Abstract: 大量流行病学研究表明,大豆异黄酮具有明显的抗癌、抗氧化、抗炎、防护心脑血管以及预防骨质疏松等多种生理功能。被人和其他哺乳动物摄入体内的大豆异黄酮在胃肠道菌群作用下可被降解为二氢黄豆苷原、二氢染料木素、去氧甲基安哥拉紫檀素、雌马酚等不同代谢产物。体内及体外研究结果均表明,大豆异黄酮代谢产物具有比大豆异黄酮更高、更广的生物学活性。迄今,已有大量大豆异黄酮代谢产物产生菌从不同动物胃肠道微生物菌群中被分离出来。目前,人们正专注于从已分离的大豆异黄酮转化菌株中克隆相关转化酶基因。本文将对大豆异黄酮转化菌株分离及相关转化酶基因克隆现状作一综述。
Epidemiological studies have shown that soy isoflavones have many important physiological activities, such as anticarcinogenic, antioxidant, antiinflammation, protection of cardiovascular diseases, prevention of osteoporosis etc. Isoflavones can be converted to different metabolites, including dihydrodaidzein (DHD), dihydrogenistein (DHG), O-desmethylangolensin (O-Dma), equol etc., by gastrointestinal microflora of humans and other mammals. Both in vitro and in vivo studies have indicated that isoflavone metabolites are of stronger and wider bioactivity than that of isoflavones themselves. To date, many specific bacterial strains capable of biotransforming isoflavones have been isolated from the microflora living in gastrointestinal tract of different animals. At present, researchers are focusing on cloning of genes encoding different biotransforming enzymes from isolated bacterial strains responsible for biotransforming isoflavones. This paper will review the isolated bacterial strains for biotransforming isoflavones and cloning of genes encoding for relative biotransforming enzymes.

Abstract: 中医之气分类繁多,基于全同性的概念通过分析各类气的基本属性、功能特点及现代化研究,发现各类中医之气具有不可分辨性,推断出中医之气具有全同性。对明晰中医气的概念、完善中医理论体系、促进中医学的发展和指导临床实践具有一定的指导意义。
There are many kinds of categories of Qi in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Based on the concept of identity principle, by analyzing the basic attributes, functional characteristics and modern researches of various categories of Qi, we have the presumption that Qi of TCM has identity principle. This provides a theoretical significance for clarifying the concept of Chinese medicine Qi, perfecting the theoretical system of TCM, promoting the development of TCM and guiding clinical practice.

Abstract: Gloeobacter violaceus, which lacks thylakoids, is the earliest branched cyanobacteria in the phylogenetic tree. Photosynthetic and respiratory systems coexist in its plasma membrane. To study of feature of the protein location of photosynthetic and respiration systems, we isolated and used LC-MS/MS to analyze plasma membrane proteins of G. violaceus PCC 7421. The results showed this species had critical photosynthetic reaction center complexes proteins, such as photosystem II protein D1, photosystem I P700 chlorophyll a apoprotein A2, cytochrome b6, and allophycocyanin beta subunit. The ribulose bisophosphate carboxylase was also identified. The ATP synthesis subunits, cell division proteins and nitrate transporters were identified at the same time. Therefore, the plasma membrane not only could carry out photosynthesis and respiration, the nutrient transport and other transport function also existed. Because of the low similarity of its gene with other organisms, many proteins were difficult to be annotated.

Abstract: GloeobacterviolaceusPCC7421是一种在进化上很古老的无类囊体蓝藻,由于光合作用电子传递链与呼吸系统在其细胞质膜上共存,这两个系统可能会共享一些元件,为研究其光合作用系统结构的独特之处,应用高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用(LC-MS/MS)技术对其细胞膜蛋白进行蛋白质组学分析。经鉴定发现,G.violaceus的细胞质膜上具有PSⅠ、PSⅡ和细胞色素b6等光合作用关键蛋白,同时具有呼吸作用过程中的关键酶1,5-二磷酸羧化酶/加氧酶、F0F1-ATP酶α和β亚基、细胞分裂蛋白、硝酸盐/亚硝酸盐转运蛋白、青霉素结合蛋白以及多种药物受体ABC转运蛋白。由此可知,G.violaceus的细胞质膜不仅能够同时进行光合作用和呼吸作用,且营养盐运输等转运功能也同时存在。G.violaceus的全基因数据分析显示其基因序列具有独特性,其蛋白注释相对比较少,因此其蛋白功能的研究需要更多数据的支持。

Abstract:
本文针对安徽某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂,模拟烟塔合一和烟囱排放两种不同排烟方式对大气环境的影响并进行比较,结果表明烟塔方案较烟囱方案的小时浓度、日均浓度较高,但年均浓度明显较低。同时,通过环境风洞实验确定了采用烟塔合一排烟方式时的环境防护距离,未超过“环发[2008]82号”要求“新改扩建项目环境防护距离不得小于300 m”,不会因采取烟塔合一方案而增加额外的拆迁需求。研究结果对生活垃圾焚烧发电厂排烟方式的优化选择具有一定参考价值。
As the case study of a municipal solid waste (MSW) incineration plant in Anhui Province, the maxi- mum ground concentration from natural draft cooling towers (NDCT) with flue gas injection of 88 m high is calculated in this paper, as a parallel calculation, the maximum ground concentrations from a 60 m high chimney and an 80 m high chimney are calculated. The results show that, compared with the concentrations from the chimneys, the maximum yearly average ground concentration from a 88 m high cooling tower is lower, but the maximum daily and hour average ground concentrations are higher. Also, this paper determines the atmospheric environmental protection zone for NDCT with flue gas injection by physical simulation experiment in environmental wind tunnel. The determined zone is within the area required by MEP (Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China), so there is no more demand for relocation causing by NDCT with flue gas injection. This research is valuable for the optimal selection of flue gas exhausting methods in municipal solid waste incineration plant.

Abstract: 图像分割是目标识别,资源分类等研究的基础。在医学临床诊断,视频监控计算机视觉等多个林谷都有重要的应用。水平集方法以一种紧凑的方式来表达集合主动轮廓曲线的演化,并且为之提供稳定的数值计算。Chan和Vese提出的基于简化的Mumford-Shan模型的主动轮廓模型(C-V方法),能够很的检查出带有空洞的目标的内部区域,但只能处理两相图片的分割。基于C-V模型,Vese Chan推广到实用多个水平集函数来分割多相图像,即Vese-Chan变分多水平模型。该方法有以下优点:可以自动的避免水平集函数覆盖区域的“重叠”和“真空”问题。本文中,我们基于C-V模型以及Vese-Chan变分水平集模型,实现了如何利用单个水平集函数以及两个水平集函数来进行医学图像分割;讨论了这两种方法的优缺点。我们的图像分割数值实验结果验证了理论结果。
Image segmentation is the basic of object detection and resource classification, and it has an im-portant application in the field of medical diagnosis, video monitoring and computer vision. Level set method describes the evolution of geometric active contour in a compact way and provides a stable numerical algorithm. Chan and Vese first introduced the active contour model based sim-plified Mumford-Shah model, which could well detect the vacuum of object, but could represent only two phases or segments in the image. Vese-Chan variational level set model was proposed by Vese-Chan as the generalization of C-V model, which needed multiple level set functions for n phases image segmentation; it can represent boundaries with complex topologies. In this paper, based on the C-V model and Vese-Chan variational level set model, we show how to do medical image segmentation through one level set function and two-level set functions respectively. We discuss the advantages and disadvantages of both methods. Our numerical results validate our theoretical predication.
生态退耕前后甘肃正宁县农地利用可持续性评估

Abstract: 科学评判生态退耕区农业土地利用可持续性的变化特征,对相关政策的完善具有重要的意义。本文以甘肃正宁县为案例区,从土地投入水平合理度、土地产出效益、环境支持力、政策补贴4组准则出发,选取了影响农业土地利用可持续性的15个指标,构建了基于1995-2010年时间序列数据的测算体系,并通过相对接近度法(TOPSIS),来多层次衡量农业土地利用的可持续性时序变化特征。最后采用层次聚类法,基于全部指标对研究年份进行聚类,进而区分研究区农业土地利用可持续性变化的时间节点。结果表明:①构建的土地投入水平合理度指数C(I)、土地产出效益指数C(O)、环境支持力指数C(E)和农业土地利用可持续性指数C(T)时序曲线都表现出明显的波动上升的趋势,C(T)最大值为2002年的0.77,最小值为1995年的0.20;②通过层次聚类分析将正宁县退耕前后16年的农业土地利用可持续性特点划分为:1995-2002年的波动调整阶段、2003-2007年的稳定增长阶段和2008-2010年的巩固预警阶段。

Abstract: ?辽宁省是恶性肿瘤高发区之一,也是东北地区放射治疗重点区域.近年来,应用加速器治疗肿瘤工作发展迅速.由1989年的4台机发展到2003年22台机.年放疗人次由10万增加40万,经加速器治疗的患者占总放疗人次的3/5.目前正在运行的22台机中,国产6台,进口16台;单能机7台,多能机15台,分布在10个市17所医院,构成全省放疗主体.按照GB16396-1996《医用电子加速器放射卫生防护标准》和相关规定,对20台机的14个项目进行监测.
