A Research on the Significance of Journalism and Communication History from a Regional Culture Perspective

Abstract: 区域文化是形成媒体个性风格,尤其是文化特色的重要因素。它们成为媒体的文化基因,成为媒体生命存活的“DNA”。考察“京沪冲突构造”中的近现代北京、上海报刊,分析湖湘文化对五四时期湖南报刊的影响,即可印证这一规律。前者构成1840年以来中国现代化历史进程中中国文化冲突的一个重要侧面,后者则孕育出了毛泽东这个影响中国历史和中国新闻的巨子,以此见出区域文化对新闻传播史的深刻影响力。
Regional Culture is an important factor forming an individual style of media,especially cultural features. They have become the cultural genes of media,and the “DNA” which has made the life of media alive. It can be confirmed by making a study of the newspapers in modern times in Beijing and Shanghai in the “conflict and construction between Beijing and Shanghai” and making an analysis of the influence of the Hu-xiang culture on the newspapers in Hunan during the May 4th Movement. The former made up a very important side of China’s cultural conflict in the course of China’s modern history since 1840. The latter, on the other hand, carried within itself Mao Zedong, the giant who exerted great influence on the history of China and news and press in China. It thus reveals the great and deep influence of regional culture on the journalism and communication.

Abstract: 本文以长沙市橘子洲景区和重庆市神龙峡景区被撤销5A等级后的“危机传播”为个案,探讨了新媒体环境下旅游品牌危机传播话语的新特征,并对政府及旅游管理者就旅游品牌危机传播策略提出了建议:第一,要主动发出权威声音,传播真实准确全面的信息;第二,要及时发声,把握最佳传播时机;第三,要善于发声,拓展优化传播方式。
In this paper,I have taken the crisis communication on Changsha Orange Islet Scenic Area and the Dragon Gorge Scenic Area in Chongqing revoked 5A grade as a case.It discusses the new characteristics of tourism brand crisis communication under the new media environment,and puts forward some suggestions on the tourism brand crisis communication strategies:first of all,the government and tourism managers should play an authoritative role in truthfully and accurately spreading information ;secondly,we need to spread the information in time,grasp the best dissemination opportunity;finally,learning how to spread and expand the optimization mode of transmission.

萘降解菌的分离、鉴定及降解途径
Isolation and identification of naphthalene degrading bacteria and characterization of its degradation pathways

Abstract: 从武汉市金口张公堤处污泥富集分离出2株能以萘为唯一碳源生长的优势降解菌株XA1和XB1,经形态学观察、生理生化鉴定及16S rDNA测序分析,确定它们属于荧光假单胞菌 (Pseudomonas fluorescens)。其最适生长温度均为28℃,最适生长pH分别为7.5和7.0。在最适生长条件下,菌株XA1、XB1以3%的接种量对500 mg/L萘的降解率在第3天时分别达到了93.4%和74.7%。采用PCR和琼脂糖凝胶电泳技术检测到XA1、XB1中有儿茶酚2,3-双加氧酶基因(nahH)等萘降解过程中的关键酶基因,与NCBI中发布的基因序列相比较,相似度均达到99%。
Two strains,named as XA1 and XB1 utilizing naphthalene as the sole carbon source,were isolated from Zhanggong Dam of Jinkou in Wuhan City.XA1 and XB1 were both identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens through morphological characterizations,physiological and biochemical identification and alignment analysis of the 16S rDNA sequence.Their optimal growth temperature were both 28℃ and the optimal growth pH value were 7.5 and 7.0,respectively.When XA1 and XB1 were inoculated in the liquid inorganic salts medium with naphthalene as the sole carbon source,the degradation rates of naphthalene after three days were 93.4% and 74.7%,respectively.Catechol 2,3-dioxygenase gene and some other genes were characterized with the PCR method and agarose gel electrophoresis.Results showed that sequences of catechol 2,3-dioxygenase gene and the others all possessed 99% similarity with the sequences in the NCBI.

Abstract: ?研究了a位ba离子化学计量比变化对ba(mg1/3nb2/3)o3陶瓷烧结行为、微观结构和微波介电性能的影响。结果表明,ba缺量可促进ba(mg1/3nb2/3)o3烧结和b位1∶2有序,而ba过量则阻碍ba(mg1/3nb2/3)o3烧结和b位1∶2有序。ba缺量促进ba(mg1/3nb2/3)o3烧结和b位1∶2有序是由于ba缺位的存在,而ba过量阻碍ba(mg1/3nb2/3)o3烧结则是由于过量的ba可能以游离态存在于晶界,阻碍了晶界的移动,从而降低了ba(mg1/3nb2/3)o3陶瓷的烧结性能,抑制了致密化过程。ba缺量对ba(mg1/3nb2/3)o3陶瓷的介电常数影响不大。ba缺量越多,材料的qf值越低。
烧结制度对ba(mg_(1/3)nb(2/3))o_3陶瓷品质因子的影响

Abstract: ?研究了烧结温度、保温时间、退火时间等工艺参数对ba(mg1/3nb2/3)o3微波介质陶瓷品质因子的影响。结果表明,随着烧结温度的提高,qf值逐渐增加,这是由于陶瓷的相对密度和有序参数s也随烧结温度增加的结果。在1550℃时,qf达到最大值49500ghz。qf值随保温时间的增加而增加,这和b位1∶2有序度提高和晶粒尺寸增大有关。保温时间为16h时,qf值达到58000ghz。退火时间对qf值有很大影响。随退火时间的增加,qf值增加很快,这主要是因为退火大大促进了b位离子的1∶2有序。当退火时间为48h时,qf值达到71500ghz。
微乳液法制备pb_(0.7)ca_(0.3)zro_3纳米晶粉体的研究

Abstract: ?以span-80和tween-80混合物作为表面活性剂,正丁醇作为助表面活性剂,环己烷作为油相,pb(no3)2、ca(no3)2、zr(no3)4的混合溶液或氨水作为水相,采用微乳液工艺在800℃左右成功制备出了pb0.7ca0.3zro3纳米晶,并以tg-dta、xrd和tem对所制备的pb0.7ca0.3zro3纳米晶进行了表征。研究结果表明,所制得的pb0.7ca0.3zro3纳米晶属三方晶系,无杂相,粉末颗粒细小,颗粒尺寸在15―40nm之间,呈球形。
