居民高血压、糖尿病的患病状况、相关知识掌握情况以及行为现状.方法采用现况调查方法,选择山东省有代表性的8个农业县,对年龄≥25岁的常住农村居民进行问卷调查及医学体检.调查农村居民20087人,体检16388人.结果高血压患病率44.3%,糖尿病患病率4.3%;知识知晓情况低下,对饮食、吸烟、超重和肥胖与高血压关系的知晓率分别为34.0%,25.6%,37.2%;对饮食、吸烟、超重和肥胖与糖尿病关系的知晓率分别为30.8%,20.1%,30.6%.女性、年龄越大、文化程度越低、家庭收入越低的居民知识掌握水平差;吸烟率为32.3%,超重与肥胖率为50.7%,规律锻炼率为2.9%.结论农村居民高血压、糖尿病患病率高,知识知晓水平低,缺乏良好的行为生活习惯.应加强农村地区高血压、糖尿病健康教育,针对不同人群特点应采取相应措施.

Abstract:

目的:探讨重度新生儿高胆红素血症行换血治疗后的疗效。方法:20102~20122月本院收治的重度新生儿高胆红素血症患儿给予换血治疗,观察换血前后胆红素及各项生化指标的变化。结果:经过换血治疗,胆红素值下降64.8%,其余指标无明显改变。结论:换血疗法能有效降低血胆红素值,是一种安全有效的治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的方法。

Objective: To explore the curative effect after the blood exchange transfusion treatment for the severe neonatal hyperbilirubinemia neonates. Methods: The severely hyperbilirubinemia newborn who was received by our department from 2010 February to 2012 February received the blood exchange transfusion treatment, and the changes of bilirubin value and other indexes before and after the treatment were observed. Results: After the treatment, bilirubin value dropped 64.8%, and the others show no significant changes. Conclusion: Blood exchange transfusion treatment can effectively reduce the blood bilirubin value; it is a safe and effective treatment for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.

Abstract:

目的:研究咪达唑仑持续静脉泵入治疗小儿癫痫持续状态的临床疗效,同时探讨积极的医护干预对于控制感染、意识障碍及呼吸抑制等不良反应的疗效。方法选取201112~201210月收入院的癫痫持续状态(SE)患儿90例为观察对象,随机分为两组:治疗组46例,给予咪达唑仑持续静脉泵入,并将46例患儿随机分为两组,每组均为23例患儿,一组给予积极医护干预,另一组给予常规的医疗护理;对照组44例,仅应用传统的一线抗癫痫药物(AEDs)治疗,同样将44例患儿随机分为两组,每组均为22例患儿,一组给予积极医护干预,另一组给予常规的医疗护理,最后将两组疗效进行对照研究,并比较两种不同医护干预产生不良反应的发生概率,组间比较,最后行统计学处理。结果治疗组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P < 0.05),治疗组的咪达唑仑安全有效剂量为0.1~0.5 mg/(kg·h),积极医护干预组不良反应发生率(15.2%)明显低于对照组患儿(P < 0.05)

Abstract:

的:研究小儿常见鼠药中毒的临床特点,提高对本病的认识。方法:回顾性分析我院98例鼠药中毒患儿的临床表现、救治方法及治疗效果。结果:92例抢救成功,6例死亡。结论:对鼠药中毒的救治重在预防。早期诊断,早期治疗,防止并发症能够降低致死率。

Objective: We study the clinical characteristics of the common rat poison poisoning in children, in order to improve the understanding of this disease. Methods: We retrospectively analysed the clinical manifestations, treatment methods and treatment effect of the 98 cases of rat poison poisoning children in our hospital. Results: 92 cases were rescued successfully, and six died. Conclusion: The most important measure to rescue rat poison poisoning patients is focusing on prevention. Early diagnosis, early treatment and preventing complications can reduce fatality rate.

According to characteristics of 500 kV Shangzhai-Boluo power transmission line project, combined with the basic principles of Real Time Kinematic (RTK) & the Post Processing Kinematic (PPK) and their advantages & disadvantages, full-coverage measurement for photo control point in area cov-ered by radio signal was implemented in the process of aerophotography. At the same time, the ac-curacy and efficiency of measurement were ensured; working capacity and resources were saved.

Slaughterhouse-Five is a semi-autobiographical novel based on Kurt Vonnegut’s experience in firebombing of Dresden and was published in 1969. It is recognized as Kurt Vonnegut’s most influential and highest achievement. Meanwhile, it is widely recognized as a classic fiction of the postmodern literature. Most of the studies of Kurt Vonnegut’s Slaughterhouse Five focus on the aspects of theme, black humor, postmodernism and culture. The present thesis, under the guidance of Ecocriticism as the theoretic framework, focuses on Kurt Vonnegut’s classic novel Slaughterhouse Five and tries to explore Kurt Vonnegut’s ecological consciousness from the ecological, social and ideological perspective by the way of the textual analysis.

Abstract: 预测股价的趋势和拐点,特别是预测个股股价的拐点,一直是投资者和学术界十分关注的焦点问题,也是投资者短期投资成功的关键。本文利用均线的特点,结合相似体合成(AC)算法的优势,尝试对股价短期走势和拐点进行预测。在此基础上,提出一套短期股票投资的智能交易策略。任选30只股票进行实证说明交易策略的有效性,结果表明:基于AC算法均线预测的股票交易策略取得了显著的超额收益,小盘股投资效果优于大盘股。
Forecasting the trends and inflection point of the price, especially stock price, is the focus of the investors and the academic, and the key issues whether the short-term investment will success or not. This paper attempts to predict the trends and inflection point of the short-term stock price by the Analogy Com- plexion (AC) algorithm, taking advantage of the moving average’s features and superiority. Based on it, we propose a set of intelligent trading strategy used to short-term stock investment. To illustrate the effect- tiveness of the strategy, we randomly selected 30 stocks. The empirical result shows that the trading strategy based on the AC moving average forecasting receives a significant excess return and the performance of small- cap stocks is better than the large-cap stocks’.
