Abstract:
为了开发用于计算立井井筒装备结构分析软件,首次提出基于SAP2000的立井井筒装备结构建模方法;首先依据井筒装备结构和各构件特点,将井筒装备结构分为5种类型,构建了立井井筒装备各构件位置坐标的数学模型,实现了立井井筒装备参数化建模;然后根据立井井筒装备各构件连接特点和边界特点,合理设置了模型中各构件的连接和边界,又根据立井井筒装备荷载水平力特性,确定了荷载水平力作用位置和工况组合;最后为开发基于SAP2000的立井井筒装备结构计算软件提供了依据。
To develop structural analysis software for calculating shaft equipment, modeling method for structure of shaft equipment based on SAP2000 is firstly presented. First of all, based on the fea-ture of shaft equipment and each member, structure of shaft equipment is divided into five types. Mathematic model of each member of shaft equipment is established, meanwhile, parametric modeling for shaft equipment is realized. Then, according to the feature of connection and boun-daries, which belongs to the members of shaft equipment, the reasonable connection and boundaries of each member are set up in the model. On the basis of the load characteristics of horizontal force, the combination of the horizontal force’s working position and condition is determined. In the end, it is helpful for developing the structural analysis software for shaft equipment based on SAP2000.
综放面巷道煤层自然预测技术研究

Abstract: 根据综放面巷道自燃环境及条件,提出自然发火预测思路,预测方法,以及煤层自然特性参数和现场参数的定量测算方法,建立了巷道煤层自燃危险程度和最短发火期的预测模型,最后通过东淮矿4308综放面沿空轨顺的实际模拟及预测,证明其预测精度达90%以上。
依帕司他对高糖诱导的血管内皮损伤的保护作用

Abstract: 目的初步研究依帕司他保护高糖诱导的血管内皮细胞损伤的作用。方法体外培养脐静脉血管内皮细胞huvec,高糖刺激8h后利用化学发光法检测细胞培养上清中no的含量,利用realtimepcr和westernblot分别检测细胞中内皮型一氧化氮合酶(enos)的mrna和蛋白表达水平,以同浓度的甘露醇作为对照。给予依帕司他(0.1μmol/l)预处理30min,随后再进行高糖培养,检测no的含量以及enos的mrna和蛋白表达,同时检测依帕司他的靶向基因醛糖还原酶(ar)以及no的上游基因nadph氧化酶4(nox4)的蛋白表达水平。结果高糖培养8h之后,血管内皮细胞分泌no下降,enos的mrna和蛋白表达水平下降,与甘露醇对照组相比,具有统计学差异(p<0.05);预先给予依帕司他处理后再进行高糖培养,细胞中enos的mrna和蛋白表达水平均升高,no表达上调,与单独高糖培养组相比,具有统计学差异(p<0.05)。同时,细胞中ar和nox4的蛋白表达下降。结论高糖可以诱导内皮细胞损伤,表现为no的分泌水平降低。依帕司他可能是通过抑制ar和nox4的表达而发挥对血管内皮细胞损伤的保护作用。
煤自燃极限参数的支持向量机预测模型

Abstract: 建立了基于支持向量机(SupportVectorMachine,SVM)的煤自燃极限参数预测模型;经过与多项式函数及Sigmoid核函数的对比,选用径向基函数作为SVM核函数;提出了一种SVM参数优化的变步长搜索方法,先在一个大区域根据训练样本均方差的值改变参数搜索步长,找到一个性能好的小区域,在这个小区域中应用网格搜索法找到最优参数,可提高参数搜索速度.实验表明,与人工神经网络模型相比,在样本有限的情况下,基于支持向量机的煤自燃极限参数预测模型预测精度更高、速度更快,说明支持向量机技术在煤自燃极限参数预测中具有实用价值.

Abstract: 相邻象素之间的相关是图象数字变焦(视频插补)、图象平滑及滤波处理的理论基础。为此以图象的相关系数为量化参数,讨论了象素空间和灰度相关性;定义了象素的空间距离和灰度距离,并在此基础上构造了基于空间相关和灰度相关领域变焦(插值)算子,给出了该算子的离散算法、软件实现和仿真。仿真结果表明:该算法最大限度地减小了图象的几何失真和色彩失真,可满足数码相机数字变焦的视觉要求。本算法已应用于i.Photo系列数码相机。

Abstract: 地热资源作为一种具有矿产资源和水资源的双重性,是集热、矿、水三位一体的清洁、宝贵、可利用的矿产资源。本文主要通过分析昆明市的地质构造,研究昆明城区的地热分布格局以及地热与地质构造之间的关系,总结地热资源现阶段的开发利用情况和存在的各种环境问题。并提出合理可行的解决措施与对策以供管理决策提供依据。
Geothermal resources, as a kind of combination of the mineral resources and water resources, are a clean, precious and available mineral resource, which is a trinity of heat, mining and water. By ana-lyzing the geological structure of Kunming, to study the geothermal distribution pattern in Kunming City and the relationships between geothermal and geological structure, their development, utilization and various environmental problems at present were summarized. At the same time, we put forward some feasible solutions and countermeasures to provide a basis for management decisions.

Abstract:
在现今的时代背景下,新农村的建设中,危房改造问题尤为突出。本文以深入调查为基础,对云南省文山州富宁县田蓬镇山区现有农村住房的特点、住房类型、破坏情况及起因进行分析,统计危旧房屋数量。结合当地传统房屋传统工艺做法,地理地质情况,抗灾需求等条件,提出了有针对性的房屋改造建议。高度危险房屋建议拆后重建,而轻度和中度危险的房屋需进行加固修缮。将危改与旅游产业相结合,建设以壮族村寨为主的特色鲜明的原生态旅游,并开发加工绿色食品,经济发展的同时,将更有利于传统民居文化的保护与传承。
Nowadays, dilapidated building transformation is the most serious problem in the construction of New Countryside. Based on the investigation in depth, we analyzed the characteristics and types of buildings, the situation and causes of damage, counted the quantity of dilapidated buildings. We came up with some suggestions by the traditional process of the local buildings, geological condi-tions, the demand of disaster relief and so on. It showed that the highly dangerous buildings need to reconstruct, the light and moderate need to strengthen and repair. It will be good for protecting and inheriting the traditional culture with combining the dilapidated building transformation and tourism, constructing the original ecological tourism of Zhuang peoples village and developing the process of the green foods.

Abstract:
地热资源是地球上可持续的再生清洁能源,我国是地热资源大国,地热资源储量丰富。但由于目前我国地热资源的开发利用以直接利用为主,利用率较低,资金不足,技术含量低且设施设备不完善,对深层次的地热资源开发利用缺乏科学研究和长期的发展规划,对地热资源的动态监测不足,政府监管力度不够,导致不合理开采和热污染现象凸显,对地热资源造成严重浪费。本文以腾冲市滇滩地区地热资源为例,分析其开发利用现状,并提出相对的意见和建议,为改善该地区的能源结构,推动该地区的经济发展做铺垫。
Geothermal resources are sustainable and renewable clean energy on Earth. China is a great country with geothermal resources and rich in geothermal resources storage. Since the exploitation and utilization of geothermal resources in China are mainly directly used, utilization rate is low. Due to lack of funds, low technical content, the incomplete equipment and facilities, lack of deep scientific research and long-term development plans on the exploitation and utilization of geothermal resource, dynamic monitoring of geothermal resources is insufficient and the gov-ernment supervision is inadequate, which lead to prominent unreasonable exploitation and thermal pollution phenomenon, and also cause serious waste of geothermal resources. This study is based on the geothermal resources in Diantan town area, Tengchong city, to analyze its exploitation and utilization status, and in addition puts forward relative proposals and suggestions, in order to improve the energy structure and be a steppingstone to the economic development of the region.
Dynamics of aggregation-annihilation process with cluster removals

Abstract: We have studied the kinetic behaviours of irreversible aggregation-annihilation models with cluster removals. In the models, an irreversible aggregation reaction occurs between any two clusters of the same species and an irreversible annihilation reaction occurs simultaneously between two different species; meanwhile, the clusters of large size are gradually removed from the system. In a mean-field limit, we obtain the general solutions of the cluster-mass distributions for the cases with an arbitrary removal probability. We found that the cluster-mass distribution of either species satisfies a generalized or modified scaling form. The results also indicate that the evolution behaviours of the systems depend strongly on the details of the reaction events.
