Abstract:
尽管目前结直肠癌治疗方法不断的创新与发展,其预后仍然较差,尤其是晚期结直肠癌,如病人可以早期诊断并治疗其5年生存率可以显著提高。结直肠癌不仅影响人均寿命,也对社会经济造成巨大负担。传统结直肠癌筛查方法包括便潜血检测及结肠镜检查,便潜血检测其敏感性及特异性较低;而结肠镜具有侵入性,花费较高且存在一定风险。这两项方法并不能满足结直肠癌早期诊断的要求,因此迫切需要一种筛查方法早期发现、早期诊断结直肠癌,延长结直肠癌患者生存期,改善其预后。继基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学之后新兴的一门“组学”称为代谢组学,其对生物体内参与生化反应成千上万中间产物及终产物进行动态的定性定量分析,可以反应生物不同生理、病理及生长状态。近期研究发现代谢组学在肿瘤的研究中具有广泛的用途,包括肿瘤早期诊断、分期、评估疗效和预测预后等,其中包括关于结直肠癌的研究,这为建立有效、稳点、可靠的结直肠癌早期诊断方法提供了新的思路。本文对代谢组学在结直肠癌中早期诊断的研究进展作一综述。
Although the treatment methods of colorectal cancer have experienced constant innovations and development, the prognosis remains poor, especially among patients with advanced colorectal can-cer. Early diagnosis and treatment may significantly improve the five-year survival rate of these pa-tients. Colorectal cancer not only shortens mean life span, but also percolates the social economy. Traditional screening methods of colorectal cancer mainly include fecal occult blood detection and colonoscopy. Fecal occult blood detection focuses on the sensitivity of colerectal cancer but has low specificity, while colonoscopy is invasive, expensive and subject to some risk. These two methods fail to meet the requirements for early diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a screening method for early detection and early diagnosis of colorectal cancer in order to prolong the survival time of patients with colorectal cancer and improve the prognosis. Following genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics, metabolomics comes into being as a new “omics” that carries out dynamic, quantitative and qualitative analyses of thousands of intermediate products and end products entering into a sequence of biochemical reactions, thus reflecting various physiological, pathological and growth statuses. Recent studies have found that metabolomics had a wide range of uses in cancer researches, including early tumor diagnosis, staging, therapeutic evaluation, prognosis prediction and so on; researchers on colorectal cancer also included. This provides new ways for establishing effective, stable and reliable methods of early diagnosis of colorectal cancer. This review mainly presents an introduction to the concept and research techniques of metabolomics, as well as advances in its applications in early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.

Abstract: 对于一个单发单收的无线通信系统,本文推导了联合解码法,并对其性能做出了理论的分析,得到了其成对错误概率的解析公式。基于此公式的分析表明,不用信道估计的联合解码法的性能要优于基于信道估计方法的系统性能。并且在某些特定的条件下,不发送训练序列的系统性能要优于基于训练序列的系统性能。所有的仿真证实了上述结论。
For a single-input, single-output wireless communication system, the joint decoder is derived, and its performance analysis is shown in this paper. In fact, an analytic formula of calculating pair-wise error probability (PEP) is given. Analysis based on this formula shows that the joint decoder without channel estimation outperforms decoders based on channel estimation. Moreover, it also shows that, for a fast fading channel, performance of decoder based on training is worse than the performance of decoder without training. Simulations confirm our analysis above.

Abstract:
燃气冷热电三联供(Combined cooling heating and Power system, CCHP)的设备间散热量大,需要合理其通风气流组织,保证设备间的温度满足设备运行最佳温度。通过实验方法确定通风方案成本过高,有必要利用模拟方式辅助设计通风系统。本文通过构建设备间三维数学模型,利用Fluent软件,对CCHP系统设备间的温度场进行数值分析,提出了气流组织形式的改进方案及相应的通风设计依据。按照改进后的通风系统,夏季在进风温度为室外设计温度307 k时,通过模拟分析利用增设冷风设备能够有效地降低发电机组运行的环境温度。冬季在进风温度设计室外温度为269.4 K时,通过模拟分析可利用自然进风和强制排风方式保证设备间的运行环境温度,可节省系统运行成本。
Heat dissipation between equipments of CCHP system, which need well organized ventilation to assure the optimum temperature for equipments running. It costs much to obtain the ventilation plan by experimental method; it is necessary to use simulation as an auxiliary for the design of ventilation system. By the building of mathematical model of equipments and using the software Fluent for numerical analysis of the temperature field between equipments, this paper gives the improvement scheme for air distribution mode and design criteria for ventilation. According to the improved ventilation system, the extra use of cold wind equipment can decrease the running temperature of power generator effectively by simulation under the condition that the inlet air temperature is equal to the design temperature 307 K of outside in summer. In winter, when the inlet air temperature is equal to the design temperature 269.4 K of outside, the use of natural air inlet and forced air exhaust can keep the running ambient temperature between equipments, which can save operation costs of the system.
双语者语言转换中非目标语言的加工机制

Abstract: 语言转换是指双语者由所掌握的一种语言转换到另一种语言的现象, 这一现象近些年来引起了研究者的广泛关注。针对语言转换中双语者在从心理词典中顺利提取所需要的语言(称之为目标语言)时如何加工在当前任务中不使用的那种语言(称之为非目标语言), 研究者进行了大量研究。仔细分析这些研究, 可以看出这些研究主要围绕着3个核心问题: (1)语言转换中双语者使用目标语言时非目标语言是否激活; (2)若非目标语言激活, 这种激活发生在何种层面(概念层面还是词汇层面); (3)激活的非目标语言会对目标语言产生什么样的影响。以此为基础, 本文从语言产生转换和语言理解转换两大领域对相关研究进行了总结和梳理, 最后对未来的语言转换研究进行了展望。

Abstract: 认知科学研究中一个核心问题是知识在头脑中是如何表征的。其中占主流的理论一直是命题符号理论,受体验哲学和体验认知的推动以及知觉和认知的关系发生转变的影响,Barsalou针对命题符号理论的不足提出了知觉符号理论。知觉符号理论做为第二代认知科学的代表性理论之一,提出后获得了许多实验证据的支持。当然,该理论也存在着一些问题,有待于研究者进一步探讨。
