Abstract:
为了培养二十一世纪的创新型复合型人才,双语教学在大学教学中开始逐步占据独特地位。本文首先阐述了高校双语教学工作的重要性,它是中国高等教育顺应国际化趋势,培养国际化人才的需要。然后具体探讨了当前高校双语教学的现状,分析了存在的问题和面临的挑战,针对这些问题和面临的挑战提出了解决问题的策略。
In order to cultivate innovation-oriented and interdisciplinary talents in the 21st century, bilingual teaching has gradually occupied a unique position in college teaching. The article first elaborates the importance of promoting bilingual teaching is elaborated, which is a need of China’s higher education to adapt itself to internationalization and train internationally-conscious talents. An in-depth discussion of the status quo of bilingual teaching facing China’s higher education and our university in particular, and a proper analysis is provided in terms of the problems and challenges we are faced with. In the end, my own views as to how to work out the problems and challenges are presented.

Abstract: 同塔双回输电线路是解决输电线路架设占用土地、跨越民房等引起的与城镇规划建设、居民生活之间的矛盾的有效方法,可是,一旦发生故障,如何更加精确的定位故障位置是其主要的突出问题。本文正是基于此,并考虑同塔双回输电线路的磁偶对所测数据的影响,介绍了一种不受磁偶影响就可以对故障点进行精确定位的方法,即基于S变换利用故障相电流信号的能量与对应的电压平均值来对同塔双回输电线路故障进行检测与定位的方法。并以A相接地故障为例进行了研究和分析,最后通过应用PSCAD软件进行建模和仿真,进一步验证了该方法的有效性,也为后续研究同塔多回输电线路的故障奠定了基础。
Double circuit transmission lines on the same tower is the effective method to solve the occupied land which was erected by the transmission lines, across houses and so on, which caused the contradiction between the urban planning and construction and the lives of the residents. However, in the event of a failure, the main outstanding issue is how to locate the fault more accurately in the case of the effect of the same tower double circuit transmission lines of magnetic coupling on the measured data. The principle of the method is based on S transformation to utilize the energy of the fault phase current signal and the corresponding average voltage to detect and locate the fault of the same tower transmission line. A phase to earth fault as an example is researched in this paper and then the modeling and simulation through the application PSCAD is conducted. Further, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified, meanwhile, it will lay a foundation for researching on the more towers of transmission line fault.

Abstract:
四旋翼飞行器的模型参数不确定性及外界扰动,使控制系统的设计具有挑战性。本文提出了一种自适应滑模控制方法,应用于四旋翼控制系统的快回路和慢回路中实现航点轨迹跟踪。在滑模控制保证系统的鲁棒性前提下,引入自适应控制单元来补偿模型参数不确定性和外界扰动,并用Lyapunov理论证明了系统的渐进稳定。仿真结果表明该方法能够良好的跟踪参考高度和轨迹。
It is a challenge to design the controller for quadrotor aerial robot because of its uncertainty of model parameter and extern disturbance. The paper presents an adaptive sliding mode controller which is applied to the slow and fast loop control of quadrotor for waypoints trajactory tracking. On the premise of sliding mode control to ensure the control robustness, the adaptive control variables are used to compensate the parameter uncertainty and extern disturbance. Base on the Lyapunov theory, the global asymptotic stability is validated. It behaves perfectly at the reference altitude and trajectory track in simulation.

Abstract:
在研究固定翼无人机的轨迹跟踪控制问题时,为提高跟踪系统鲁棒性,设计了一款滑模控制器。在建立固定翼无人机数学模型后,对固定翼轨迹跟踪控制的模型进行分析. 并将滑模变结构控制应用到固定翼无人机的轨迹跟踪控制中,通过Lyapunov理论证明系统的稳定性,最后在MATLAB环境中,通过建模仿真数值试验验证方法可行性。
Aiming at improving the robustness of the tracking system, an adaptive sliding mode controller on the fixed wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) trajectory tracking control problem is suggested. After introducing the establishment of the fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle mathematical model, the trajectory tracking control model is analyzed. The sliding mode control technology is applied into UAV trajectory tracking control model, and the robustness of the system is improved through Lyapunov theory, Finally, it's feasibility that is tested through modeling and simulation experiments in MATLAB.

Abstract: 多维项目反应理论是现代心理测量理论的新发展,文章对多维项目反应理论的计量模型、参数估计及应用进行了综述,认为多维项目反应理论模型开发应与认知结构相结合,马尔科夫链蒙特卡洛方法能较好地实现多维项目反应理论的参数估计,应加强多种题型、多种多维项目反应模型结合的参数估计研究,建议使用基于最大信息量法的多维项目反应理论模型计算测验的总分。
Multidimensional Item Response Theory (MIRT) is the new development of modern psychometric theories. The psychometric models, parameter estimation and application of MIRT are overviewed in this paper. It is concluded that the development of MIRT models should be combined with cognitive construct, the method of MCMC should be used to enhance the parameter estimation of MIRT, the research of the mixed MIRT should be strengthened, and the method of maximum information should be used to get the total score of a test.

Abstract: 磁性高分子材料由于其比重小,强度高,保磁性强等特点,以及在电子仪器、传感器、仪表、通讯、自动控制等领域的广泛应用前景,正成为当今功能材料研究领域中的一个热点.结构型的磁性高分子材料仍处于探索性研究阶段,复合型的高分子磁性材料往往由于磁粉与高分子基材,尤其是与低极性大品种的聚烯烃基村的相容性很差,难以得到高性能的材料.为此,本工作首先制成了以磁活性物质如铁氧体等为载体的Ziegler-Natta催化剂,利用原位聚合的方法,使聚烯烃在磁活性物质表面原位生成,首次以此方法获得了既不同于结构型,也区别于复合型的塑料态和橡胶态的磁性聚烯烃材料.材料的性能测试结果表明,抗拉强度和饱和磁化强度均优于一般用共混法得到的复合型聚烯烃磁性材料.
