多糖免疫调节和抗肿瘤研究进展

Abstract: 增强免疫和抗肿瘤活性是多糖重要的生物活性.研究表明,多糖可以通过增强免疫细胞活性、激活细胞因子的分泌、诱导生成抗体及激活补体系统等作用增强机体免疫功能.多糖的抗肿瘤途径主要为抑制肿瘤细胞的生长、蛋白质及核酸的合成,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、影响癌基因的表达及改变肿瘤细胞膜的生长特性.本文介绍了近年来多糖免疫调节和抗肿瘤研究方面的进展.
电场对PZT/复合材料层合板破坏强度影响的实验研究

Abstract: 采用三点弯曲方法测量在不同外加电场作用下PZT复合材料层合板的破坏强度(MOR),分析得到了正电场能增强PZT复合材料层合板的破坏强度,而负电场降低了PZT复合材料层合板的破坏强度。本文作者还建立了一套AE测试系统来实时探测在加载过程中由于损伤引起的声信号,进而分析并证实了不同载荷下的PZT复合材料层合板的破坏模式,并用超声扫描成像图加以验证。
活细胞实时成像技术研究抗坏血酸(AA)协同砷剂抗人骨肉瘤MG-63的体外疗效

Abstract: 目的研究抗坏血酸(ascorbicacid,AA)和三氧化二砷(arsenictrioxide,As2O3)抗人骨肉瘤细胞MG63的体外疗效。方法以MG-63细胞为体外模型,用62.5μmol/LAA与1μmol/LAs2O3单独或联合处理细胞,利用新型连续活细胞图像采集和分析平台(continuouslivecellimagingandanalysisplatform,CellIQ)实时观察细胞的生长情况和形态学的变化。结果1μmol/LAs2O3和62.5μmol/LAA单独处理都可抑制MG-63细胞的生长并诱导细胞死亡。1μmol/LAs2O3和62.5μmol/LAA联合处理细胞较单独处理组细胞抑制效果更明显。结论AA和AS2O3抗人骨肉瘤细胞Mg63可起到协同作用,这一结果为临床治疗骨肉瘤提供了新的思路和实验依据。

Abstract: Enhancing immunity and antiturnor activity is the important biological activity of polysaccharide. Studies showed that it enhanced immunity through improving the activity of immtmocyte, activising the secretion of cell factor, inducing the production of antibody and activising the complementary system, etc. The antitumor ways of polysaccharide mainly were inhibiting the growth of cancer cells and the synthesis of protein and nuclear acid in the cells, inducing apoptosis, affecting the expression of cancer gene and changing the growing specialities of the cancer cell membrane. In this review, research advances in the field of immunomodulation and antitumor activity ofpolysaccharides in recent years were briefly summarized and analysed.

Abstract: 本文研究了Orlicz混合相交体及其性质.利用几何分析方法提出了Orlicz混合相交体的概念,获得了Orlicz混合相交体算子的连续性和仿射不变性.通过积分方法和Steiner对称,建立了Orlicz混合相交体的仿射等周不等式.
In this paper, we investigate the Orlicz mixed intersection bodies and its properties. By using geometric analysis, we introduce the concept of Orlicz mixed intersection bodies and obtain the continuity and affine invariant property of the Orlicz mixed intersection bodies operator. By applying the integral methods and Steiner symmetrization, the affine isoperimetric inequality for Orlicz mixed intersection bodies is established

Abstract: 计算了有应力和无应力状态下产生非球对称应变的氢原于的化学位之差,μ_σ-μ_0=-VΣσ_iε_(ii)~′,其中U就是氢应变场和外应力场的互作用能.对纯剪应力τ,则U=-0.55133Vτ(ε_(11)-ε_(22)),因而当氢在α-Fe中引起四方畸变时,它和剪应力就有互作用,从而可导致氢在45°面上富集,这就可解释充氢的无裂纹扭转试样以及III型裂纹试样能沿45°面产生氢致滞后断裂的实验事实.当非球对称应变的氢择优分布时,在拉伸和压缩条件下的氢浓度公式并不相同,分别为C_t=C_0exp[(0.70089ε_(11)+0.29911ε_(22))Vo/RT],C_0exp[(0.14956ε_(11)+0.85044ε_(22))Vσ/RT].因此,根据氢渗透实验所获得的C_t/C_0和C_p/C_0,就可定出ε_(11)/ε_(22).例如,用Bockris的数据可得ε_(11)/ε_(22)=1.27.这表明氢在α-Fe中的应变是非球对称的.

Abstract: The paper introduced a system framework of 3D nerve visualization and made research of the techniques for the 3D nerves visualization based on serial tissue sections.According to the characters of the images and the specificity of the topographic anatomy of the nerves,the paper proposed a correspondence algorithm using the moment invariants with the consideration of space restriction relationship,obtained the center lines of the nerves with the topological structure,and based on the 3D structures brings up a algorithm to classify the complex nerve fascicles.Finally,experimental results show the using of the proposed algorithms.

Abstract: <正> 到目前为止,对Ⅱ型试样的氢致开裂和应力腐蚀还没有进行深入的研究。本文用超高强钢Ⅱ型缺口试样,研究Ⅱ型试样能否产生氢致开裂,研究氢致裂纹的形核位置及方向,从而加深了对氢致开裂机理的研究。同时,用有限元8节点等参元法计算了缺口前端的应力场,并用之对实验结果进行了定量分析。 实验过程 超高强度钢34CrNi3MoA成分为(wt-%):C=0.33,Si=0.25,Mn=0.67,Cr=0.93,Ni=2.80,Mo=0.34,其余为Fe。试样加工
