不同溴化锂溶液浓度及添加剂对气泡泵工作特性影响的实验研究

Abstract: 实验分析研究了溴化锂溶液驱动的气泡泵。实验中保持12mm管径、960W加热功率、1244mm提升高度不变,改变溴化锂溶液浓度、浸没高度和添加剂质量分数来测试分析气泡泵性能。浸没高度为378~528mm.溴化锂溶液浓度为45.5%~59.5%.选取异辛醇作为添加剂,添加的质量分数为(40~70)xl0-6.实验结果表明,溴化锂溶液浓度对气泡泵的工作性能影响很大而异辛醇影响很小。
瞬变电磁测深在海南福山凹陷的试验研究

Abstract: ?采用单脉冲大功率轻便型瞬变电磁仪,在海南福山凹陷部分地区开展瞬变电磁测深试验取得了初步成果:①摸索到适合于该区的数据采集方法,即采用重叠回线装置、回线边长为400m、发射脉冲电流为100a、供电时间为40ms、采样时间长度为160ms;②采用上述采集方法,探测深度可以达到2000m;③反演的界面起伏形态可与已知井的测深资料相对比,平均深度误差为10%,最小的深度误差仅有2%。若采用回线边长600m、发射脉冲电流200a、采样时间640ms,探测深度可以达到3500m。由此可见,瞬变电磁测深方法在我国南方一些地震勘探效果不佳的火山岩覆盖区及石灰岩地区的石油勘探中,有良好的应用前景。

Abstract: 对具有农药生物活性的中草药资源研究情况、中草药源农药的作用机制和应用前景进行了综述,并就中草药源杀菌农药研究开发中存在抑菌活性物质不明确、抑菌活性的中药资源研究不全面等问题提出设想和建议,可从清热解毒、燥湿杀虫类传统中草药中寻找具有农药活性的化合物。
奇异值衡量证据冲突的新方法

Abstract: 证据理论被广泛应用于决策级信息融合,但还存在一定问题有待解决,例如证据冲突的合理衡量仍未得到妥善处理.针对已有方法的不足,提出一种新的衡量方法,将不同的证据表示成BPA矩阵的形式,借助矩阵的性质对冲突进行研究.根据BPA矩阵奇异值的特点,提出以其最小奇异值衡量证据冲突.算例表明了所提方法的有效性.
经鼻内镜视神经减压术治疗非外伤压迫性视神经病

Abstract: 目的 探讨经鼻内镜视神经减压术治疗非外伤压迫视神经的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2013年4月2014年4月在武警总医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科行鼻内镜下切除鼻腔颅底肿瘤同时行视神经管减压术的10例患者的临床资料。10例患者中男5例,女5例,年龄44.3±5.1岁,其中5例因肿瘤压迫视神经出现视力丧失,5例因肿瘤压迫视神经出现视力减退。对所有患者术前和术后6个月的临床和影像学资料进行总结分析。结果 5例术前无光感的患者(其中2例为双侧视神经受压)中,术后第7天4例视力有不同程度的提高(双侧视力丧失的患者双侧视力均有提高)。5例术前视力下降患者术后视力均有不同程度的恢复。所有患者术后未见明显并发症。结论 经鼻内镜视神经减压术治疗肿瘤压迫视神经是一种安全、有效、创伤小的外科技术,能明显改善非外伤压迫性视神经病患者的视力。

Abstract: 针对多路换向阀换向过程中的多阀口节流耦合作用问题,提出了以圆型、U型以及半圆型3种基本节流拓扑结构的参数为设计变量的多路换向阀耦合节流槽结构设计方法。在确认多路换向阀台架实验结果与三维流场解析响应流量和压力特性基本一致的前提下,建立了多阀口耦合节流工作的数值计算模型;通过拓扑变量空间的正交实验,得到了各阀口不同开度下随面积变化的流量变化趋势、压力峰值、压力损失等的灵敏度;在有限拓扑变量约束条件下,以期望流量变化趋势与能量损失最小化为目标,构建了多路换向阀耦合节流槽结构的拓扑变量空间设计模型。仿真结果表明,设计结果在保留原有流量特性的基础上降低了能量损失,实现了工作阀口节流耦合效应优化,说明该方法可以简化表达此类耦合结构设计问题。
A design method for coupling groove structure with design variables of three basic throttle topological structures (round, U and semi??circular shape, whose parameters are called topological variables) is proposed to deal with the problem of throttle coupling effect in the reversing process of multi??way directional valve. A numerical calculation model of throttle coupling effect is built on the premise that the accuracy of 3D flow field simulation (on flow rate and pressure characteristics) is proven by experiment on test bench. The variation sensitivities of flow variation trend, pressure peak value and pressure loss with the area in different opening position is obtained via an orthogonal design of topological variables. A topological variables space design model of coupling orifice is built, and the optimization of the throttle coupling effect of the working valve port is realized by setting the expected flow tendency and the minimum energy loss as objectives under the constraint conditions of finite topological variables. Simulation results show that the proposed method has a similar flow rate characteristic as the original one but energy loss is less. Therefore, the method simplifies the expression of models for the design of this kind of coupling structure
换向滑阀组合节流槽流量系数研究

Abstract: 针对换向滑阀设计过程中组合节流槽流量系数的复杂性与动态性问题,提出了换向滑阀组合节流槽流量系数的近似表达方法。研究以换向滑阀3种典型节流槽结构(圆型、U型及半圆型)的组合为对象,在确认三维流场解析与台架实验结果基本一致的前提下,引入极限饱和度概念,定量化地描述当前流量远离饱和流量的程度,推导出其流量系数的极限饱和度表达;在节流槽结构组合的有限变量空间内,以正交仿真实验分析变量空间内流量系数的变化规律,构建并标定其有限变量空间流量系数的近似模型。仿真结果表明,近似模型的标定误差最大值为5??27%,样本检验误差不超过5%,该方法有效地实现了对换向滑阀组合节流槽流量系数的近似表达,对此类结构设计具有工程应用价值。
A method to approximately express flow coefficient for combined throttle of spool is proposed to deal with the complexity and dynamic problem of flow coefficient of combined throttle in spool valve design. Combinations of three typical throttle structures (round, U and semicircular) are studied. A concept of limit saturation is introduced on the premise that the three??dimensional flow field analysis and bench test results are basically consistent. The limit saturation expression of the flow coefficient is deduced and the difference of the current flow from the saturated flow is quantitatively described. The variation law of the flow coefficient is analyzed in the finite variables space of combinations of the throttle structure using orthogonal simulation test, and an approximate model of the finite variable spatial flow coefficient is constructed and calibrated. Simulation results show that the maximum error of the approximation model is 5??27% while the sample error is not more than 5%. This result indicates that the proposed method effectively realizes the approximate expression of the flow coefficient of the combined throttle spool valve, and the method has engineering application value for such structural designs
齿轮泵主从动齿轮腔压力分布的非对称性分析

Abstract: 在解析齿轮泵工作腔流场分布特点的基础上,主要研究了主从动齿轮腔压力分布非对称现象.以某型号高压齿轮泵为研究对象,通过分析齿轮轴挠度与径向间隙的关系和建立过渡区压力非线性微分方程,对比相应位置的压力值得出主从动齿轮腔压力非对称分布的结论.试验数据表明:额定工况下试验数值与理论值误差小于5.0%,过渡区压力相差4.17MPa,高压槽末端压力相差1.55MPa.该研究为高压齿轮泵工作腔压力分布非对称解析及侧板倾覆力矩计算提供了理论基础.
一种基于众信度函数的相关证据合成方法

Abstract: 实际应用中,Dempster规则要求的证据独立性可能难以满足.在相关源证据已知的假设条件下,基于证据的众信度函数,提出一种相关证据合成方法. 该方法无需辨识独立证据的过程,可直接得到解析的合成结果,并且对相关源证据的形式没有要求.最后通过算例验证了所提出方法的有效性.
齿轮泵浮动侧板端面密封失效机理分析验证

Abstract: 通过研究齿轮泵侧板端面密封失效机理,得出由主从动齿轮工作腔压力非对称分布产生的侧板倾覆力矩是导致端面密封失效的关键因素.以某型号高压齿轮泵为研究对象,首先建立齿轮泵内部流场的非线性微分方程,理论推导主从动齿轮工作腔压力分布的非对称性;其次建立齿轮泵齿轮工作腔压力测试系统,对齿轮泵浮动侧板端面密封失效机理进行试验验证.试验数据表明:对应点压力试验数值与理论值误差小于5.0%,额定工况下浮动侧板关于x轴的倾覆力矩Mx=56.51 N·m.
According to the study on the failure mechanism of gear pump face seal, the key factor of face seal failure is the end plate’s overturning moment induced by the asymmetric pressure distribution in a master slave gear cavity. For a type of high pressure gear pump, the nonlinear differential equation of gear pump pressure transition zone was established to analysis the internal flow field of the master slave gear cavity. Then the test system of gear pump cavity pressure was built to verify the failure mechanism of the floating end plate of gear pump. Test data shows that the error between experiment and theoretical value is less than 5.0%. The floating end plate’s overturning moment about x axis is 56.51 N·m under rated conditions
