In the age of big data, more scientific and meticulous tax management requires to make full use of modern management theory and information technology, to realize the effective combination of scientific management and information technology. Based on the business intelligence as well as the introduction of the key tax source management system platform construction process description, this article describes the business intelligence in building digital land tax, strengthening tax data analysis and promoting the application of tax informatization.

Abstract:
本文结合山东半岛生态环境现状,依据指标体系建立的原则,通过对指标的筛选,将山东半岛生态环境承载力指标体系划分为自然环境、生态环境、人口环境和污染环境四类一级指标,每类一级指标各选择其典型二级指标构建了18项评价指标作为生态环境承载力的评价体系,用层次分析法(AHP)确定了各个评价指标的权重,然后将模糊综合评价模型的理论和方法应用于山东半岛生态环境承载力的评估,对现阶段山东半岛6个城市的生态环境承载力做出评价。评价结果为威海市生态环境承载力为I级优,青岛、烟台、日照市为II级良,潍坊市为III级一般,东营市为IV级差,并对每个城市的生态环境承载力做了分析说明,以期为推进生态文明建设提供科学依据。
In this paper, we combine Shandong peninsula actual conditions with the principle of the evaluation index system, and evaluation index system of eco-environmental carrying capacity of Shandong Peninsula was established. The evaluation index system has been divided into four primary indexes: natural environment, ecological environment, population environment, contaminated environment. The evaluation index system used 18 typical evaluation indexes as secondary indexes which we choose from the primary indexes; the weight of each evaluation index is determined by AHP, and we adopt fuzzy comprehensive judgment to assess the eco-environment carrying capacity of six cities in Shandong Peninsula at the present stage. The results are: Weihai city is first rate, Qingdao, Yantai, Rizhao cities are secondary rate, Weifang city is tertiary rate, Dongying city is poor rate. Based on the evaluation results and analysis of each city, we provide the scientific basis for the eco-civilization construction.

Abstract:
采用点探测和情绪Stroop两个实验任务,考察内隐权力动机对情绪面孔注意偏向的影响。结果表明:1) 在点探测任务中,高内隐权力动机个体对惊奇面孔存在注意偏向,但在高兴和愤怒面孔条件下,高低权力者之间没有显著差异;2) 在情绪Stroop任务中,高内隐权力动机个体对惊奇和愤怒面孔表现出注意偏向,但对高兴面孔高低权力者之间没有显著差异;3) 点探测和情绪Stroop任务的注意偏向分数,在愤怒面孔条件下有显著负相关,在高兴和惊奇面孔条件下没有显著相关。结果证明了支配和顺从的面部表情是内隐权力动机的一种突显的诱因线索,它们与内隐权力动机相互作用塑造了个体的注意定向。
The present study investigated the influence of implicit power motive on attentional bias for facial expressions by using the dot probe and emotional Stroop task. The results showed that: 1) there was no evidence to suggest differential processing of angry and happy faces by high- and low- power motive individuals on the dot probe task; power-motivated participants, however, showed an attentional bias for surprised faces; 2) in the emotional Stroop task, in contrast to the low-pow- er subjects, the high-power subjects showed a processing bias for angry and surprised faces, but not for happy faces; 3) the indexes of attentional bias in the dot probe and emotional Stroop task showed a negative relationship for angry faces, and no relationship for happy and surprised faces. Taken together, the present study validated that facial expressions of emotion are salient incentive cues for implicit power motive, and they interact with implicit power motive to shape attentional orienting.

Abstract:
四旋翼飞行器的模型参数不确定性及外界扰动,使控制系统的设计具有挑战性。本文提出了一种自适应滑模控制方法,应用于四旋翼控制系统的快回路和慢回路中实现航点轨迹跟踪。在滑模控制保证系统的鲁棒性前提下,引入自适应控制单元来补偿模型参数不确定性和外界扰动,并用Lyapunov理论证明了系统的渐进稳定。仿真结果表明该方法能够良好的跟踪参考高度和轨迹。
It is a challenge to design the controller for quadrotor aerial robot because of its uncertainty of model parameter and extern disturbance. The paper presents an adaptive sliding mode controller which is applied to the slow and fast loop control of quadrotor for waypoints trajactory tracking. On the premise of sliding mode control to ensure the control robustness, the adaptive control variables are used to compensate the parameter uncertainty and extern disturbance. Base on the Lyapunov theory, the global asymptotic stability is validated. It behaves perfectly at the reference altitude and trajectory track in simulation.

Abstract:
在研究固定翼无人机的轨迹跟踪控制问题时,为提高跟踪系统鲁棒性,设计了一款滑模控制器。在建立固定翼无人机数学模型后,对固定翼轨迹跟踪控制的模型进行分析. 并将滑模变结构控制应用到固定翼无人机的轨迹跟踪控制中,通过Lyapunov理论证明系统的稳定性,最后在MATLAB环境中,通过建模仿真数值试验验证方法可行性。
Aiming at improving the robustness of the tracking system, an adaptive sliding mode controller on the fixed wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) trajectory tracking control problem is suggested. After introducing the establishment of the fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle mathematical model, the trajectory tracking control model is analyzed. The sliding mode control technology is applied into UAV trajectory tracking control model, and the robustness of the system is improved through Lyapunov theory, Finally, it's feasibility that is tested through modeling and simulation experiments in MATLAB.

Abstract:
本文综述了农药氟虫腈在环境中的应用,并结合国内外在农药降解领域的研究,对氟虫腈及其代谢产物在环境中的降解行为、氟虫腈的作用机制及其毒理学研究进展进行论述。氟虫腈在水体中以光解和水解为主,在土壤中除了光解和水解作用,还存在氧化作用。研究表明,氟虫腈及其代谢产物对非标靶类动物(蜜蜂、淡水脊椎动物、鸟类等)具有毒性,但对人类的健康影响还有待进一步研究。
This paper summarizes the fipronil application in the environment. Based on recent pesticide de-gradation research, the degradation behavior of fipronil and its metabolites in environment were discussed, and the toxicology mechanism was stated. Fipronil is given priority to photolysis and hydrolysis in water. There exist photolysis, hydrolysis and oxidation in soil. Research shows that fipronil and its metabolites to non-target species (bees, freshwater vertebrate animals, birds, etc.) are poisonous. But the impact on human health needs further research.
