The genotype-phenotype correlation of the MYH7 gene c.1273G > A mutation in familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

Abstract: To investigate the genotype-phenotype correlation in Chinese familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), peripheral blood samples were collected from 7 members of a Chinese HCM family, and 120 normal sub-jects were recruited as control. The full encoding exons and flanking sequences of the cardiac troponin T (TNNT2) gene, beta-myosin heavy chain (MYH7) gene and myosin binding protein C (MYBPC3) gene were amplified and the products were sequenced directly to detect the mutations. A missense mutation, c.1273G>A, was identified in exon 14 of the MYH7 gene in 4 members of the Chinese HCM family, which resulted a glycine (Gly) to arginine (Arg) exchange at amino acid residue 425. The 425th glycine amino acid residue is highly conservative across the different species. The clinical phenotypes among the family members who carried this mutation presented significant individual differences. The c.1273G>A mutation of the MYH7 gene might be the causal mutation of the familial HCM. The het-erogeneity of phenotypes suggested that multiple factors may be involved in the pathogenesis of HCM.

Abstract: 锥形束CT(CBCT)在种植术中具有非常重要的作用,通过CBCT可以了解种植术前术后的情况,判断种植体植入前植入床的基本条件,判断能否进行种植、种植植入方向、方法以及术后评估等。涉及到上颌窦的种植术应常规拍摄CBCT。本文通过临床实例介绍使用CBCT进行种植术前上颌窦分析评估及判断术后可能发生的改变。
2010 - 2016年深圳市龙岗区登革热疫情流行病学特征分析

Abstract: 目的 了解深圳市龙岗区登革热流行病学特征,为防治登革热提供科学依据。方法 通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统获得2010 - 2016年龙岗区登革热疫情相关信息,采用描述性流行病学方法分析病例的流行病学特征。结果 2010 - 2016年龙岗区共报告登革热病例86例,输入性病例35例,占40.70%,本地病例51例,占59.30%,无死亡病例,每年输入性病例在9 - 10月份最多,主要源于东南亚。86例病例发病开始到疫情报告的时间中位数为6 d,波动范围1 ~33 d。初次就诊到诊断的时间中位数为2 d,波动范围0~26 d。职业类别以工人、家务及待业为主(46.51%),男女性别比为2.58∶1,以青壮年为主(90.70%)。病毒型别主要为登革热I型,临床症状为轻型,大多数病例表现为典型登革热症状。结论 深圳市龙岗区存在登革热流行的基本条件,登革热以输入性病例为主,疫情存在明显季节性、人群普遍易感等特征。疫情防控的重点依然是有效控制疾病传播媒介白纹伊蚊,同时强化卫生知识宣传和疫情诊断与报告也是有效措施之一。

Abstract:
准噶尔盆地北缘春晖油田属于勘探新区,为薄浅层超稠油地层型油藏,直井或水平井蒸汽吞吐只获得低产油流。为落实储量规模和单井产能,以储层描述和流体预测为攻关重点,哈浅1-1井成功进行了长井段密闭冷冻保形连续取心。通过对岩心的岩性、物性和含油性等特征的描述,为分析油藏特征和确定开发模式提供了重要的技术参数,同时发现储层为泥质胶结含砾砂岩,发育多条薄灰质夹层,含油性随砾石含量增大而变差,砂组砾、砂、泥交互厚度33 m,富含油5.5 m,油浸10.8 m,相应的4个含油层段为相对优质储层。本文的研究成果为最终蒸汽辅助重力泄油开发方案制定提供了有效依据,对薄浅层超稠油开发具有重要生产意义。<br/>Chunhui Oilfield belongs to new exploration area in the Northern Edge of Junggar Basin, and is stratigraphic oil reservoir with thin-shallow super heavy oil. Both vertical well and horizontal well only with steam stimulation most have low producing. For implementing reserve scale and single well production, taking reservoir description and fluid prediction as resolution of key technology, Haqian 1-1 well has successful long well segment shape of preserving continuous coring with sealed freezing. By core description on lithology, physical properties, and oiliness, it provides important technical parameter for analysis of reservoir characteristic and determining development mode, at the same time, it finds that its reservoir is shale cementation pebbled sandstone; multistrip thin gray dissection is developed; oiliness becomes poor with the increasing of gravel content; the interaction thickness of gravel, sand and gray in I sand group is 33 m; the rich oil thickness is 5.5 m; the immersion thickness is 10.8 m; and corresponding four oil-bearing segments are the relatively high-quality reservoir. The result provides effective proof for finally making steam-assisted gravity drainage development project, and it has important significance in the production for development of thin-shallow super heavy oil.

Abstract: 近年来,中国人口老龄化的趋势非常明显。选取2000—2012年的月度数据,应用向量自回归模型考察了我国人口年龄结构、GDP增速及股市涨跌情况的动态关系。实证结果表明:GDP增速与股市涨跌间存在较密切的动态关系;老年人口比重对GDP增速和股市涨跌的冲击最为显著,而且呈现出明显的负向关系;成年人口比重与GDP增速、股市涨跌均呈现明显的正向关系;GDP增速与股市涨跌在长期内对于三类人口结构的影响都不明显。
