Abstract: 随着工业化的快速发展、城市化进程的加快和人民生活水平的提高,污染物的排放量大大增加,造成了城市河涌的严重污染,使原本担负着排洪、泄洪、景观等多种功能的河涌出现黑臭现象,河涌水体原有的功能衰退甚至丧失。为了提高居民的生活水平,还给市民一个舒适、优美、富有情趣的生活环境,采取必要的措施对黑臭河涌进行修复势在必行。本文阐述了近几年国内外修复黑臭河涌的方法,总结并分析了该方法的特点及在我国的实例应用中产生的效果,寻求以生态文明建设为理念的修复黑臭河涌的方法。河涌修复是个综合性、系统性工程,单纯地依靠一种技术很难达到理想的效果,只有多管齐下,把几种技术组合起来方能达到预期的效果。
With the acceleration of the rapid development of industrialization, the improvement of urbanization and people’s living standards, the emissions of pollutant have a large increase. The river has been polluted because of the large number of pollutants. In order to improve the quality of residential living and give people a comfortable, beautiful and interesting environment, seeking more effective technologies and measures to control river pollution is imperative. The methods at home and abroad in recent years which are about the restoration of black-odor river are introduced, and the characteristics of the methods and the effects of the instances in our country are summarized and analyzed to find a way to repair the black-odor river on the basis of the construction of ecological civilization. The restoration about the black-odor river is a comprehensive and systematic project. Relying on a technology only is difficult to achieve the ideal effect. In order to achieve the desired effect, a combination of the several kinds of technology is necessary.

Abstract:

中国钢铁粗钢产量位列世界第一,但能耗却远远高于同列国家。我国钢铁产业结构调整已陷入瓶颈,如何推动能耗进一步下降成为研究热点。本文从与我国背景相近且成功转型的日韩出发,利用Wind数据库三国钢铁产量与能耗数据,使用Eviews软件对中日韩钢铁业的库兹涅茨曲线进行了回归检验,并结合JFE、浦项及首钢实证分析对计量结果进行了详细的经济学剖析,最后据此总结出针对我国钢铁产业结构调整的建议。

With the crude steel production ranking first, Chinahas consumed more energy than any other country that is in the same class.Chinahas already fallen in a dilemma about how to adjust the steel industry structure and impulse the decrease of energy consumption. Based on the cases of Japan and Korea, which are in similar level with China before and have been worked out now, the paper uses the concerning data of these three countries from the Wind and the Eviews to make regressions by Kuznets Curve. Then the paper compares the situations of JFE, Pohang and Shougang’s to conduct an empirical study. According to the economic analysis, the paper draws out the suggestions for China steel industry on industrial structure adjustment.

Abstract:
近年来,随着城市的扩张及工业的发展,大量有机和无机的污染物不断排入城市河道,使水体的营养物质负荷量不断增加,中国许多城市和城郊河道景观效果随之变差,造成严重的经济和生态环境问题。加强水资源保护,改善城市河道水环境,修复和构建生态河道已引起广大环保、生态人士的热切关注。通过对城市水环境市场现状的调查研究,总结了黑臭河道治理工艺流程及技术体系。开展我国河道、浅水湖泊富营养化的修复与控制技术开发与产业化,对保护我国水环境富营养化的有效控制,开展规模化工程治理具有重要意义。
In recent years, with the expansion of the city and the development of industry, a large number of organic and inorganic pollutants discharge into urban river, which make the capacity of nutrient increase in water. At the same time, landscape effect of many urban and suburban rivers becomes worse, which has caused serious economic, ecological and environmental problems. Reinforce of the protection of water resources, improvement of the environment of urban river and restoration and construction of ecological river have caught attention of environmental protection and ecological personages. We summarize the technological process and technology architecture about management of black-odor river by means of making an investigation of current situation of market about urban water environment. Developing the repair and control technology development and industrialization about urban river and eutrophication of shallow lakes is of great significance to protect the effective control of eutrophication of water environment in China and carry out large-scale project management.

Abstract: ?以柴胡(Bupleurumchinense)为研究对象,运用石蜡切片技术对其大、小孢子发生及雌、雄配子体发育进行了研究。结果表明:柴胡花药具4个药室,花药壁由表皮、药室内壁、中层和绒毡层4层细胞构成,花药壁发育为双子叶型,腺质绒毡层。小孢子母细胞减数分裂的胞质分裂为同时型,产生正四面体型小孢子。成熟花粉三细胞型。胚珠倒生型,单珠被,薄珠心。大孢子母细胞常为一个雌性孢原直接发育而成,大孢子四分体呈线型或T型排列,多数情况为合点端一个大孢子分化为功能大孢子,由功能大孢子发育为蓼型成熟胚囊。在胚囊发育过程中,珠被内表皮细胞特化成珠被绒毡层。同一朵花中,雄蕊先熟,记录了花蕾大小及雌、雄配子体发育的对应关系。

Abstract: :?转向避让是航海上最为常用也最有效的解除碰撞危险方法,但转向避让行动的幅度和难度会受到避让行动采取时机的极大影响。从船舶运动的数学模型出发,提出了转向难度、最小转向角度等概念并建立了相应的数学模型,并进一步推理出本船施舵时两船距离与最小转向角和转向难度的关系,定量解释了随着两船间距离的不断减小,转向难度急剧增大、最小转向角急剧增大的原因,并通过著名学者S.Lenart的实例进行计算验证。

Abstract: 应用UG软件完成转轮斗叶模型建立,采用CFD技术对多喷嘴冲击式水轮机内部流动进行数值模拟,并结合ANSYS软件对斗叶应力的分析结果,完成转轮斗叶及根部型线的优化,成功地解决了喷嘴数增加后,射流之间、转轮内部流动之间的流动干涉问题,保证了冲击式水轮机转轮的强度和水力性能,使设计的机组运行更加稳定,效率提高。
