Abstract:
柳晟俊是韩国著名中国古典文学研究专家,研究成果甚丰,而唐诗研究影响尤大。其唐诗研究,从王维研究入也从王维研究出,以王维研究为突破点与重点,生动反映了他对中国诗学的认同与接受,即化理为情、以情化理而情理互融相生的诗学模式,具有对于中国诗学忠实的承传性,是中国诗学的主流话语,具有鲜明的诗性研究精神。而其逻辑思维的学术套路,始终以清代“神韵说”为理论依托,也因袭了中国诗学的以禅说诗的思路与价值取向,讲究“离象得神”、“披情着性”、“入妙通玄”。他所最擅长采用比较研究的方法,使其研究视域大开,也使其研究进入了纵横捭阖的自由境界,不仅广泛涉及唐代诸多诗人,而且立足本土而联系上韩国的历代诗人,使其外国文学研究立足于本国文学研究之上。这也形成了他研究的诗性特点,轻盈而灵通,互为比照,顾盼生姿,进入了比较文学的一个更深更广的理论层面。
Shengjun Liu is a famous Chinese classical literature expert in South Korea, and his research is very abundant, of which the study of Tang poetry has a great influence. His study of Tang poetry starts from the research of Wangwei and also develops in Wangwei research, which is his break-through point and focus. It vividly reflects his identification and acceptance of Chinese poetics: the poetics model of transforming reason into emotion, emotion into reason, and thus integrated emotion and reason. It is the inheritance of Chinese poetry, and the mainstream discourse of Chinese poetics, having a distinct poetic spirit. His academic routines of logic thinking are always based on the “charm theory” in Qing Dynasty, inherit the Dhyana ideology’s poetic ideas and values of Chinese poetics, and pay attention to “li xiang de shen”, “pi qing zhuo xing”, and “ru miao tong xuan”. He is best at using comparative studies, making his research expand and go into the freedom realm. His research involves not only a lot of poets in Tang Dynasty, but also the poets in South Korea, making the foreign literature study establish above the local literature research. So poetic characteristics in his study are formed, which are light, well-informed, and mutual comparison, coming into a deeper and wider theoretical level of comparative literature.

Intelligent Transportation System could provide all kinds of traffic information for travelers, releases the problem of traffic congestion by improving road utility, lowering the rate of traffic congestion and accidents. Traffic information collection is the key source for functions of traffic management and control. The paper researches the intelligent traffic information collection and system architecture based on IPv6, which constitute intelligent traffic information system looking the vehicle as mobile node of the network and collecting all kinds of traffic information, and establishes coordinate system of persons, cars, road and environment.

Abstract: 20093~7月间,通过对中山大学珠海校区滨海小流域上游河流、下游人工景观湖不同监测样点进行取样分析,根据营养盐、藻类与叶绿素a等指标评价该流域水体的富养化状态,结果表明:1) 上游河流采样点的综合营养状态指数(TLI)均小于40,水体仅处于中营养状态,富营养化的风险小,下游人工景观湖的TLI50~96之间,均已进入轻度富营养状态甚至重度富营养状态;2) 下游人工景观湖中总氮(TN)浓度2.96~11.51 mg/L之间,总磷(TP)浓度在0.13~0.67 mg/L之间,均超过湖泊富营养化发生的初始值(TN0.7 mg/L

Abstract:
运用文献资料、录像观察、数理分析等方法,通过对第20届世界杯足球赛亚洲参赛球队与四强球队在球员身体形态、比赛阵型、进攻技战术、防守技战术等方面进行比较研究。结果显示:(1) 亚洲球员在顶级联赛效力人数少;(2) 亚洲球员身体形态方面与四强球队有差距;(3) 在战术阵型上,本届世界杯大部分球队都采用4-2-3-1的攻守平衡阵型;(4) 攻击能力和防守能力等方面亚洲球队存在明显的不足,四强球队将个人技术和整体的完美结合是今后足球发展的趋势。
We have made a comparative study about players’ body shape formation, game formation, attacking tactics and defensive tactics, etc. between Asian teams and four top teams in the Twentieth Brazil World Cup, by using the methods of literature, video observation, and mathematical analysis. It turns out that, (1) the Asian players in the top league is few; (2) there is difference on the players’ body shape between Asian players and the top four teams players; (3) on the tactical formation, most of the World Cup teams took the 4-2-3-1 perfect balance formation; (4) there are obvious deficiencies about the attack and defensive ability on Asian teams, and the perfect combination of personal technology and the overall like the last four teams will be the development of football in the future.

产β-葡聚糖酶耐盐鲁氏酵母的筛选及鉴定

Abstract: 从农家自制辣椒酱中分离纯化了一株耐盐酵母,通过β-1,3葡聚糖酶鉴定(刚果红染色法)确定其具有合成、分泌胞外β-1,3葡聚糖酶特性。NaCl耐受性研究确定其具有高耐盐性,能经144 h的适应期后在24% NaCl的培养基B中稳定生长120 h。经26s rRNA基因序列分析鉴定为鲁氏酵母A(Z. Rouxii A)。Z. Rouxii A发酵培养中存在二次生长现象,其生物量在24 h和48 h达到峰值,分别比18 h的6.38 g/L提高了46.55%和87.15%,而21 h后葡萄糖浓度仅维持在1.57 g/L左右,说明:Z. Rouxii A生长过程中合成、分泌的β-葡聚糖酶持续降解发酵培养基中添加的β-1,3-1,6-葡聚糖,为其二次生长提供了碳源和能源。Z. Rouxii A的β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性曲线与生长曲线基本趋势一致,最大酶活性随着菌体自溶(12 h、24 h和48 h)而迅速降低,48 h达到酶活峰值15.23 U/mL,说明:Z. Rouxii A的β-1,3-葡聚糖酶合成与细胞生长偶联。以上数据确认该菌为产β-葡聚糖酶高耐盐鲁氏酵母。
A salt-tolerant yeast strain was isolated and purified from a homemade chili sauce. Congo red agar plate method confirmed that the strain produced extracellular β-1,3-glucanase. The NaCl-tolerance test showed that the strain had high salt-tolerance, with stable growth observed for 120 h in medium B containing 24% NaCl after an adaptation period of 144 h. The strain was identified as Zygosaccharomyces rouxii A via 26S rRNA sequence analysis. Secondary growth phenomenawere observed during fermentation where the biomass reached peak values at 24 and 48 h, with an increase of 46.55% (9.35 g/L) and 87.15% (11.94 g/L), respectively, compared with that at 18 h (6.38 g/L). However, the glucose concentration remained constant at 1.57 g/L after 21 h. The results indicated that the β-1,3-glucanase produced by Z. rouxii A degraded the 1,3-1,6-glucan present in the substrate, thus providing carbon and energy sources for the secondary growth of cells. Additionally, β-1,3-glucanase activity curve was consistent with the growth curve for Z. rouxii A, which showed that maximum enzyme activity rapidly decreased with cell autolysis (12, 24, and 48 h), and peak enzyme activity level (15.23 U/mL) was reached at 48 h. The results suggest that β-1,3-glucanase synthesis was coupled with cell growth and that the strain could produce this enzyme in the presence of high salt concentration.
