半夏花粉活性和柱头可授性测定研究

Abstract:

本文首次对半夏的花粉活性和柱头可授性进行了研究,以期为半夏的有性繁殖和育种研究提供科学依据。在3种测定半夏花粉活力的方法中,TTC染色法的染色效果不理想;MTT染色法最优,使花粉出现紫色、淡红色、无色三种颜色反应,利于观察,其染色率为86.59%;次甲基蓝染色法的染色效果次之,但染色率略高于TTC染色法,为89.62%;半夏雌花在一天中的开放时间略早于雄花,其花粉活力与柱头可授性相遇时间为48~72 h;散粉集中于开花第3、4天,此时花粉数较多,花粉活力维持在85.15%~94.11%;而于开花前一天、开花当天和开花第2天的柱头活性较强;人工控制授粉可提高半夏的结实率和种子数量。
This paper studied on the pollen viability and stigma receptivity of Pinellia ternate for the first time, as to provide a scientific basis for sexual reproduction and breeding of new varieties. In the three determination methods of P. ternata pollen activity, the staining effect of TTC was not ideal. The staining effect of MTT was best, which was beneficial to identify pollen viability, because it made pollen come out three kinds of color reaction of purple, faint red and colorless. Its dyeing rate was 86.59%. The staining effect of methylene blue was better, but the dyeing rate was higher than MTT, which was 89.62%. The opening time of P. ternata’s female flower was slightly earlier than male flower in a day. There were 48 - 72 h to make an appointment between pollen and stigma receptivity. Pollen scattering was concentrated on the third and fourth days of flower opening. During this period of time, the number of pollen was larger and the pollen activity was kept between 85.15% - 94.11%. The stigma receptivity was high during the former day, the very day and the second day of blooming. Artificially control pollination could improve the seeds setting percentage and seed number of P. ternata.

Abstract:
为了提高应急救援的效率,本文在分析虚拟应急物流联盟协同运作机理,通过投影寻踪得到高维数据在一维空间上的投影特征值,构建了虚拟应急物流联盟应急能力的投影寻踪回归评价模型,在此基础上,设计了混合粒子群优化算法。最后,以实例分析了该模型的客观性和科学性,并采用Matlab软件平台分析计算。
In order to improve the efficiency of emergency rescue, the alliance collaboration mechanism of virtual emergency logistics was analyzed in this paper, and evaluation model of response capabilities of emergency logistics alliance has been built based on projection pursuit regression theory through the projection pursuit to get the projection characteristics of high dimensional data in one-dimensional space value. On this basis, hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to solve this model. Finally, a case study has been carried out in order to testify validity of this model and its algorithm by using Matlab to calculating and comparing analysis. This method for response capabilities evaluation of emergency logistics alliance has some reference value.

Abstract:
针对块煤在气化炉下落过程的传热传质现象建立了块煤变化相关模型,利用程序进行数值求解。结果表明块煤在熔融气化炉拱顶自由空间内下落过程极为短暂,其过程为加速度逐渐变小,速度不断增加过程。块煤下落过程中温度变化显著,其变化主要集中在块煤外部节点,块煤内部各节点温度几乎保持不变。块煤外表面温度变化明显,下落初期升温速率较大,后期升温速率减小,温度缓慢升高。块煤内部节点受传热影响升温速度慢。块煤下落初期表面水分快速蒸发,内部节点水分蒸发速率低于表面。越靠近块煤中心节点水分蒸发速率越小;块煤内部挥发分脱除曲线近似呈“阶梯状”分布。下落过程中块煤密度减小。
Several correlative models were developed to evaluate heat and mass transfer phenomenon and dropping behaviour of lump coal from the gasifier dome. Some programs were used to acquire si-mulation result. The result shows that the dropping time of lump coal from the gasifier dome is very short. The acceleration speed decreases while the speed is increasing during the process of dropping. Temperature changes of lump coal are obvious in the dropping process of lump coal. Temperature changes focus on external node of lump coal. The temperature of internal node of lump coal is almost constant. Temperature change of outside surface of lump coal is obvious and the heating rate is high at the beginning of dropping of lump coal. However the heating rate decreases later and the temperature of lump coal increases slowly. Increase of internal node temperature of lump coal is slow because of influence of heat transfer. The surface moisture evaporates rapidly at the beginning of dropping of lump coal. The moisture evaporation rate of internal node of lump coal is faster than that of external node. The nearer the note to the core of lump coal, the lower the evaporation rate. The volatile removal of internal node of lump coal shows the ladder-like distribution. The density of lump coal decreases in the process of dropping.
金属资源的紧缺与隐伏矿找矿的思考

Abstract: 我国金属资源的紧缺,不是资源的匮乏,而是对隐伏矿找矿的不力.就空间而论,隐伏矿只是埋藏较深的矿床,它不涉及地质成矿的新理论.需要解决的是深部找矿的能力,要求找矿方法与技术有新的突破.当前矿山开采的深度可达1km左右,据此,要求隐伏矿找矿的深度至少应该达到开采深度,地质(物理)填图达到2~3km的深度,是完全必要的.地球物理在深部探测方面具有相对优势.但现有地面地球物理方法,尚不能满足隐伏矿找矿的需要,应加大科研力度,依靠基础研究,有望3~5年的时间,能有系列的新方法与新技术的出现,满足隐伏矿的有效勘查.由于隐伏矿找矿失去了矿产的直接信息,只能依靠深部探测的方法、技术,得到间接信息.间接信息的欠定性,会给找矿带来高风险性.为了降低高风险的巨大损失,除应具备足够的有效信息量外,还必须对信息表述的对象,进行去粗取精、去伪存真的分析与研究.而基于不同知识背景的多学科,对信息的综合研究,能最大限度地将信息的欠定性转化为矿产的专属性,从而发现隐伏矿床.建立多学科互补、合作的找矿机制,是找矿的必然要求,也是矿产资源部门体制改革的重点.

加压下Ni/MgO催化剂催化CO2重整CH4反应的特性

Abstract: ?以在流动N2中热处理的Mg(OH)2醇凝胶制得的纳米氧化镁(MgO-AN)为载体,制备了Ni/MgO-AN催化剂.这种催化剂在常压下的CO2重整CH4反应中表现出了高活性和稳定性,而在加压反应中的催化活性随着反应压力的升高而降低,并呈现出自稳定特性.采用TG,XRD和TPH技术对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,常压反应中催化剂表面的积炭量很少,而在加压反应中催化剂表面有明显的积炭,且积炭量随着反应的进行逐渐增加,并在12h左右达到一个稳定值.催化剂的活性组分金属Ni在常压CO2重整CH4反应中不发生烧结长大,而在加压反应中发生明显的烧结.常压反应中催化剂表面只形成一种积炭物种,而在加压反应中形成两种积炭物种.因此,Ni/MgO-AN在加压反应中的催化行为与常压反应中的有明显区别.
